Affiliate software: compare the 10 best tools of 2027 to run your own program (impact.com, Affilae, Rewardful...), with their features and their prices.

Picking affiliate software to run your own program means picking the tool that will track every sale a partner brings in, calculate the partner's commission and pay it out. This ranking brings together the 10 tools we selected in 2026 for SaaS companies, online stores and brands that recruit their own affiliates and creators. Affiliate software lets you run your own program in-house, whereas an affiliate network connects advertisers with publishers: networks have their own separate ranking, and this page covers software only. Each profile gives the tool's use, audience, limitations and price.
In France, the software that tracks your affiliates is subject to two rules on top of commission calculation. The first concerns cookies: in its FAQ on cookies and other trackers, the CNIL, France's data protection authority, answers "No" when asked whether trackers used to bill affiliate transactions are exempt from consent. Before you choose, look at how each tool attributes a sale (link, promo code, server-side tracking, connection to your billing tool) and how its trackers show up in your consent banner.
The second concerns content creators, which several tools in this ranking fold into affiliate marketing. Service Public Entreprendre, the French government's business information site, points out that from January 1, 2026, the contract between an advertiser and an influencer must be in writing as soon as the payments and benefits in kind given to the influencer in the same year, for the same promotional purpose, exceed €1,000 excluding taxes, a threshold set by the decree of November 28, 2025. So check what the tool offers for contracts: impact.com advertises automated contracting from editable templates, and Affilae includes a legal component for creator contracts in its custom plan.
The channel itself keeps growing: according to the 36th e-pub Observatory from the SRI (the French union of online advertising agencies), affiliate marketing, email marketing and price comparison sites together brought in €480M in revenue in the first half of 2026, up 4%.
We ranked these ten tools based on their own homepages, feature pages and pricing pages, viewed in October 2026, with no paid trial and no partnership with the vendors. Four criteria, in this order:
1. Reliable sales tracking. The ways a sale can be credited to a partner: links, promo codes, server-side tracking, a direct connection to the billing tool or the store.
2. Commission and payout management. Recurring, tiered or per-product commissions, adjustment when an order is refunded, bulk payouts to affiliates.
3. Fit with a business model. We favored tools that state plainly who they are built for: subscription SaaS, Shopify store, large brand with many partners.
4. Transparency for a buyer in France. A public pricing page, the currency of the prices (euros or dollars), a French-language site, and what drives the bill up as the program grows.
Customer counts, conversion capture rates and case study results shown by the vendors stay out of the ranking: there is no way to verify them from the outside.
impact.com covers the whole life of a partnership in its Partner Management Platform: finding and recruiting partners, contracts and payment, tracking and attributing sales, engaging the network, fraud protection and optimization. The vendor brings in classic affiliates, and also influencers, content creators and mobile apps.
The Starter plan plugs into your e-commerce platform in a few minutes, lets impact.com's AI algorithms suggest partners and sends you weekly recommendations in your industry. The Essential and Pro plans, available through sales, add contracts with more than 120 custom terms and more than 40 performance reports, then, on Pro, a dedicated customer success manager.
Best for: brands that want to connect affiliates, content publishers and influencers in one tool, and grow the program with the quote-based plans.
Strengths: partners paid according to the incremental value they bring, and not only the last click; automated contracting of new partners through editable templates; site and pricing page in French.
Limitations: the pricing page puts a number only on the Starter plan: Essential and Pro go through the sales team. Fraud detection, competitive intelligence and custom dashboards (Data Lab) appear in the Pro plan's list.
Pricing: the pricing page shows "From €30 / month", with a 3% transaction fee on sales made through your partners, charged only when a sale happens. During the first 30 days of Starter, impact.com charges €30 if the program generates less than that amount through partners. VAT treatment not stated, confirm with the vendor (price checked on October 10, 2026).

PartnerStack describes itself as a PRM, a partner relationship management tool, built for every type of partner: co-selling, affiliate, influencer and customer referral. The platform tracks every lead a partner brings in, syncs it both ways with your CRM, works out what each partner has earned and pays them all at once, with a single invoice for you.
PartnerStack also promotes your program to the active partners on its marketplace, who access it for free. An MCP connector (Model Context Protocol, the protocol that links a piece of software to an AI assistant) displays program data directly in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Best for: B2B software vendors that hand part of their sales to agencies and resellers, in addition to their affiliates.
Strengths: several programs run side by side (affiliates, co-selling partners, influencers); no cap on the number of partners or internal users, according to the FAQ.
Limitations: the site has no French version. Access goes through a demo, and the site mentions no free trial. Affiliate link tracking and lead and deal registration come together only on the Enterprise plan: the entry plan makes you pick one of the two.
Pricing: prices not published. According to the FAQ, the price depends on the size of the program, the features and the level of support, and it is confirmed during the demo.

