Table of contents

An affiliate network, also called an affiliate platform, connects advertisers with publishers: content sites, coupon and cashback sites, price comparison sites, creators and influencers. The advertiser pays only for the results obtained, and the network provides sales tracking, transaction validation and commission payments. Affiliate software serves another purpose: it helps you run your own program with partners you recruit yourself, and it is covered in a separate ranking. This ranking compares ten networks and platforms based on what they publish on their sites: their model, their audience, their features, their limitations and, where they exist, their prices in euros.

The 10 best affiliate networks in 2027

  1. Awin: advertisers that want to get started with an offer at a published price, as well as publishers, creators and agencies.
  2. Rakuten Advertising: advertisers and publishers that want AI tools to choose their partners, with expertise in finance, retail and travel.
  3. Kwanko: advertisers that want affiliate marketing, lead generation, app installs and email marketing under one partner.
  4. TimeOne: brands that want support from an acquisition group across several channels, affiliate marketing among them.
  5. Webgains: advertisers, agencies and publishers looking for a network built around account management.
  6. Adtraction: brands that want to choose between self-managed, assisted or fully managed handling of their program.
  7. Daisycon: advertisers and publishers working across Europe, with dedicated promo codes and fixed-fee placements.
  8. Digistore24: sellers of digital products and affiliates that want sales, payment and the marketplace in one place.
  9. 1TPE: French-speaking creators of courses, ebooks and software looking for affiliates.
  10. CJ Affiliate: brands and agencies that want publisher compliance checks and data on their competitors.

Why does the choice of an affiliate network matter in 2027?

In France, the channels that group affiliate marketing, email marketing and price comparison sites are growing more slowly than digital advertising as a whole. According to the press release for the 36th edition of the e-pub Observatory, published on July 9, 2026 by the SRI and UDECAM (the French trade bodies for online advertising sellers and for media agencies) and produced by Oliver Wyman, the "affiliate, email marketing and comparison sites" channels grew 4% in the first half of 2026, to €480M, or 7% of a €6.689 billion market up 12%. The study groups these three channels together and gives no separate figure for affiliate marketing.

The second issue is how sales are measured. For the CNIL, France's data protection authority, trackers used to bill affiliate transactions do not fall under the consent exemptions provided by law. In its decision of April 8, 2022, the Conseil d'État, France's highest administrative court, rejected the appeals brought against this position by the Syndicat national du marketing à la performance and the Collectif des acteurs du marketing digital, two French digital marketing trade groups. Some platforms in the ranking offer other ways to attribute a sale: Daisycon, for example, attributes the transaction to the promo code the customer enters at checkout.

The third issue is publisher quality. Google's spam policies target affiliate sites with no added value, which publish affiliate links alongside descriptions and reviews copied from the merchant's site. Google states that "good" affiliate sites provide original reviews, rigorous testing or product comparisons. How a network selects and monitors its publishers therefore deserves a close look.

Before signing, look at three points: fees you pay even with no sale, publisher selection, and the length of the commitment. The profiles below go into these when the vendor's site covers them.

How did we rank these platforms?

We ranked these networks from the public pages of their sites (homepage, solutions or features, pricing where it exists), read in October 2026: no advertiser account opened, no campaign launched, no partnership with these platforms. Four criteria, in this order:

1. Matchmaking. Who the network works for (advertisers, agencies, publishers, creators), the industries and countries mentioned, and the tools for finding partners.

2. Tracking and control. Tracking methods (links, promo codes), transaction validation and publisher quality control.

3. Level of support. Self-managed, a dedicated team or full management of the program by the network.

4. Transparent terms. Prices published in euros, readable tracking fees and a stated commitment period move a platform up.

Left aside: the claimed size of the networks (partners, brands, sales, revenue generated), which cannot be verified from the outside.

The 10 best affiliate networks: the profiles

1. Awin

Awin brings advertisers, content creators and influencers, affiliate publishers and agencies together on one platform. For advertisers, the tool highlights partner recommendations, sales tracking and analysis, and flexible reward structures. The summer 2026 release adds partner search in plain language ("Describe your ideal partner and let us find them for you"), different rewards per partner group within the same campaign, and a view that groups commissions so you can approve or decline them.

For publishers, a directory lets you discover, join and activate campaigns, a widget shows earned and pending revenue, and the Awin app saves the links you create. Awin also offers, in early access, an "AI Visibility" report that measures the brand visibility generated by AI. ShareASale's former site redirects to Awin, which states that ShareASale is now part of Awin.

Best for: advertisers launching their first program (the Access offer is presented as "Ideal for beginners") as well as those running an established program, plus publishers, creators and agencies.

