The 10 best SEO agencies in Paris: agencies that state a Paris presence, ranked on public information, with a comparison table and buyer checks.

On this page
In short
Oscar Référencement ranks first for businesses that want SEO and GEO work tied to content, backlinks and leads. SKA suits companies that want a full SEO service with a Paris and Lyon presence, Let's Clic fits teams that want SEO and Google Ads from one agency, with a free audit to start, Triaina is built for brands that want Google rankings and AI assistant citations together, and Flair Agency suits teams that want an SEO partner who publishes and teaches. The deciding criterion is not the number of projects an agency claims. It is whether the agency can name who will work on your site, where they work, and what it will measure.

Choosing among the best SEO agencies in Paris is harder than it looks, because most agency homepages describe the same services in almost the same words. Google still dominates search in France: according to StatCounter's search engine market share for France, labelled October 2026, Google accounts for 89.24% of search engine referrals in the country. For a Paris business, that makes Google visibility the first thing to ask an agency about.
According to the second economic impact study of digital marketing, carried out by Alliance Digitale with EY and reported by Siècle Digital on December 5, 2025, the French digital marketing sector generated 14.4 billion euros in direct revenue in 2024 and supports nearly 310000 jobs across the country. Agencies are part of that sector, which counts more than 18000 identified companies, so a buyer in Paris faces a crowded market where most homepages sound alike.
A Paris address matters for a simple reason: the people who run your search work need to be reachable for workshops, reviews and the occasional in-person meeting. But an address on a website is not a method. This ranking therefore keeps only the agencies that state a Paris address, office or team on their own site, and then judges what they offer and how they prove it. Because the first contact matters as much as the work itself, it also notes whether each agency offers a free audit or a call.
Four fears come up when a company hires an SEO agency, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for a promise of first place. No agency controls Google's ranking, which depends on competitors, on the quality of your site and on changes Google makes to its systems. An agency that guarantees a position is selling a claim you cannot check.
2. Paying for links that hurt the site. Some netlinking offers buy links in bulk. Those links can be ignored or penalised by search engines, and the damage lands on your site, not on the agency.
3. Paying for traffic that never becomes a customer. A report that stops at visits and rankings does not show whether the work brought leads. Ask which leads and sales the work is tied to, before the first invoice.
4. Losing your content to a generic template. Pages written without your product details or your customers' questions rarely earn clicks or citations. Ask who writes the content, who checks it, and who signs off before it goes live.
We fixed four criteria before looking at which agencies would win. They apply only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. SEO at the core of the offer, shown in the title or the first menu.
2. A Paris address, office or team stated on the agency's own site.
3. Detailed SEO services, such as audit, technical SEO, content and netlinking, or a published method.
4. Published proof or a readable entry point, such as a free audit, case studies, named clients or references.
Every homepage was reread in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review in February 2027. We refused to do three things. We did not repeat the claimed counts (projects, years, clients, ratings) as verified facts. We did not test any ranking or contact any client. And we did not add an agency only because it mentions Paris in passing. Every claim on this page is attributed to the agency that makes it.

Oscar Référencement is an agency based in Paris whose homepage makes SEO and GEO its main promise. It combines that work with content writing, backlinks and user experience, and it publishes case studies under "Études de cas". Its stated aim is to turn the website into a source of leads and sales, not only traffic.
Best for: companies that want SEO and GEO work tied to content, backlinks and conversion, and that want to read case studies before a first call. The menu lists many separate services, so ask which ones your quote includes.

SKA presents itself as a natural referencing agency based in Paris and Lyon. Its services cover SEO audits, web writing, netlinking, local and international SEO, e-commerce SEO and an SXO offer. It says it has completed more than 120 projects since 2018 and promises a quote within 48 hours. Those figures are the agency's own claims.
Best for: businesses that want a full SEO service, from audit to netlinking, with a dedicated team. Its Paris and Lyon presence helps if you want to meet in person in either city, but ask who would work on your account.

Let's Clic is a digital marketing agency based in Paris that combines SEO and Google Ads. Its services include an SEO offer, SEO audits, website redesign and page speed work, and it runs training courses in SEO and Google Ads. It offers a free SEO and Google Ads audit and states that its SEO agency is QASEO certified.
Best for: companies that want SEO and paid search run by the same team, and that want a free audit before committing. Ask to see the QASEO certification and the scope of the audit.

Triaina is an SEO and GEO agency in Paris, focused on getting cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity as well as ranking on Google. Its site lists SEO, SEA, GEO, media and content automation as its areas of expertise, offers a free pre-audit and publishes a references page. It also presents a network of eight owned media, a claim to check during the first call.
Best for: brands that want Google rankings and AI assistant citations in one plan. Ask how the media network is used and whether it is included in the price, since it is a different service from SEO.

Flair Agency is an SEO and AI agency based in Paris that describes a personalised approach for each brand. It lists AI and LLM referencing, semantic analysis, technical SEO, content strategy, netlinking, website redesign and local SEO. It also publishes a podcast, a newsletter, ebooks and talks, including an event called L'Apéro Parisien SEO & IA.
Best for: companies that want an SEO team that explains its work as well as carrying it out, with a clear editorial strategy. Its public content and events are a good way to judge its thinking before the first call.

