Our ranking of the best affiliate marketing consultants in France in 2027: six independents checked one by one, with their offers, published prices and limits.

In short
Domitille Desgranges-Lentz, who works under the Affil'Great brand, is the strongest profile among the affiliate marketing consultants in France that we were able to verify: twenty years in affiliate and performance marketing, at media agencies (Dentsu, GroupM) and then on the advertiser side, and no more than three or four clients at a time. Tristan Seulliet, who launched and then ran the Webgains platform in France, suits an SME that wants its programme audited or launched with a published monthly rate. Studios Mercurya suits an e-commerce brand that wants to hand affiliate marketing and email marketing to the same small team, Laurène Simonneau a brand that wants to recruit media outlets and creators, and Rémi Baudat an SME that wants a published price to get started on Awin or Time One. This ranking has six names instead of ten: we only kept independents whose work can be verified on their own site.

Hiring an affiliate marketing consultant means handing to a single person, or to a very small firm, the management of the programme that pays your partners on commission: content sites, price comparison sites, cashback and voucher code sites, creators. The consultant helps you choose the platform, sets the commissions, recruits and sorts publishers, then tells you what the programme earns once all costs are paid. This ranking is written for brands and advertisers. It includes six independent consultants, reviewed one by one, and says for each the type of company they serve best.
With an independent consultant, the person who reads your platform data is also the one who negotiates with your publishers and reports to you. No junior account manager stands between you and the person who makes the decisions.
This format fits two situations well. The first: a brand considering its first programme that wants to know first whether affiliate marketing has a place in its business, and with what budget. The second: a brand whose programme is already running, but where no one in-house measures profitability partner by partner. It also has limits. A solo consultant works with few clients at once, does not bring an in-house publisher network as large as an agency's, and does not produce in volume the banners, product feeds and special operations your affiliates need.
If you manage several countries, several platforms and dozens of active partners every month, an agency team will often be a better fit. Our ranking of the best affiliate marketing agencies in France covers that case. If you prefer to run the programme in-house, our comparison of the best affiliate software will help you choose the tool.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 17 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. Affiliate marketing is the core business. A consultant who presents affiliate marketing as their specialty comes before one who offers it alongside SEO, advertising and email marketing.
2. Proof you can check yourself. A detailed career path with named employers, a case study that names the client, reviews posted on a third-party platform such as Malt.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. What the audit or the management includes, the commitment period, and the price when it is published.
4. The type of client. We kept consultants who work for advertisers, meaning brands that pay commissions, and stated the company size they target.
5. Real, independent activity. A live website, the person's name shown in the legal notice, a structure of one to three people who carry out the engagements themselves.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the revenue increases, returns on investment or numbers of programmes launched that the consultants publish, because there is no way to verify them from outside. Rankings published by a consultant on their own site did not count as proof. We left out trainers who sell methods for making money from their own affiliate sites or channels: their audience is publishers, and this ranking is written for brands. Firms already included in our agency ranking were not repeated here. We did not audit any client programme.
Domitille Desgranges-Lentz is an independent consultant in affiliate marketing and performance-based influencer marketing. She works as a sole trader under the Affil'Great brand, founded in 2022, and presents herself on LinkedIn as "Madame Affiliation". Her site traces a twenty-year career: project manager and then director at Carat Interactive, where she worked for Bouygues, AOL, Voyages-SNCF and Cofidis, affiliate director at Dentsu, performance marketing director at GroupM France, then marketing director for an advertiser in Quebec. She also created Caraocar.com, a car website she says she sold to TF1 in 2013, which gives her experience on the publisher side. She offers express audits, a full audit lasting three to four weeks with a 90-day action plan, and monthly management with a three-month commitment: sorting affiliates, nurturing the best partners, negotiating commissions and placements, and a one-page report. She coordinates your in-house team and your platform's account manager (Awin, Affilae, Kwanko, Tradedoubler, Impact or Effiliation) and writes that she works with no more than three or four clients at a time. All her offers are quoted on request, after a free 30-minute call.
Best for: e-commerce brands and marketing departments with a programme whose profitability no one measures, or that need to convince their management before launching one. Her site targets brands with more than €3 million in revenue, and her capacity is limited: ask on the first call when the engagement can start.

