Our ranking of the 10 best cold calling and telemarketing consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one, with published prices, method and limits.

In short
Antoine Morlière is the easiest profile to read among the best cold calling and telemarketing consultants in France for a B2B SME that wants to test the phone without committing: he works as a sole trader near Lyon, makes cold calling his only business and publishes his prices, starting at €350 for a day of 100 calls. Isabelle Castillo is a better fit for a manufacturer or a supplier to local authorities looking for phone prospecting proven over more than ten years, Fabien Dissaux for insurance brokers and agents, and Eric Petulla for teams that want to learn to prospect by phone themselves. The right choice depends first on one question: do you want someone to call on your behalf, or do you want your team to learn to do it?

Hiring one of the best cold calling and telemarketing consultants in France means handing your outbound calls to a person you know by name: the one who writes the script, chooses the numbers to dial, makes the calls or trains the people who make them, and reports back on what your prospects say. The legal framework changed this year. Since 11 August 2026, any prospecting call to a consumer requires prior consent, while in B2B a call remains possible without consent if its purpose relates to the profession of the person called, provided that person is informed and given an easy, free way to object, according to the guidance of the CNIL, the French data protection authority, on telephone sales prospecting (in French). This ranking brings together ten independents and micro-businesses whose sites we opened one by one, and says for each which kind of company they suit best.
An independent telemarketing consultant carries the engagement personally, from targeting to the final report. In most cases, the person who sold you the service is the one who prepares the script and listens to the first calls. Some call alone, others coordinate two or three telemarketers they have trained, and others make no calls at all and train your team.
This format brings three benefits. The pitch your prospects hear sounds more like the way you sell, feedback from the field (objections, competitors mentioned, current projects) reaches you unfiltered, and several consultants on this list accept a short engagement, half a day or a day, to test a target. It also has two limits: one person can only make a limited number of calls per day, and an absence slows the campaign down. If the service relies on a small team, ask who really dials the numbers.
If you need to call several thousand companies a month, cover several languages or run a permanent call floor, an agency is often a better fit. Our ranking of the 10 best B2B cold calling agencies in France (2027) covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 16 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. The phone is the core business. Consultants whose offer focuses first on telephone prospecting, cold calling or appointment setting come before those who list phone work among emailing, LinkedIn or SEO.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients or testimonials, described examples of engagements, reviews published on a third-party platform or teaching at schools count for more than a number of appointments shown without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A published price, a described engagement format (half day, full day, appointment pack, two-day training course) or clear billing terms.
4. Fit with a type of client. We kept profiles that serve different needs (manufacturing, insurance, start-ups, sales teams to train) and said which ones.
5. Real, independent activity. A live website, the person's name displayed, a structure of one to three people. Call centres and agencies that present a team of salaried telemarketers were left out, as were sites that name no one.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the numbers of appointments booked, the conversion rates or the campaign comparisons published by the consultants, because there is no way to verify them from outside. Rankings published by a consultant on their own site did not count as proof. We did not listen to any call or interview any client.
Antoine Morlière works as a sole trader in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or, on the edge of Lyon, under the Expert Prospection brand. His offer covers only B2B telephone prospecting: a diagnosis of the target, a script built on frameworks such as AIDA, then 100 targeted calls a day by French-speaking callers, with no autodialer or AI on the line, and a report at the end of the engagement. He publishes his prices: a starter package from €350 for a day of 100 calls, with no contact list provided, and a package from €500 a day that adds the target diagnosis, the prospect list and testing two versions of the script. Neither requires a commitment, and the invoice comes at the end of the engagement. His site shows four testimonials signed with a first name and a company, including INOLAB and Flux RH.
Best for: B2B SMEs and start-ups that want to test the phone on a target for one or two days before committing a monthly budget to it. His custom package mentions a team of several salespeople: ask who will make your calls.

Isabelle Castillo runs Castayna, a single-member company based in the Isère department, near Vienne, which has been doing B2B telephone prospecting for more than ten years according to its site. She coordinates each engagement and assigns it to project officers she describes as experienced, far from the way a call centre works. The offer covers three needs: booking appointments with decision-makers, reactivating inactive customers and building or updating contact lists. Her site describes sixteen examples of engagements, without client names: appointments with manufacturers for an automation specialist, with care homes for the elderly (EHPAD) for medical and surgical equipment, with the technical departments of town halls for roof waterproofing, or inviting garage owners to the presentation of a new range. Her prices are not published.
Best for: manufacturers and suppliers to local authorities or to the health and social care sector that sell to targets with little presence on LinkedIn. Her testimonials are anonymous: on the first call, ask for two references you can contact.

