Our ranking of the 10 best Meta Ads consultants in France in 2027 for Facebook and Instagram, checked one by one, with published prices and limits.

In short
Angélique Arciszewska (Ecom Ads) is the most specialised profile among the best Meta Ads consultants in France for an online store: she works only on Facebook and Instagram Ads, announces nine years of experience and publishes testimonials from named brands. Benjamin Turc is a better fit for an SME that wants a price known in advance and Google managed alongside Meta, Camille Celse for a woman entrepreneur who wants to learn to run her ads or delegate them, and Gaëlle Jollivet for a local business starting out with a small budget. The right choice depends first on your monthly ad budget and on who produces your creatives.

Choosing among the best Meta Ads consultants in France means handing your Facebook and Instagram campaigns to a single person, who sets the audiences, the budgets and the creative tests personally. Before you sign, you can already look at the ads run by the clients a consultant names in the Meta Ad Library, open to everyone with no account needed. This ranking brings together ten independent consultants, checked one by one, and says for each which type of business they suit.
An independent Meta Ads consultant sells the engagement and carries it out. The account audit, the campaign structure, the creative tests and the budget decisions all go through the same person, who opens your Ads Manager every day.
This format has three advantages: you talk directly to the person running your campaigns, fees are often lower than at an agency, and a change of strategy can be decided in a single conversation. It also has two limits. On Meta, creatives weigh heavily on results, and one person rarely produces enough videos and visuals to sustain a steady pace of tests. Several consultants on this list solve this with a partner video editor or creator, or ask you to supply the creatives. The second limit is availability: holidays or sick leave weigh directly on an account that needs daily follow-up.
If you spend several tens of thousands of euros a month on Meta, if you need dozens of new creatives every week or campaigns in several countries at the same time, an agency team is often a better fit. Our ranking of the 10 best Meta Ads agencies in France (2027) covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 16 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. Meta Ads is the core business. Consultants who work only on Facebook and Instagram, or who devote a detailed offer to them, come before those who mention Meta in a long list of services.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients, reviews published on a third-party platform (Google, Malt, Trustpilot), a partner badge linked to Meta's directory or signed content count for more than a figure shown without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A published price, an announced minimum ad budget or a clear description of what the engagement includes: campaign management only, creative production, conversion tracking.
4. Fit with a type of client. We kept profiles that serve different needs (e-commerce, lead generation, women entrepreneurs, local businesses, video advertising) and said which ones.
5. Real, independent activity. A live website, the person's full name displayed, engagements carried out by the person themselves or by a structure of three people at most. Sites that present themselves as an agency were left out, as were those that give only a first name.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the ROAS, cost per lead, managed budgets or client counts published by the consultants, because there is no way to verify them from outside. Rankings of consultants published by a consultant on their own site did not count as proof. We did not open any client ad account.
Angélique Arciszewska is an independent media buyer under the Ecom Ads brand, and her offer covers only Facebook and Instagram ads. She announces nine years of experience and works in French, from a company registered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, according to her legal notice. Her monthly package covers daily campaign management, A/B tests, budget scaling, competitor monitoring, a summary every week and a report every month. She describes her process: a one-hour discovery call, one week of setup, one to two months of testing, then budget increases. Her site shows the logos of brands such as Suez, Eli Lilly, OnePark and Petit Pot, and testimonials from named clients such as Amarsi Paris, Mella Nails and Compta Facile. For UGC videos, she works with a partner creator, Lilah Idres. She advises an ad budget of at least €1,500 a month and does not publish her fees.
Best for: online retailers and direct-to-consumer brands that already invest at least €1,500 a month on Meta and want a specialist who does nothing else. Her company is registered outside France: check the invoicing and VAT terms before you sign.

Benjamin Turc is an independent digital advertising consultant in Aix-les-Bains, in Savoie, and launched his first AdWords campaign in 2012. His site displays a Meta Partner badge, alongside those of Google, Pinterest, TikTok and X. He runs campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms as needed, and also builds landing pages, static visuals and conversion tracking. He publishes his price: €600 excl. VAT a month plus 10% of the managed ad budget, with a one-off setup fee of €500 excl. VAT, and no commitment. He advises an ad budget of €5,000 a month or more. His site presents six video testimonials from named people and Trustpilot reviews, and states that the client deals directly with the person doing the work.
Best for: SMEs that spend at least €5,000 a month on advertising and want a single point of contact for Meta and Google, with a price known before the first call. The share indexed on the budget raises the bill as your spending grows: do the maths at your own budget level.

