Compare the 10 best advertising agencies in Kuwait City on four buyer criteria: a stated Kuwait City presence, advertising work at the core, named clients or campaigns, and a stated track record.

In short
Majesty Group suits organisations that want one partner for media, events and print. BPG Group brings advertising, media and PR from one integrated team, and Caviar Creative is the agency to shortlist for television-style films. Prismic Media produces film, sound and events in house, while Dotspace puts outdoor, social and TV production under one roof. Bricks pairs identity work with films and content, MCG Masters and Ghaliah combine campaigns with influencer work, Smart Target brings strategy and paid media together, and Spark Marketing & Advertising adds a studio to its digital campaigns. The deciding criterion is not a ranking or a claimed number of clients. It is whether the agency shows a Kuwait City address, names the campaigns it ran and publishes a track record, such as a founding year, years in business or team size.

Choosing among the advertising agencies in Kuwait City means comparing firms that all promise reach. DataReportal's Digital 2026: Kuwait report, published on 8 November 2025, counts 5.00 million internet users in Kuwait in October 2025, a penetration of 99.0 percent. When almost everyone is online, a campaign is judged on screens as much as on posters, so the first question to ask any agency is whether it can plan for both.
A campaign aimed at Kuwaiti buyers has to work in Arabic and English, respect local rules and reach people on the platforms they really use. A Kuwait City team knows which of those platforms matter for which sector, and an agency based elsewhere in the Gulf may not. That is why this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows an address, an office or a team in Kuwait City can appear.
The market is also moving quickly. The same DataReportal report, published on 8 November 2025, counts 4.44 million social media user identities in Kuwait in October 2025, equal to 87.9 percent of a population of 5.05 million, so paid social is a core channel for local advertisers. The rules around it are changing too: Kuwait Times reported in October 2026 that Decree-Law No. 102 of 2026 on media regulation brings any account used to promote products, services or brands under mandatory licensing. Existing operators get a six-month grace period once the executive regulations are issued, and the law takes effect in April 2027.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for campaigns they cannot reuse. Campaign films, photos, design files and the ad accounts on Meta, Google, TikTok or Snapchat can end up in the agency's name. Ask who holds each account, each source file and the audience data before the first brief, and get the answer in writing.
2. Bilingual creative that reads as a translation. Many Kuwaiti campaigns run in Arabic and English. A line that is translated and never checked by a native reader can cost more in credibility than it saves in budget.
3. Influencer content that is not licensed. Under the decree-law described above, any account used to promote products, services or brands will need a licence. According to Kuwait Times of 4 October 2026, influencer and advertiser licences are valid for two years and can be renewed. Ask each agency how it checks the licences of the creators and the products it books.
4. A report of reach, not of revenue. Impressions and clicks are easy to report and hard to link to sales. Agree before launch on one result you already track, such as enquiries, sales or bookings, and record its level on day one.
Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and applied only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. A stated Kuwait City presence. The site must show an address, an office or a team in Kuwait City. Agencies with a regional base and no office in the city do not appear, even when they serve Kuwaiti clients.
2. Advertising work at the core. Campaigns, film, media buying or digital advertising must be a real service on the homepage, not one line among printing, gifts or signage.
3. Named clients or campaigns. Brands or campaigns that a buyer can check by visiting the website.
4. A stated track record. A founding year, a number of years in business or a team size published on the site.
The text we reviewed was checked in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies in this city change names, offices and teams often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse Google ratings, follower counts or "best agency" claims that some sites display, since none of them can be checked from outside. MCG Masters, for example, calls itself "#1" on its homepage; we report that as its own wording and did not rank on it. We also did not widen the list to agencies based elsewhere in the Gulf that only serve Kuwait.

Majesty Group is a marketing and communications company at Al Tujjar Tower, Al Mirqab, in Kuwait City. It says it has worked since 2004 with brands and government entities across Kuwait, the GCC and the Middle East, in branding, digital marketing, media, events, printing and corporate giveaways. Its website names events and campaigns such as Journey of Hope and The Tenth Asian Cooperation Dialogue.
Best for: companies that want one partner for a campaign that mixes media buying, events and print. Its service list is wide, so ask how much of the budget goes to media buying and digital campaigns.

BPG Group has its Kuwait office at Level 16, Tijaria Tower, Soor Street, in Sharq. The group describes itself as a fully integrated agency with customer experience at its core, and says it has helped brands since 1980. It lists work across branding, advertising, media activation, PR, social and CX. Its featured work includes NBK Apple Pay, Porsche Soul Stories and the Trojena Sales App.
Best for: brands that want advertising, media and PR from one integrated team. The group presents itself as regional, so ask which Kuwait team would run your account and who approves the work.

Caviar Creative is a creative agency at Dabbous Tower, Floor 19, in Kuwait City. It describes itself as an award-winning regional agency that has worked for 23 years on campaigns for the MENA markets. Its site lists work for Visit Saudi, Etisalat, Salam Telecom and the Ministry of Sports KSA, and says its video work has drawn well over a billion YouTube views, a claim we report as its own.
Best for: brands that want television-style films and integrated campaigns for the region. Most of the named work is for telecom and tourism clients, so ask how the agency scales a campaign to a Kuwait-only budget.

