Our ranking of the 10 best SEO agencies in Geneva in 2026, based on public information only, with the sources, the method and the limits stated.

On this page
In short
Helvesite ranks first among the SEO agencies in Geneva for small businesses that want a site that brings clients from Google, with prices displayed and named client cases. KSA Digital suits businesses that want a custom WordPress site with SEO built in, from its base in Cointrin. BaseGraphic fits a fixed monthly budget, DEEPSEO suits companies that want SEO and AI assistant visibility with prices shown before the first call, and Eminence is for organisations that want SEO inside a wider data programme. The deciding criterion is not the number of clients an agency claims, but whether it tells you where it is based, what its SEO work includes and how it will measure the result.

Choosing among the SEO agencies in Geneva means choosing a supplier for a market that keeps moving online. According to the Swiss retail association Handelsverband.swiss, whose study with NIQ/GfK and Swiss Post was published on 12 March 2026, online purchases in Switzerland reached CHF 15.8 billion in 2025, up 6 percent on the previous year. Whatever a business sells, one that is hard to find on Google is not in that conversation.
Geneva is a city of short distances and close competition. A plumber, a restaurant or a physiotherapist competes with businesses a few streets away, and the search that matters is often the trade name followed by the district or the city. An agency that knows the city, writes for its neighbourhoods and can meet you in person has an advantage that a national platform cannot copy.
The local business base is large enough for that competition to be real. The City of Geneva's economic portrait, a September 2022 study prepared by the Haute école de gestion and the University of Geneva, counts 5119 establishments in the Cité-Centre district alone in 2019, or 22.3 percent of all establishments in the city. Every one of them is a potential customer for a local search that names a trade and a district.
Most agencies in this city describe themselves in the same words: web, SEO, ads, AI. A ranking that asks for a stated Geneva base, a named SEO service, published proof and a readable offer is a way to tell them apart before you start calling.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one comes from a promise that is easy to make and hard to check.
1. Paying for a ranking nobody can promise. Google decides which pages it shows, and no honest agency controls that. A proposal that promises a first place without naming the keywords, the pages and the timeline is selling a hope. Ask what is guaranteed in writing.
2. Shortcuts that cost the site its visibility. Cheap link packages, pages stuffed with near-identical city names and content produced at scale can look like progress in a monthly report and still hurt the site later. Ask how each link and each page is produced, and who approves it.
3. Being invisible where local customers look. A business that does not appear when someone types its trade and its city loses the customer before any other channel has a chance. The fear is sharpest for companies whose sales depend on people nearby, and it is the first thing a local SEO audit should check.
4. Losing control of the site. An agency that keeps the domain, the hosting or the code hostage makes leaving expensive. Ask who owns the site, the domain, the content and the analytics account before you sign, and get the answer in the contract.
Four criteria, in this order, were fixed before we checked which agency met them, and they apply only to what each agency publishes about itself. Every homepage on this list was checked again in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. SEO named as a service. Search engine optimisation must appear as an offer on the agency's own site, not as a word buried in a long list.
2. A Geneva presence stated on the site. The city must appear through an address, an office, a district or a plain statement that the agency is based in Geneva. Two of the ten print a Geneva address or office (Helvesite in Eaux-Vives and KSA Digital in Cointrin), and the other eight describe a Geneva base in words without printing a street address. We kept those eight because they say so plainly.
3. Proof published on the site. Named clients, client counts, ratings or reviews that the agency itself displays.
4. A readable offer. A stated target, a method in steps, published prices or a stated entry point, and a stated delay for delivery or for the first audit.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not rank agencies on the figures they display, such as client totals, revenue claims or star ratings, because none of them can be checked from the outside. When we quote them, they are the agency's own words, and the sentence says so.

Helvesite builds custom websites for small businesses and independents in French-speaking Switzerland, with an office in Geneva's Eaux-Vives district. It says its sites are ready in about three weeks on average, with prices displayed on the site, and its services include Google referencing, website redesign, online shops, Google Ads, and maintenance and hosting. Its case studies are tradespeople, and the results it shows are its own: an electrician going from 0 to 32 pages on Google, and a painter moving from seventh to third in one month.
Best for: artisans and small service businesses that want a site that brings in clients through Google, with a price known in advance. Its examples come from the trades, so ask for references in your own sector before you sign.