Affilae is an "AI-augmented" affiliate and influencer platform that combines four offers: affiliate marketing, performance-driven influence, brand influence and automated payments. It targets brands, with tools for content creators (mobile app, wishlists, shoppable posts) and a solution to run your affiliate and influencer channels across several markets.
Its Match AI feature analyzes your brand, your audiences and your performance to identify the affiliates and creators that suit you. The managed plans add a consultant, affiliate recruitment and API automation, then, on the custom plan, a dedicated account manager and compliance for payments and creator contracts.
Best for: brands that want to manage traditional publishers and content creators in the same program, as well as agencies and consultants that handle affiliate marketing for several brands (dedicated offer).
Strengths: site and pricing page in French, with prices in euros excl. VAT; variable fee charged only on validated sales; promo code tracking and a mobile app for creators from the first plan.
Limitations: the Build plan requires a 3-month commitment (first month free). The variable fee comes on top of the subscription and grows with your sales. If you pay your partners per lead, or with no transaction value, the offer is built to order.
Pricing: Build at €99 excl. VAT per month plus 2.5% per validated sale; Grow at €249 excl. VAT per month plus 2% per validated sale; Scale custom (price checked on October 10, 2026).

Rewardful runs affiliate and referral programs for SaaS companies on top of a native integration with Stripe, the online payment tool. You connect Stripe, set up the commission structure and invite your first affiliates; the vendor says the first campaign usually takes less than 15 minutes. The FAQ also lists Paddle among the supported billing tools.
Commissions can be recurring or one-time, a percentage or a fixed amount, with a minimum payout threshold. They adjust automatically when an order is refunded, and suspicious self-referrals are detected and disabled. Affiliates get paid in a few clicks through PayPal or Wise.
Best for: SaaS companies billed through Stripe that are launching a first program without tying up a developer.
Strengths: 0% transaction fee on revenue attributed to affiliates; unlimited affiliates on every plan; two-way sync with the Stripe dashboard.
Limitations: the site has no French version. The entry plan is limited to one campaign and two team members, with no portal in your brand colors and no custom domain. The optional managed payout service costs a 3% processing fee on payouts.
Pricing: prices published in dollars on the site. The price depends on the monthly revenue attributed to affiliates; every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and the annual subscription gives you 12 months for the price of 10.

With Tapfiliate, you run your affiliate, referral and influencer programs from one platform, along with your content creators, brand ambassadors and resellers. More than 30 prebuilt integrations (Shopify, Stripe, BigCommerce...) hook the tool up to your store or your billing in a few clicks.
For SaaS, the vendor highlights conversion tracking across the whole subscription cycle and automatic commissions on every renewal. An MCP connector also lets you chat with your data in real time.
Best for: SaaS companies and online stores that want to manage several types of partners in a single tool, with a French-language site.
Strengths: percentage, fixed, tiered or lifetime recurring commissions; white-label affiliate portal from the Scale plan; SEPA payout export and GDPR compliance in the feature grid.
Limitations: the Launch plan is limited to one program, 50 affiliates, 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions per month, with fees beyond that. Unlimited affiliates and automated affiliate payouts (through Trolley) start with Scale, and full white-labeling is reserved for Enterprise.
Pricing: prices published in dollars, including on the French-language pricing page (checked on October 10, 2026). Three plans, Launch, Scale and custom Enterprise, with two months free on annual billing and a free trial of 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the plan.

Post Affiliate Pro covers two uses: launching your own in-house affiliate program, or setting up an affiliate network that manages merchants and affiliates. The software gives affiliates banners and smart links (SmartLinks), handles multi-tier commissions and automates routine tasks.
Its features page lists, among other things, lifetime commissions, recurring commissions or commissions split between several affiliates, offline or server-to-server tracking, VAT and invoice management, and white-labeling. The vendor advertises 24/7 customer service.
Best for: companies that want fine control over their commissions, and those that want to create their own affiliate network with several merchant accounts (Network plan).
Strengths: 30-day free trial with no credit card; unlimited affiliates; fraud protection (duplicate commissions on the same order, sign-ups from the same IP address).
Limitations: tracked volume is capped per plan (10,000 tracking requests per month on Starter), with a cost for extra requests, and some options, such as multiple currencies or IP address geolocation, cost extra. The Starter plan still carries the label of a limited offer valid from May to July 2026: check that it is still available.
Pricing: prices published in dollars, including on the pricing page of the French-language site (checked on October 10, 2026). Four plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate, Network), cheaper per month with annual billing.