Promoovoir is an SEO and GEO agency in Paris that targets rankings on Google and visibility in AI Overviews and in assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. It claims 13 years of experience, to be the first SEO agency in Paris and an award at the World SEO Awards 2026. These are its own claims, and its site also shows client reviews and projects.
Best for: companies that want SEO and GEO with a strong focus on visibility in Google and in AI answers. Ask for the proof behind each claim, including the awards and the ratings it displays.

Tactee is a digital agency for SEO and SEA with agencies in six French cities, Paris among them, including Lyon and Lille. It lists local, e-commerce, CMS, Amazon and international SEO, along with web analytics. It offers free white papers and an SEO guide, and it publishes success stories.
Best for: businesses that want SEO and SEA under one agency, with a national network and free guides to read first. Check whether the Paris team you meet is the one that will run your account.

MYA presents itself as a Global Search agency in Paris, where search and content work together. Its SEO offer includes technical and semantic SEO and linkbuilding, next to Google Ads, web analytics and ASO. It also offers an AI visibility audit, GEO work and content production, including work to be cited by AI assistants.
Best for: brands that want SEO tied to content production and AI visibility. Ask how the AI visibility audit is measured and what it covers.

ELM Digital Agency is a web agency in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. Its main visible offer is website creation, with showcase, e-commerce and custom sites, and SEO appears in its title and menu. It says it has more than 10 years of experience and more than 100 clients, and it displays client reviews and website projects.
Best for: businesses that need a new website built with search in mind from the start. If your main need is ongoing SEO work on an existing site, ask how much of the offer is SEO only.

Digimood is an SEO and SEA agency with a dedicated Paris page and agencies in Montpellier, Marseille and Lille. Its SEO offer covers technical support, SEO strategy, netlinking, web writing, local and international SEO and GEO. It also works on WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento and Salesforce, and offers paid search and social ads.
Best for: companies that want SEO combined with paid search and social ads, on one of the content management systems it lists. Ask which Paris team would run the account, since the Paris page sits alongside several regional agencies.
The criteria below were chosen before checking who wins them. "Not published" means the homepage text we read does not show that information. It does not mean the agency lacks it.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oscar Référencement | Paris (title and text) | SEO, GEO, content, UX | Not published | Case studies | Not published |

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any case study, and each one matches a fear listed above.
1. Who will do the work, and where are they based? Ask for the names and roles of the people who will run your account, and whether the Paris office is where that work happens or only where the sales team sits. An address on a website is a starting point, not a guarantee of who works on your site.
2. What will the first three months deliver, in writing? Ask for an audit, a list of pages to fix and the content to publish, with dates. An agency that cannot name its first deliverables before you sign is selling a promise, not a method.
3. Which result will you measure, and from what starting point? Agree on one or two indicators you already track, such as organic leads or sales from search, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no monthly report can show whether the work paid off.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not useful.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own homepage in November 2026. We did not audit any site, read any report, interview any client or verify a single result. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
A Paris address is a filter, not a verdict. Several agencies on this list serve clients across France. SKA, Tactee and Digimood all name other cities on their own sites, so their Paris presence is one office among others. A strong agency outside Paris is not on this list, because the ranking is about Paris.
It ages. Agencies in this field change their offers quickly, and AI assistants keep changing how search answers are built. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency is better at work that needs a person to judge a situation: understanding a client's market, deciding which pages deserve a rewrite first, reading the results for a competitive query, and explaining a drop in traffic to a board. We do not think that work can be fully automated yet, and anyone who says it can is selling you something.
What no agency or software fixes alone is the content your team has not written yet. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running SEO in house, see our agency guide.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site, and tracking how often AI assistants mention your brand. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Oscar Référencement if you want SEO and GEO tied to content and leads, SKA if you want a full SEO service with a Paris and Lyon presence, Let's Clic if you want SEO and Google Ads from one team, and Flair Agency if you want an SEO partner that publishes and teaches.
Then ask the agency how it will measure the work before you ask what it promises. The SEO projects that last have a named team, a clear list of first deliverables and an agreed baseline. To place SEO among the other channels that bring customers, see the 50 best customer acquisition channels in 2026.
Five other agencies with a stated Paris presence came up in the same review. They did not make the top 10 mainly because SEO is one service among several on their homepage, which weighs against the first criterion.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Actif Digital | actifdigital.fr | Web agency in Paris since 2018, offering SEO, SEA, social media, AI and website creation, with a free audit |
| NOIISE | noiise.com | Digital agency with offices in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Lille, Aix-les-Bains and Montpellier, presenting more than 85 experts and an SEO and GEO offer |
| PumpUp | pumpup.fr | Digital agency network across five sites, including Paris, offering SEO, netlinking and paid search |
| YATEO | yateo.com | Paris agency (75011) active for 16 years in SEO, SEA, social ads, and website and app creation, with published case studies |
| 360 Webmarketing | 360-webmarketing.fr | Web marketing agency based in Paris for SMEs and startups for more than 10 years, offering SEO, Google Ads, social networks and website creation |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Ask for the names and roles of the people who will run your account, and whether the Paris office is where that work happens or only where the sales team sits. An address on a website is a starting point, not a guarantee of who works on your site.
Ask for an audit, a list of pages to fix and the content to publish, with dates. An agency that cannot name its first deliverables before you sign is selling a promise, not a method.