Théo Maupilé is a freelance paid media consultant, originally from Brittany, based between Lyon and Barcelona, who works for clients in France and Spain. He announces more than five years of experience, including a spell at IPG Mediabrands, and has been freelance since 2023. His Meta Ads page details targeting, creative angles, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, budget scaling and conversion tracking (Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4), with a separate Facebook Ads audit offer. He cites 61 reviews rated 5 out of 5 on Malt and LinkedIn and SuperMalter status. Among his named clients, Cyclable entrusts him with its Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. He prices each engagement after analysing the account and recommends two to three months minimum for a first launch.
Best for: companies that want Meta and Google run by the same person, including on the Spanish market. Google remains his historical channel, and most reviews concern that platform: ask for Meta account references on the first call.

Camille Celse is a freelancer in Facebook and Instagram ads. She discovered digital advertising in 2018, launched her business in 2021 and has since supported women entrepreneurs all over France. She offers four formats: Pub Starter to learn the basics, Pub Accelerator, a three-month programme to become autonomous, a coaching session with an audit and an action plan, and Pub Serenity, delegated campaign management. Her site publishes named testimonials, including those of Zoé Ganz (The Smiling Zebra) and Maxime Hops (Villars Alpine Resort), as well as free tools: a results calculator, a quiz on advertising strategy and a guide to visuals. Her prices are not published.
Best for: women entrepreneurs, self-employed people and small brands that want to understand Meta Ads before delegating, or keep control after a training course. Her reviews are published on her own site: ask to speak to a client before choosing delegated management.

Ludovic Frit is a Social Ads consultant specialising in lead generation, in B2C as well as B2B, on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. He cites the sectors he works in: energy, education and training, franchisee recruitment, free-trial offers. He offers two formats: Meta Ads coaching (two hours by video call, an account audit, a roadmap and a WhatsApp line for one month), or full management of lead campaigns, excluding the production of creatives. His site shows the logos of schools and companies such as Excelia, Esdes, Reverso and Steeple, and a selection of reviews published on his Malt profile. He works alone or with a collective of freelancers, and does not publish a price.
Best for: schools, franchise networks and service companies looking for completed forms rather than online sales. Creatives are not included in the management: plan who will produce them.

Vincent Ledig is a consultant in Strasbourg and the founder of Umane, a micro-business dedicated to Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation. His site displays a Meta Business Partner badge linked to Meta's partner directory. His Meta Ads page describes a five-step method, accounts structured around acquisition and remarketing, and tracking through the server-side Conversions API, Consent Mode v2 and conversion imports from the CRM. He names references, including Groupe Boulle in new-build real estate, Novacucine, Actua and Électro Concept Énergie, and shows a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 across around fifty reviews. A single person runs each account, and creative production is done in-house or with partner graphic designers. He recommends a media budget of €1,500 to €2,000 a month, with no minimum term, and does not publish his fees.
Best for: companies in the Grand Est region and service SMEs (real estate, energy renovation, kitchens, temporary staffing) that want quote requests and tracking connected to their CRM. The site also mentions other members: ask who will follow your account day to day.

Gaëlle Jollivet is an independent online advertising specialist in Nantes. A graphic designer before moving into advertising, she includes the creation of visuals and copy in her campaigns. Her Meta Ads service covers creative strategy, targeting, visuals, launch, optimisation and a revenue-focused report. She publishes her prices: a Meta Ads campaign from €450 excl. VAT and a Google Ads campaign from €250 excl. VAT, excluding ad spend, with no minimum term and two rounds of revisions included. Her site names clients, such as the Phénix Yoga studio and coach Amélie Lutz, and shows Google and Malt reviews.
Best for: shops, studios and self-employed people starting on Meta with a few hundred euros a month who want polished visuals. For an e-commerce site that needs to test dozens of creatives a month, a profile higher up this list will be a better fit.