Tristan Seulliet is an independent digital marketing consultant and trainer in Marseille, working under the Atraki brand, and claims more than twenty years of experience. On the affiliate side, his background is rare for an independent: he says he launched and then ran the Webgains affiliate platform in France, then brought the affiliate business of Lookingo/Smartprivé, a subsidiary of the Smartbox group, fully in-house. His affiliate page starts from the questions an advertiser asks before launching a programme: going through a platform or through white-label tracking, being on one platform or several, how much to pay affiliates, which distribution rules to set, and how to check that affiliates bring new sales rather than sales that would have happened without them. He offers setting up a programme, auditing an existing programme and running it day to day. His references page cites an affiliate programme audit for Alphard Technologies, and a testimonial from Benjamin Varniol, e-commerce director at ADLPartner, who worked with him on the advertiser side on danieljouvance.com and then plusdemags.com. He publishes his rates for ongoing support, with no commitment: from €990 excl. VAT a month for 12 hours, €1,540 excl. VAT for 20 hours and €2,190 excl. VAT for 30 hours. One-off audits are quoted on request.
Best for: SMEs and online retailers that want the view of a former platform executive before launching their programme, or an audit of a stalled programme, and that also need help with Google Ads or social media. Affiliate marketing is only one of his channels, alongside paid search, social media advertising, SEO and training, and his monthly packages cover web marketing as a whole. His site footer stops at 2025 and his references are undated: ask which affiliate programmes he works on today.

Studios Mercurya is a small company based in Bourg-la-Reine, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, whose listed team is limited to its two co-founders, Serge Martins, operations director, and Alexandra Matakovic. It presents itself as an "email and affiliate" partner for brands and claims fifteen years of experience in these two fields. On the affiliate side, the offer covers creating a programme (analysis, setting up the tools, recruiting affiliates, marketing resources) and managing the affiliate network over time. Its most detailed case study concerns the Sequoia brand: the programme combines price comparison sites, deal sites, voucher code and cashback sites, email sends by partners, co-registration and CSS affiliates fed by the catalogue feed on Google Shopping. A second case study, for Lancaster, covers CRM and Klaviyo. Prices are not published.
Best for: mid-sized e-commerce brands that want the same team to handle affiliate marketing and re-engaging their customers by email. The site footer shows 2024 and its recent articles focus mainly on email marketing: ask on the first call which affiliate programmes the team manages today.

Laurène Simonneau is a consultant in affiliate marketing and business development under the Affiliation Studios brand, which she created after leaving her position at Prisma Media at the end of 2023. An EDHEC graduate, she also cites stints at M6, TF1 Publicité and Ubisoft, and belongs to the Bulldozer collective of independents. She works on both sides of affiliate marketing. For media outlets, she looks for programmes and partners that monetise their audience: her site cites Prisma Media, CMI France, Gala and Le Parisien. For brands, she recruits and activates affiliates, media outlets, creators and influencers, and builds strategies that combine affiliate marketing, partnerships and lead generation. On the brand side, her site names Suplemint, ComAve and Kanel, with a signed testimonial from the founder of Suplemint about the rise in the number of affiliates in one month. Prices are not published, and appointments are booked through the site.
Best for: e-commerce brands that want to place their products with media outlets and creators, and benefit from a network of press contacts. Most of her references come from media outlets looking to monetise their audience rather than from advertisers, and she also presents herself as a business development consultant: ask on the first call how many brand programmes she manages, and where she works from, as she says she spent nearly three years as a digital nomad.

Rémi Baudat is an independent digital marketing consultant in Marseille, working under the Traficum brand, and claims more than fifteen years of experience. He spent ten years at See Tickets France, a subsidiary of the Vivendi group, rising from project manager to head of e-commerce, with an annual marketing budget of €1 million that included affiliate marketing. He offers programme management on Awin, Time One, CJ Affiliate and Tradedoubler: initial audit, tracking setup, publisher recruitment, commission settings, fraud control and a monthly report. He publishes his prices: €800 for setup, €600 a month for ongoing management and €1,200 a month for the most hands-on package, with a recommended commission budget of at least €500 a month. His site also shows a day rate of €400 and a Malt rating of 5 out of 5 from 4 reviews.
Best for: SMEs and online retailers launching a first programme on an affiliate network who want to know the price before calling, especially if they also need SEO or advertising. Affiliate marketing is only one of the fifteen areas of expertise on his site, which presents SEO as his main skill, and none of his published case studies covers an affiliate programme.