Fabien Dissaux founded Conversaly in Toulouse. He describes himself as an insurance broker and a former telemarketer who went on to become a supervisor and team manager, and states twenty years of experience in customer acquisition, eleven of them in insurance. His business works only for brokers, general agents and authorised representatives: staff he has trained call the prospects, qualify the need and book the appointment in the client's calendar, and each appointment is listened to and confirmed before it is delivered. He sells appointment packs with no subscription, with 50% paid on signature and then each appointment billed once validated, backed by a recording. The first appointments are announced within fifteen days, and coaching on your own calls is offered as an option. The price of the packs is not published. His site shows four testimonials signed with a first name and an initial, with the town.
Best for: brokerage firms and insurance agencies that want to pay per appointment rather than per day. If you are outside insurance, his offer is not for you.

LS Téléprospection is an SAS (a French simplified joint-stock company) based in Cernay, in the Haut-Rhin department, presented by two people: Loubna Smahi, chair, and Pascal Micoud, managing director. Their method has five steps: a two-hour expert consultation, segmentation of the contact list, an email campaign to prepare the ground, the telemarketing session, then sales support work (sending documentation, confirming appointments, session report). They also offer follow-up calls to existing customers, one-off telesales operations and a dedicated phone line. Their site publishes no prices, no named clients and no reviews.
Best for: SMEs in the Grand Est region that want a duo close to home, able to prepare the campaign beforehand and confirm the appointments afterwards. With no published references, ask for examples of campaigns run in your sector.

Thibaut Cridelich launched Levance in 2025, after a BTS in sales (a two-year French vocational diploma), a bachelor's degree at the CNAM in Mulhouse, a work-study programme as a sales engineer at EM Strasbourg and then a salaried sales engineer position. His cold calling formats are precise: a half day of 3.5 hours with a script prepared in advance, a 7-hour day with a mapping of the targets, or a subscription of several days a month with weekly follow-up. He also trains in-house sales teams, over three days for groups of 5 to 15 people, and teaches on BTS, bachelor's and master's programmes. All his prices are on quotation, with a 50% deposit on signature.
Best for: start-ups and SMEs that want to buy half a day of calls to validate a target. His business is recent and his legal notice was incomplete when we reviewed it: ask for his SIRET number (the French business registration number) before you sign.

Agnès Klos works alone in Strasbourg under the name Relions-Nous and describes herself as an expert in B2B telephone prospecting. After a BTS as an SME management assistant, she spent fifteen years as an inside sales rep, where she discovered the phone, for companies in manufacturing and services. She offers two formats: a turnkey campaign (diagnosis of the offer and the target, custom script, outbound calls with no automation, feedback of information from the field, appointment setting, contact list qualification), or coaching so that you take up the phone yourself. Her site offers three downloadable guides, including one on the mistakes that prevent you from getting appointments. She publishes no prices and no named clients.
Best for: manufacturing and service companies in Alsace that want a single point of contact, or a business owner who wants coaching to prospect alone. Her site does not say how long she has been self-employed: ask about her first engagements and for references from her sales career.

Eric Petulla is a sales trainer in the PACA region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) under the Get Sales brand, and works with SMEs. He does not make the calls on your behalf: his training course “Réussir sa prospection téléphonique” (succeeding at telephone prospecting) lasts two days, or 14 hours, and its programme is published in detail. The first day covers organising prospecting, the pitch, objections and follow-ups; the second covers getting past gatekeepers, the hook in the first few seconds and attitude on the phone, with role plays and filmed simulations. A follow-up evaluation is planned six months later. He also offers training in sales meetings and part-time sales management. His site quotes one named testimonial, from Nathalie Paulet of Provetiq. His prices are not published.
Best for: SME owners in the south-east of France who have salespeople and want them to book more appointments themselves. If you are looking for someone to call on your behalf, the profiles ranked higher are a better fit.