KSA Digital is a web agency based in Cointrin, Geneva, that builds custom WordPress sites with SEO included. It presents one team for the site, its visibility on Google and Maps, and its visibility in AI assistants. Its showcase projects are a travel company (Palm Three), a beauty studio (Ska Brows) and a restaurant (Landecy). It says its WordPress sites are delivered from five days, works through a four-step process and has a pricing page in its menu. Its claims are a number-one ranking on ChatGPT and Gemini for one client (Palm Three) and a top-two Google position within two months for another (Ska Brows), both the agency's own and worth checking in your own tools.
Best for: small businesses in hospitality, beauty and services that want a custom site with SEO and a team located in Geneva. Its project list is short and mixes sectors, so ask how its SEO work would apply to your market.

BaseGraphic is a Geneva webmaster and graphic design studio that builds WordPress sites and publishes three monthly plans. Starter costs CHF 70 per month for a one-to-three-page showcase site. Standard costs CHF 140 per month for up to five pages, with basic SEO optimisation and a short training on managing the site. Pro costs CHF 200 per month for up to ten pages, with premium design, advanced features, SEO and maintenance included. Its page of completed sites names its clients, from a municipal foundation to a design studio, a cabinetmaker and a restaurant. Its promise is referencing aimed at first-page Google results, which is a claim rather than a result shown on the page.
Best for: small businesses that want a fixed monthly budget and a site that is maintained over time. Check what the basic SEO in the Standard plan covers, since the Starter plan does not list SEO.

DEEPSEO describes itself as a referencing agency in Geneva for eleven years, working on visibility both in Google results and in the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. It publishes its prices, starting at 1200 CHF per month with price ranges and conditions shown on the page, and it offers a free audit within 48 hours with no commitment. Its site also presents a search-volume tool of its own. It states more than 100 clients supported across Geneva, Vaud and Valais, but the extract does not name them, so that figure is worth testing on references.
Best for: companies that want SEO and AI assistant visibility together, and need prices before a first call. Ask what the entry price covers and how the results in AI assistants are measured.

Digistylze is a digital communication agency in Geneva that presents websites, advertising, SEO and branding as one offer for small and medium businesses in French-speaking Switzerland, with results it says it measures every month. Its services include website creation, online advertising, SEO and GEO, visual identity, community management and business software. It publishes client reviews with the names of the people who wrote them, a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 69 reviews, a claim of more than 250 clients, and a claim of two million CHF generated for them. Its process is shown in stages: discovery, audit and strategy, then production.
Best for: small and medium businesses that want one partner for the site, the advertising and the SEO. The client figures are the agency's own, so ask for one reference in your sector and for a monthly report that shows the results.

Börja Swiss Solutions describes itself as a digital engineering studio based in Geneva that builds websites, automates business processes and secures data for small and medium businesses and Swiss institutions. Its web offer includes local SEO for Geneva, which it says it measures every month, and it claims a first-page Google position for Geneva searches. It states that data stays hosted in Switzerland and that the code it delivers belongs to the client, and it offers a free audit delivered within 48 hours.
Best for: Geneva companies that want web, local SEO and automation from one supplier, with hosting in Switzerland and code they own. A studio that covers three disciplines may go less deep on SEO alone than a specialist, so ask who runs the SEO work.

Affluence is a web agency based in Geneva that offers website creation, digital marketing, branding and design, and software development. It presents an SEO agency offer and a Google Ads offer, says it delivers a custom site in less than three weeks, and displays a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from more than 50 reviews. It offers a discovery call, and its website offers are presented for every budget.
Best for: companies that want a site delivered quickly, with SEO or Google Ads from the same team. The rating is shown without naming the platform where the reviews were collected, so ask where they come from.

Digispark is a Geneva web agency that builds custom sites and works on visibility through SEO, Google Ads and generative engine optimisation, which means being cited in AI assistants. It frames its promise around client enquiries, and its site lists more than 20 clients supported with a rating of 4.8 out of 5. It states that it is based in Geneva.
Best for: small businesses that want a site and lead generation managed together by one Geneva team. Its client count is smaller than some on this list, so ask for case studies before you sign.