Strengths: three offers published with their prices; an unlimited number of members on the account; an API and customizable reports from the Accelerate offer.

Limitations: for the Access offer, a minimum term of 3 months with 14 days' notice of termination, while the same card shows "No long-term contract": confirm with the vendor; tracking fees taken on each transaction, on top of the subscription and the commissions paid to partners; for finance and telecommunications, where no transaction value exists, rates are communicated separately.

Pricing: Access at €89 excl. VAT per month ("+ VAT") plus a 3.5% tracking fee per transaction, first month free; Accelerate from €199 excl. VAT per month plus 2.5% per transaction; Advanced on quote. Price checked on October 10, 2026.

2. Rakuten Advertising

Rakuten Advertising connects advertisers and publishers by relying on AI and data. Its Affiliate Intelligence offer helps brands and publishers find partners, influencers included, build custom programs, and forecast, validate and optimize the value of their affiliate programs. The solutions page presents two businesses, affiliate marketing and media, with expertise highlighted in finance, retail and travel.

The homepage reports a strategic partnership between Rakuten Advertising and impact.com. The site offers versions for France, the United States, Asia-Pacific, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Best for: advertisers that want AI tools to choose their partners, especially in finance, retail and travel, the industries the site puts forward, and publishers that want to get the most out of their audience.

Strengths: AI tools to discover partners and forecast a program's value; a network that also covers influencers; expert strategies and dedicated support announced.

Limitations: the site explains neither how its AI tools work nor the conditions for accessing them; no self-service offer is described, and contact goes through a form.

Pricing: prices not published.

3. Kwanko

Kwanko is a global affiliate marketing network that offers performance marketing solutions to advertisers, agencies and publishers. Its offer goes beyond affiliate marketing: lead generation, app installs, display traffic, influencer marketing, drive-to-store (bringing customers into a physical store), email marketing and Kwanko Studio, which produces landing pages, banners and email ads.

In affiliate marketing, Kwanko lists price comparison sites, coupon and deal sites, cashback and retargeting as channels. For apps, according to the site, you pay only if a user downloads the app and actually uses it. The site also presents a TikTok Shop offer. The former netaffiliation.com site redirects to Kwanko's.

Best for: B2C and B2B advertisers that want to combine affiliate marketing, leads and apps with a single partner.

Strengths: a wide range of performance channels; return on investment tracking for influencer campaigns with VoucherTAG; a contact form covering France, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland and Brazil.

Limitations: the site publishes neither prices nor a commitment period; it describes no self-service offer, and contact goes through a form.

Pricing: prices not published.

4. TimeOne

The TimeOne group specializes in customer acquisition: its business, according to its site, is generating sales, leads and engagement between a brand and a consumer, for more than 15 years. Its news site describes it as an "expert agency in performance marketing & affiliate marketing" and gives access to an Affiliate area.

The goals it covers range from awareness to in-store sales, by way of mobile audiences, leads, online revenue, B2B, linear TV, digital audio and audience monetization. The "Client Centric" advertiser platform has been rebuilt, with new tools for analyzing marketing actions. The site also announces the union of TimeOne Group and Isoskele, and presents Prométhée by TimeOne, a tracking solution it describes as ethical.

Best for: brands that want to hand their acquisition to a team that combines several channels, affiliate marketing among them.

Strengths: support presented as "the key to success"; an advertiser platform for analyzing campaigns; webinars, barometers and white papers published by the group.

Limitations: the site mainly describes an agency service, and does not explain how its affiliate network works for an advertiser who would rather run their program alone.

Pricing: prices not published.

5. Webgains

An international affiliate network, Webgains describes itself as "The Service-First Affiliate Network" and pairs its platform with an account management service. It addresses advertisers, agencies that use it to grow their clients' online stores, and publishers: cashback, content, promo codes, social media, comparison sites, influencers, email. Account management includes growth strategies designed by the network's experts and by local experts to open new markets.

The summer 2026 product update shows an indicative commission rate, calculated by AI, on each publisher profile. It also adds AI-written publisher invitations based on program details, bulk promo code imports, commission rules based on custom data (brand, country) and report exports of up to 100,000 rows.

Best for: advertisers and agencies that want support from a dedicated team, and publishers of all kinds.

Strengths: the Webgains Resilient Tracking Suite, announced as GDPR-compliant; contracts presented as "clear and concise"; free resources (blog, affiliate glossary, Knowledge Hub).

Limitations: for brands, the site puts forward a personalized demo by the sales team, without detailing the commercial terms.

Pricing: prices not published.

6. Adtraction

Adtraction connects brands with partners who are paid only when the brand gets results: influencers, media, apps, technology platforms and comparison sites. The network claims a track record going back to 2007 and active partnership management.