Antony Maurice is an independent marketing consultant in Pau, working under the La Casa Marketing brand, and claims fourteen years in marketing. Affiliate marketing is one of his eight services, with a dedicated page: choice of platform (Awin, Effiliation, Tradedoubler or an in-house programme), affiliate recruitment (bloggers, comparison sites, creators, niche sites), tracking and fraud prevention, seasonal bonuses and reporting, with setup announced in under three weeks on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify or Magento. His page publishes price ranges that few providers give: €2,000 to €5,000 to launch a programme, then €200 to €800 a month for management, and platform fees of around 30% of the commissions paid. It also offers a revenue simulator. His blog has an affiliate category updated in 2026, with an article on SME affiliate strategy dated 3 October 2026.
Best for: very small businesses and SMEs, especially in south-west France, that want to launch a first programme with the same contact for the website, SEO and advertising. The affiliate projects published on his site are his own publisher sites, and no case study covers a brand's programme: ask for an advertiser reference before signing, and check whether the price ranges on his page match his own quote.

Each cell reflects what the consultant publishes on their site as of 17 October 2026. When a piece of information is not published, the cell says so.

Five points to raise on the first call, whoever the consultant is.
Four limits, stated clearly.
It contains only six names. We looked for ten consultants and reviewed many more profiles, in French and in English: freelance platforms, LinkedIn, directories of industry tools, podcasts and blogs. Malt alone shows more than 250 freelancers with the keyword affiliation, but the vast majority have no site in their own name, and their references cannot be verified from outside. We also left out trainers who teach people how to make money from their own affiliate sites, firms that present themselves as agencies or claim a larger team, and foreign consultants who offer French without citing a client in France. We preferred six verified places to ten approximate ones. If none of these profiles matches your needs, a specialist agency from our ranking of affiliate marketing agencies will often be the best starting point.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 17 October 2026. We did not audit any client programme or confirm any result.
It does not know your programme. Taking back control of a stalled programme with 200 affiliates and launching an SME's first programme do not call for the same profile. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Consultants' offers, prices and availability change quickly. Check on their site before you sign.
An affiliate platform tracks clicks, attributes sales and pays commissions. It does not decide for you which publisher to drop, which rate to raise before Black Friday or whether a cashback site brings you new customers. These judgement calls require knowing your margins, your competitors and the publishers in your sector, and that is where a consultant makes the difference.
Another part of the work comes back every week: publishing on your own site the content that attracts visitors without commission, and that gives Google and AI assistants something to cite about your brand when a buyer compares offers. That is what Sorank automates: the platform finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant mentions your brand. Many brands combine the two: the consultant for the programme and its partners, the software for the audience that costs no commission.
The right affiliate marketing consultant is the one who has already managed a programme close to yours. For an established e-commerce brand whose programme needs an audit or a turnaround, Domitille Desgranges-Lentz has the longest and most detailed track record. For the view of a former platform executive with a known monthly rate, Tristan Seulliet. To handle affiliate and email marketing together, Studios Mercurya. To recruit media outlets and creators, Laurène Simonneau. To launch a first programme with a price known in advance, Rémi Baudat or, in south-west France, Antony Maurice. And to attract an audience every week that costs you no commission, discover Sorank.
Among the consultants in this ranking, two publish their prices: one shows €800 to set up a programme, then €600 to €1,200 a month for management and a day rate of €400, the other ongoing support from €990 excl. VAT a month for 12 hours. A third gives a ballpark of €2,000 to €5,000 to launch a programme, then €200 to €800 a month for management. The others work on a quote. On top of these fees come the commissions paid to affiliates and the affiliate platform's fees.
A consultant suits you when you want a single point of contact to audit, launch or turn around your programme, and your team can carry out part of the work. An agency becomes a better fit when you manage several countries or platforms, dozens of active partners and many special operations, with a team that does not depend on a single person.
Ask which programmes they have managed and on which platforms, check their career path and former employers on their site and on LinkedIn, and read the reviews published on a third-party platform such as Malt. Ask for an anonymised example of a monthly report and how they calculate a partner's profitability. Keep the platform account and the contract in your company's name.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