Eminence is a digital performance and data agency based in Geneva, which presents itself as a solution provider for complex digital challenges. Its listed services cover data, strategy, SEO, GEO and SEA, CRM, paid social, marketing automation, web and e-commerce, and branding. It claims more than 15 years of work together, more than 120 clients supported and more than 30 digital marketing experts, and it publishes success stories.
Best for: mid-size and large companies that want SEO inside a wider data and performance programme, with CRM and analytics in the same team. For an SEO-only project it may be more than you need, so ask who will run the SEO work day to day.

My SEO Local is an SEO agency based in Geneva that says it has worked in this field since 2007 and covers more than 100 towns in French-speaking Switzerland. Its services are a full SEO audit with an action plan, an SEO strategy built on keyword research and competitor analysis, on-site optimisation, SEO copywriting, link building and local SEO. Its homepage includes a section headed "Guaranteed results" (in French, "Résultats Garantis") and another on results in figures, so it is worth asking exactly what is guaranteed and how it is measured.
Best for: companies that want an SEO specialist who starts with an audit, across French-speaking Switzerland. Read the guarantee wording carefully, since no SEO result depends on the agency alone.
The criteria below were chosen before checking who wins them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site as of November 2026. When an agency does not publish a piece of information, the cell says so rather than guessing.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any case study, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who will do the SEO work, and where are they based? Ask for the name of the person who runs the audit and for the team behind the monthly work. An agency based in Geneva should be able to say who works on your site and whether any part is passed to a partner.
2. Which pages and which results will be measured? Agree before the start on the pages to improve and on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries or clicks from Google, and record their level on day one. Without a starting point, no monthly report can show whether the work paid off.
3. What is in the price, and what is not? Check whether content, technical fixes, Google Ads and reporting are in the monthly fee, how long the commitment lasts, and who owns the site, the domain and the content if you leave.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes and checked that the sites were online in November 2026. We did not audit any site, read any report, interview any client or verify a single result. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It covers only agencies with a stated Geneva base. A strong agency in Lausanne, Zurich or abroad is outside the list by design, and an agency that works on Geneva from elsewhere may be missed if it does not say so on its site.
It ages. Agencies change their offers, their prices and their teams, and this page is reviewed every 90 days. An agency that has moved or closed since the last check should be verified before you rely on it.
This is the honest part, on a page that a software company publishes. An agency does better than software where the work depends on knowing a city. Knowing which district a customer searches from, which local directories a trade is listed on, which words a neighbourhood uses for a service, and how to write a page that a local customer trusts: none of that is fully automated today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running SEO in house, see our agency guide.
What no local SEO campaign solves on its own is what happens beyond the agency's own pages. AI assistants and search engines also draw on other pages that mention a business, such as directories, press and guides, so a company that ranks well on its own site but is absent from the rest of the web remains a fragile result.
Sorank is software, not an agency. It helps a team find the keywords its market searches for, drafts articles, plans a publishing calendar, publishes to the site, follows Search Console performance, and tracks how often AI assistants mention the brand. That last part matters here: what AI assistants say about a brand is worth measuring rather than assuming. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you run a small or medium business in Geneva and want one first call, Helvesite meets the four criteria most visibly: it has an office in Geneva, names its SEO service, publishes its prices and shows named clients. If you want a custom WordPress site with SEO built in, KSA Digital is the closer fit, and if SEO belongs inside a larger data programme, Eminence is the one to compare.
And ask how the agency works before asking what it promises. The SEO work that lasts is built on clear pages, honest measurements and a team you can name. To place search among the other channels that feed your pipeline, see the 50 best customer acquisition channels in 2026.
Nine other agencies also state a Geneva base and name SEO among their services. They did not make the top ten, but they are worth a look for a different profile.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Geneva Webstudio | gewebstudio.ch | Digital marketing agency based in Geneva, offering SEO and SXO, Google Ads and web development, with a Google rating shown from six reviews |

This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Ask for the name of the person who runs the audit and for the team behind the monthly work. An agency based in Geneva should be able to say who works on your site and whether any part is passed to a partner.
Agree on the pages to improve and on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries or clicks from Google. Record their level on day one, because without a starting point no report can show whether the work paid off.
Check whether content, technical fixes, Google Ads and reporting are in the monthly fee, how long the commitment lasts, and who owns the site, the domain and the content if you leave.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