Barbara Haas-Schöttli runs BHS Training in Brent, near Montreux, in French-speaking Switzerland. She holds the Swiss federal diploma in public relations, has been self-employed since 1984, has headed an after-sales department and teaches as a lecturer at a higher education institution. Her tailored training courses cover phone reception and phone sales, customer acquisition, complaint handling and rhetoric, in French and German. She lists the sectors where she has worked, including insurance, banking, the machine industry, telemarketing and telecommunications, but no named client. Her prices are not published.
Best for: French-speaking companies, especially those working between France and Switzerland, that want to train a customer service or inside sales team to sell by phone. Her site does not say whether she travels to France: ask at first contact.

Mickaël Perez runs Developer Business and states eighteen years of experience in business development and sales negotiation. A graduate of INSEEC, he has been a trainer since 2020 at business schools and on BTS and bachelor's programmes. He prospects on behalf of very small businesses and SMEs by combining phone calls, emailing, social media and in-person meetings, provides targeted contact databases, reworks sales pitches and offers an outsourced sales manager role. His site publishes ten named testimonials, with the company, including ISMI, Néosport, Humansit, La Licorne Sécurité and IT Note. His prices are not published.
Best for: very small businesses that want an outsourced salesperson able to call, write and travel, rather than a phone-only specialist. Ask what share of the engagement will go to calls.

Paul Charbit is a consultant in SEO and prospecting under the On Onsite brand, working remotely across France, and states ten years of experience in acquisition. He presents cold calling as his second specialty: defining the target, researching contacts, calls supplemented by emails and LinkedIn messages, qualifying prospects and passing qualified appointments to your team, with tracking of the number of appointments booked. His site displays client logos, including Mailinblack, Bechtle and Sage, and 17 Google reviews rated 5 out of 5, most of which relate to his SEO work. His prices are not published.
Best for: SMEs that want to work on their visibility on Google and their telephone prospecting with the same contact. For an intensive calling campaign, a phone-only specialist will have more availability.

Four points to raise in the first conversation, whoever the consultant is.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 16 October 2026. We did not listen to any call or confirm any appointment. A telemarketer who communicates little and books meetings very well will be underrated here, and this is a trade where many good profiles have almost no website.
It does not know your target. The right consultant for calling town halls or care homes is rarely the right one for booking a meeting with the sales director of a software publisher. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Some consultants on this list launched their business recently, and prices and formats change quickly. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A consultant holds a conversation: they get past a switchboard, hear that a prospect is not ready but a colleague is, rephrase an objection and know when to call back. These decisions are made in a few seconds and require knowing your offer. Telephony software dials the numbers and records the calls, but it does not replace this listening.
The phone also has a limit: it only reaches the people you call. Some of your buyers first search on their own, on Google or by asking AI assistants, before picking up the phone. Sorank works on this side: after an audit of your site, the platform finds the questions your buyers ask, writes and publishes articles to answer them, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant to go after prospects, the content to be found by those who are searching.
The best cold calling consultant is the one who has already called targets that resemble yours. To test the phone over one or two days at a known price, Antoine Morlière is the most transparent. For prospecting manufacturers or local authorities, Isabelle Castillo has the longest track record. For an insurance firm that wants to pay per appointment, Fabien Dissaux. For your salespeople to learn to book meetings themselves, Eric Petulla. And to be found on Google and cited by AI assistants by the buyers you are not yet calling, discover Sorank.
Only one consultant in this ranking publishes prices: Antoine Morlière, from €350 for a day of 100 calls without a contact list provided, and from €500 a day with the target diagnosis and the prospect list. Fabien Dissaux bills per validated appointment, after a 50% deposit, without publishing the price of his packs. The other consultants prepare a quote based on call volume, the target and the length of the engagement.
A consultant suits you when you want a single point of contact who writes the script, knows your offer and reports back on every call, or when you want to test a target over one or two days. An agency becomes a better fit when you need to call several thousand companies a month, in several languages, with a call floor that does not depend on a single person.
According to the CNIL, a professional can be called without prior consent if the purpose of the call relates to their profession, provided they are informed and can object easily and free of charge. Consumers, for their part, must have given prior consent since 11 August 2026, under the law of 30 June 2025. Ask your consultant where their numbers come from and how they record refusals.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