Prismic Media is a 360 creative, marketing and advertising agency at City Tower, 5th Floor, in Sharq, Kuwait City. Its homepage lists services it runs in house: advertising campaigns, branding, social media marketing, photography, video production, TV commercials and documentaries, music and sound, and event management. Its named work includes projects for Zain, Abdullah Alsalem University and Alwazzan United.
Best for: companies that want film, sound and events made in house by one team. The site describes a monthly retainer covering planning, client management and social content, so ask what the retainer includes and what happens to the work after the first year.

Bricks is an independent creative and technology company in Kuwait City, working across brand, content, digital product and growth. Its selected work includes Anemone, a floral identity for a footwear brand, and SEALED, where it handled creative direction, photo and video for a dessert brand across a year of launches. It also lists Prima, a launch strategy and campaign films for a protein wafer made in Kuwait, and KIPCO Tower.
Best for: brands that want identity, films and social content from one independent team. Its work spans retail, food and real estate, so ask for case studies in your own sector.

Dotspace is an advertising and digital marketing agency at Mazaya Tower 1, Floor 17, in Sharq, Kuwait City. Its success stories include the Lailat Al Atlal performance campaign, a CB Pay TikTok campaign, the stc Digital Day, the Royal Collection launch and the Boubyan Prime roadshow. Its services cover digital advertising, social media, events and activations, outdoor and OOH, and TV production.
Best for: brands that want outdoor, social and TV production handled together. The site presents the agency as GCC-wide, so confirm which Kuwait team runs the account and how results are measured.

MCG Masters is a creative and digital marketing agency at Al Hamra Tower, Floor 18, in Sharq, Kuwait City, and also works in Lebanon. Its services listed on the homepage cover strategy, campaigns, film, influencer management and media planning and buying. The site cites more than 800 satisfied clients and 500 impactful projects, and calls the agency "#1" in Kuwait and Lebanon, a claim we report as its own wording.
Best for: brands that want campaigns, influencer work and media buying in one team. The text we reviewed names no clients, so ask for Kuwait case studies before the first call.

Smart Target is a marketing agency at Abdullah Alawadhi Tower, Building No. 2, 6th Floor, Ahmed Al-Jaber Street, in Sharq, Kuwait City. It says it has 17 years of experience and works across Kuwait, the GCC and MENA. Its services are brand strategy and identity, digital marketing and social media, media buying and paid advertising, visual production, content creation, website development, call centre and CRM, and search engine optimization.
Best for: businesses that want strategy, branding and paid media under one roof. The service list is long, so ask which parts are done in house and which are subcontracted, especially the call centre and CRM work.

Spark Marketing & Advertising is an agency at Derwaza 51 Tower, 4th and 5th Floor, in Sharq, Kuwait City. It says it has aimed to empower businesses through marketing since 2017. Its listed services include a marketing calendar, campaigns, content, digital ads, digital PR and influencer advertising, plus a studio for design, photography, videography and motion graphics.
Best for: brands that want campaigns, content and production from one agency. The text we reviewed names no clients, so ask for references and for an example of the marketing calendar before you commit.

Ghaliah is a communications agency on Floor 5, Gate 8, Salhiya Complex, in Kuwait City. Its services cover content creation, graphic design and animation, photography and videography, digital advertising, branding and merchandising, modeling, events, influencer marketing, and website development with SEO. It describes itself as "the top leading online communications agency in Kuwait", a claim we report as its own.
Best for: brands that want influencer, content and event work from one team. The service list is wide and the text we reviewed names no projects, so ask for case studies in your category.
The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who holds the ad accounts, the source files and the audience data? The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing your campaigns. If the files or accounts stay on the agency's side, ask what happens to them if the contract ends.
2. How will licences be handled for influencers and products? Ask which creators and products the agency will check, which licences it will obtain or verify, and who is responsible if a campaign does not meet the new media rules. A vague answer here is a warning sign.
3. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries, sales or bookings, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the campaign worked.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site and checked the scope of the Kuwait City filter. We did not visit any client, test any site in a browser or verify a single campaign. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A retailer in Salmiya, a bank in Sharq and a start-up in Kuwait City do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.
It ages. Agencies in a city of this size merge, change their names and move offices, and the Kuwait City filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a client's market, making choices about tone and structure, and taking responsibility for a result it does not fully control. Knowing which Kuwaiti audience a campaign needs, deciding what to cut from a brief, and writing copy that sounds like the company in Arabic and English: none of that is automatable today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
What no agency project solves on its own is what happens after launch. AI assistants and search engines read more than the homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, and a site that is well designed but never updated remains a weak source for them.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Majesty Group if you want one partner for media, events and print, Caviar Creative if you need television-style films, Prismic Media if film, sound and events should be made in house, and Dotspace if outdoor, social and TV production should sit in one team. Whichever you choose, ask who holds the accounts and the files before asking what the campaign will look like.
If you are still weighing an agency against doing the work in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the checks above will tell you quickly which Kuwait City agency deserves a second call.
Kuwait City has more credible names than a top 10 can hold. These agencies also show a Kuwait City base on their own sites, and each line below comes from what they publish about themselves.

This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Get the answer in writing before the first invoice. The agency should let you leave with your files, your accounts and your data, and say what happens to them if the contract ends.
Ask which creators and products it will check, which licences it will obtain or verify, and who is responsible if a campaign does not meet the new media rules.
Agree on one indicator you already track, such as enquiries, sales or bookings, and record its level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the campaign worked.