Three plans are offered: Self-managed to run your program on your own, Managed with proactive partner recruitment, and Full service with a dedicated local Account Manager, quarterly business reviews and industry benchmarks. All of them give access to the platform: partnership management, real-time reports, link and promo code tracking, Shopify integration. The Trusted Partner Guarantee promises that all transactions come from verified sources.

Best for: brands that want to choose their level of support, from self-managed to full management, and partners that monetize their content.

Strengths: three service levels described in detail; a Shopify integration; partner screening and real-time transaction monitoring.

Limitations: monthly platform fees in all three plans; dynamic commissions and influencer services are missing from Self-managed, a paid option in Managed and included only in Full service.

Pricing: the pricing page shows €99 per month plus a 3% tracking fee (Self-managed), €149 per month (Managed) and €199 per month (Full service), with custom tracking fees for the last two. Yet the description on the same page says "No fees, pay only for sales": amounts to confirm with the vendor. VAT treatment not stated. Price checked on October 10, 2026.

7. Daisycon

For more than 25 years, Daisycon has connected advertisers and publishers in performance marketing; its site title presents it as "part of Linehub". Advertisers can promote their brand across Europe, pay only for the results obtained and outsource all or part of their campaign management through managed services. Three plans, Light, Advanced and Premium, range from direct access to the platform up to dedicated partner management and advanced brand protection.

The tools serve both sides: a Marketplace where advertisers book fixed-fee placements with publishers, comparison widgets, a Chrome extension for creating links to product pages, dedicated promo codes, an API, product feeds and CMS integrations (the software used to manage a website).

Best for: advertisers targeting several European countries, and publishers: content creators, bloggers, influencers, comparison sites, email marketing specialists.

Strengths: dedicated promo codes for campaigns where standard tracking is difficult; free sign-up for publishers, with free access to the tools, widgets and Chrome extension; an API open to advertisers and publishers alike.

Limitations: the Light, Advanced and Premium plans are described without prices; you have to contact the team to learn the terms.

Pricing: prices not published.

8. Digistore24

Digistore24 combines an all-in-one online sales platform with an affiliate marketplace. Sellers offer memberships and communities, events and seminars, software, downloads and ebooks, or dietary supplements; affiliates pick offers to promote from the marketplace. The seller gets a page builder, a customizable Cart Builder, one-click upsells (an additional offer shown after purchase), split testing of sales funnels and advanced analytics.

The platform handles a large part of the paperwork: payments through PayPal, Klarna, Venmo or Sezzle, sales in several local currencies (US dollar, euro, pound sterling, Swiss franc), refunds and chargebacks, automatic tax calculation, invoicing and email support for end customers. As a reseller (US, DE, UK), Digistore24 takes over the sales process and deducts the VAT owed by the customer. Affiliates are paid automatically, with up to four payouts a month.

Best for: sellers of digital products, memberships or dietary supplements that want sales, payment and affiliate marketing in one place, and affiliates looking for offers to promote.

Strengths: automated affiliate payouts; a reseller model that handles VAT; a migration service with personalized support.

Limitations: subscriptions and installment payments are "Available only for the Digistore24 US reseller"; the configurable return periods differ depending on the reseller, German or American.

Pricing: the "Features & Pricing" page gives no amount; ask the vendor for the fee schedule.

9. 1TPE

1TPE is a sales and affiliate platform for digital products (courses, ebooks, software, audio, video), active since 2007, which presents itself as a "100% French platform". The seller lists the product, and affiliates choose it from the marketplace to promote it on their blog, their social media or their newsletter.

1TPE handles payments, invoicing, VAT and transfers, as well as refunds and customer service. Commissions range from 10 to 70% per sale and are paid at the start of each month, by bank transfer or PayPal. Each product listing in the marketplace shows the price incl. VAT, the commission per sale, the number of affiliates who have sold the product, the refund rate and an "Affi-score".

Best for: French-speaking creators of courses, ebooks and software, and affiliates who want to promote these products without creating their own.

Strengths: free sign-up with no credit card; VAT and invoicing handled automatically; useful information for affiliates on each product, including the refund rate.

Limitations: the platform is dedicated to digital products; the site does not mention what 1TPE takes from each sale.

Pricing: prices not published; creating an account is free.

10. CJ Affiliate

CJ Affiliate addresses advertisers and agencies, which pay sites and creators on commission based on the sales, leads or traffic generated, as well as publishers and influencers. The CJ Affiliate page highlights a network of "carefully selected" publishers and a wide range of partners: ambassadors, browser extensions, card-linked offers, connected TV, coupons, product comparison and reviews, retail media, SMS.