Sydney Boisseau is an independent media buying consultant in Bordeaux and announces five years of digital advertising experience, with accounts managed since 2021. His Meta module covers acquisition and remarketing on Facebook and Instagram, with Advantage+ campaigns, retargeting and creatives tested in batches. He also works on Google Ads, where he is certified, and on SEO. He publishes his starting prices: a free audit, monthly support from €500 with no commitment and consulting at €150 an hour. His site shows the logos of clients such as Spliiit, Bonnot Paris and Pneus Cash, and Malt and Google reviews. He states that he runs the campaigns himself, without handing them to a junior.
Best for: SMEs and online retailers that want a published entry price and the option of buying a few hours of consulting before ongoing support. Meta is one of his three areas of work: check the share of Meta accounts in his current engagements.

Sébastien Siméon is an SEA and SMA (paid search and paid social) consultant in Pessac, in Gironde, under the Traficbooster brand, and announces more than ten years of campaign management. He offers Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a Meta page covering Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and a Pack Pub 360 package with no minimum term. He publishes signed articles on the platform, including an October 2025 guide to adapting campaigns to Meta's Andromeda system. His site shows a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 22 reviews, some of which name the client company, such as the engineering firm Ecosystem or the Rainéa network. His prices are not published.
Best for: SMEs in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and service companies that want a nearby consultant, reachable across several advertising platforms. His site says he is certified without naming the certifying body: ask for details on the first call.

Johan Alves is an independent media buyer and video editor, registered as a sole trader in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, in Essonne. A former salesperson and then sales director, he trained in video editing and Meta advertising, and runs campaigns while producing the ad videos himself. He also offers editing on its own, and website creation for the clients he supports. His site shows the logos of companies such as AquaPiscine, ClimaPro, Cuisine & vous and Menuiserie & Co. He announces a maximum of ten clients at a time and a minimum ad budget of €1,000 a month, with pay made up of a monthly fee and a performance-based share, with no published amount.
Best for: tradespeople and B2C companies that need ad videos as much as campaign management, without an in-house creative team. His site publishes no reviews: ask for clients you can contact, and have the performance-based share defined in writing.

Each cell reflects what the consultant publishes on their site as of 16 October 2026. When a piece of information is not published, the cell says so.

Four points to raise on the first call, whoever the consultant is.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 16 October 2026. We did not open any ad account or confirm any result. A consultant who communicates little and manages campaigns very well will be underrated here.
It does not know your account. The right consultant for a cosmetics brand spending €20,000 a month is rarely the right one for a tradesperson looking for quote requests with €500. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number. If your needs exceed what one person can handle, see our ranking of the best Meta Ads agencies in France.
It ages. Consultants' prices, offers and availability change quickly, as do Meta's ad formats. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A consultant makes judgement calls: which creative to cut, which angle to test next, when to raise the budget without hurting the cost per customer. These decisions require knowing your offer, your margins and your customers. A Meta campaign, on the other hand, stops bringing in revenue the day the budget stops, and that is often why companies also look for visits they do not pay for by the click.
That is what Sorank automates: after an audit of your site, the platform finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant for paid advertising and its judgement calls, the software for traffic that continues when campaigns are paused.
The best Meta Ads consultant is the one whose usual accounts resemble yours. For an e-commerce site that wants a Facebook and Instagram specialist, Angélique Arciszewska. For an SME that wants a published price and Google in the same engagement, Benjamin Turc. To learn before delegating, Camille Celse. For a local business with a small budget, Gaëlle Jollivet. And to publish content every week that gets you cited by Google and by AI assistants, discover Sorank.
The prices published by the consultants in this ranking start at €450 excl. VAT for a Meta Ads campaign and at €500 a month for ongoing support, with no commitment. Another consultant charges €600 excl. VAT a month plus 10% of the managed ad budget, with a €500 excl. VAT setup fee. On top of these fees comes the ad spend paid to Meta: most advise at least €1,000 to €1,500 a month. Several consultants publish no prices and quote for the engagement after an account audit.
A consultant suits you when you want to talk directly to the person running your campaigns, with an ad budget of a few thousand euros a month and creatives that you can supply or that the consultant produces. An agency becomes a better fit when you spend several tens of thousands of euros a month, need to test many new videos every week or run ads in several countries, with a team that does not depend on a single person.
Ask for named clients and look at their current ads in the Meta Ad Library, read the reviews published on a third-party platform such as Google, Malt or Trustpilot, and check that a partner badge links to Meta's directory. Be wary of a guaranteed ROAS. Give the consultant partner access to your Meta business portfolio rather than your login details, so you keep ownership of the account, the pixel and the audiences.