Compliance sits at the heart of the offer: CJ checks each publisher's compliance before their first payment, and its program compliance services rely on anti-fraud tools, data analysis and audits, with a real-time violations dashboard. CJ also provides data on competitors' programs, such as their commission rates and their share of voice. Four ways of working are offered: Self-Service, support through strategic advice, a team dedicated to agencies, and Full Program Management.

Best for: advertisers and agencies that want to control the quality of their publishers and compare their program with their competitors'.

Strengths: validation of each publisher before their first payment; a dashboard of program violations; plans ranging from self-service to full management.

Limitations: the site does not specify which plans include the competitor data; no price is published.

Pricing: prices not published.

What should you check before choosing?

1. What do you pay, and when? Add up the monthly subscription, the tracking fees taken on each transaction, the commissions paid to publishers and the options. At Awin, for example, tracking fees come on top of the commission you set for your partners.

2. How long are you committed? Ask about the minimum term and the notice period. For its Access offer, Awin states a 3-month minimum and 14 days' notice; the other platforms in the ranking do not spell out these terms on the pages we read.

3. How does the network monitor its publishers? Ask how publishers are selected and what happens in case of fraud. CJ Affiliate checks each publisher before their first payment, Adtraction offers a Trusted Partner Guarantee: have them specify what these commitments cover.

4. How are sales attributed when the visitor refuses trackers? Affiliate billing trackers require consent. Ask which methods supplement standard tracking, such as dedicated promo codes.

5. What level of support do you want? Run your program yourself, or hand publisher recruitment to a team? Adtraction, CJ Affiliate and Daisycon offer several levels; compare what each one includes.

Where does this ranking stop?

It stops at the networks' shop window. In October 2026, we read each platform's public pages, without recruiting a publisher, tracking a sale or comparing real commissions. For several platforms, the reading covered only two pages, and eight out of ten show no price on those pages: a short profile says nothing about a network's quality.

It compares different models. Affiliate networks, digital product marketplaces (Digistore24, 1TPE) and groups that also act as an agency (TimeOne) meet related but distinct needs. Software for running your own affiliate program is covered in a separate ranking.

It does not know where you stand. An advertiser looking for publishers and a publisher looking for brands to promote choose on different criteria. The Best for lines count for more than the rank.

It ages. While we were reading, ShareASale's former site already pointed to Awin, NetAffiliation's to Kwanko, and belboon was announcing its move to the Daisycon platform. We revisit this ranking at regular intervals; the two prices quoted keep the date they were checked, October 10, 2026.

How do customers find you outside your affiliates?

An affiliate network brings you sales through your partners' sites: it recruits them, tracks what they sell and pays their commissions. It leaves your own site alone, along with its position on Google and the way AIs like ChatGPT talk about your brand when a buyer asks them for advice. Awin, for that matter, offers in early access a report that measures the brand visibility generated by AI.

Sorank takes on this work on your site, on autopilot: technical audit, keyword selection, writing and publishing the articles, then tracking the prompts in which ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini mention your brand. Each step is laid out on the GEO software page.

To discuss it starting from your market and your current affiliates, book a call.

Conclusion

Three profiles, three choices: Awin if you are an advertiser who wants to start on your own with an offer at a published price (Access, first month free); Kwanko if you want affiliate marketing, lead generation and app installs with a single partner; 1TPE if you create courses, ebooks or software and are looking for French-speaking affiliates.

Before signing, ask two or three platforms for an estimate of the bill over one month of real sales: subscription, tracking fees, commissions and options. Also raise the question of tracking without trackers, and of how the publishers who will talk about your brand are selected.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an affiliate network and affiliate software?

An affiliate network such as Awin, Kwanko or Daisycon connects advertisers with publishers, tracks sales and pays commissions. Affiliate software is used to run your own program, with partners you recruit yourself. Software tools are covered in a separate ranking.

How much does an affiliate network cost?

Few networks publish their prices. Awin shows €89 excl. VAT per month plus a 3.5% tracking fee per transaction for its Access offer, and Adtraction plans from €99 to €199 per month, with a description that nonetheless says "No fees": confirm with the vendor (prices checked on October 10, 2026). On top of these fees come the commissions paid to publishers. The other eight platforms in the ranking publish no prices on the pages we read.

Do affiliate trackers require the visitor's consent?

Yes, according to the CNIL, France's data protection authority: trackers used to bill affiliate transactions do not fall under the consent exemptions. On April 8, 2022, the Conseil d'État, France's highest administrative court, rejected the appeals of two professional organizations against this position. Ask your network how it attributes sales when the visitor refuses trackers, for example with dedicated promo codes as at Daisycon.