Designed for SaaS startups, Tolt is used to launch your own affiliate and referral program. It connects to Stripe and Paddle, and to Chargebee according to the homepage (see the limitations), and offers a portal in your brand colors on your own domain (affiliates.yourdomain.com).
For payouts, you export the commissions owed to PayPal or Wise bulk payments, or you let Tolt pay your affiliates through PayPal, Wise or Payoneer. Commissions stop as soon as a customer cancels their subscription, and they are deducted when an order is refunded.
Best for: early-stage SaaS companies billed through Stripe or Paddle that want a branded program, with a price that follows the revenue brought in by affiliates.
Strengths: unlimited affiliates and referrals on every plan; 14-day free trial with no credit card; full refund available within 30 days.
Limitations: the site has no French version. The FAQ states that Tolt currently integrates only with Stripe or Paddle, while the homepage also mentions Chargebee: check this point if you bill with another tool. Automatic payouts carry a 2% processing fee.
Pricing: prices published in dollars on the site. Each plan matches a ceiling on the monthly revenue brought in by affiliates.

Refersion targets e-commerce brands and brings affiliate, influencer and referral programs together in a platform that discovers, tracks, manages, measures and pays affiliates. Its main selling point is "first-party" tracking: tracking links on a domain owned by the brand, which the vendor presents as cookieless and redirect-free.
The tool installs on Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, BigCommerce or Magento, offers commissions by product, by partner type or by campaign, and pays affiliates in more than 150 currencies. Its free marketplace also lets you list your offer in front of affiliates.
Best for: e-commerce brands, especially on Shopify, that want to attribute sales by link, by promo code and, from the Growth plan, by customer email or product SKU.
Strengths: unlimited affiliates, clicks and conversions; post-purchase module that turns customers into affiliates; migration of an existing program supported.
Limitations: the site has no French version. The first two paid plans take a percentage of affiliate-generated sales (3% then 2%) on top of the subscription. The free marketplace listing does not let you approve affiliates, track sales or pay commissions.
Pricing: prices published in dollars on the site, with a share of affiliate-generated sales on top of the subscription and a 20% discount on annual billing. The Scale plan, at a fixed monthly price, is requested from the sales team.

On FirstPromoter, a single account runs three programs: affiliate, influencer and customer referral, each with its own portal and tracking, and reports combined in one view. Every commission is tied to a billing event: renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and reactivations update commissions in real time, thanks to native integrations with Stripe, Paddle, Recurly, Chargebee and Braintree.
Payouts go out in a single action through PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, with collection of US tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and compliant invoices for European businesses. The plan comparison mentions translated campaigns: sign-up page, dashboard and affiliate emails in French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
Best for: subscription businesses, including SaaS companies and AI products, that want commissions tied to their billing.
Strengths: 14-day free trial with no credit card; unlimited team members on every plan; commissions across three tiers of affiliates and first-click or last-click attribution.
Limitations: the site has no French version. The Starter plan is limited to 1,000 affiliates and 3 campaigns; custom domain, white-labeling and invoices for European businesses start on the Business plan.
Pricing: prices published in dollars on the site. The price depends on the monthly revenue generated by affiliates, and the account moves up to the next plan when that ceiling is exceeded.

UpPromote is an affiliate app built for Shopify that covers affiliate, influencer and referral marketing. It walks you through creating the program step by step, with an AI assistant that recommends suitable commission rates and structure, then helps you recruit through custom sign-up pages, a marketplace and built-in outreach tools.
Affiliates get custom promo codes, brand assets and free products. The app validates referred sales and pays affiliates, with automatic payment through PayPal or store credit depending on the plan.
Best for: Shopify stores that want to start for free, and Shopify Plus merchants, who get pricing built with a dedicated manager.
Strengths: free plan with link and promo code tracking and fraud detection; free migration from another tool; dedicated commissions for subscriptions, new customers or lifetime.
Limitations: the site has no French version. The free plan is limited to one program and a cap on referred sales reviewed each month; paid plans add a share of successful referred sales (2%, 1.5% or 1%) to the subscription.
Pricing: free plan; paid plan prices published in dollars on the site, with 17% savings on annual payment.

Prices checked on October 10, 2026 on the vendors' websites. Since impact.com and Affilae are the only two that publish a price in euros (see their profiles), the last column sums up what makes the bill heavier, according to each vendor's pricing page.

To hand off the running of your program, see our selection of the 10 best affiliate marketing agencies in France; for a program built mainly on creators, see our pick of the 10 best influencer marketing agencies in France.
1. Is your billing tool or your store supported natively? SaaS-oriented tools plug into Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly or Braintree, e-commerce ones into Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce.
2. How is a sale attributed when the visitor rejects cookies? Ask which methods the tool offers besides the link: promo code, server-side tracking, customer email, billing connection.
3. Who pays the affiliates, and at what cost? Bulk payouts through PayPal or Wise, a managed payout service, SEPA export, invoices for European affiliates: compare what is included and what is billed on top, such as the 2% to 3% processing fees shown by some vendors.
4. How does the bill change once the program works? Some tools take a percentage of sales, others move you up a tier based on affiliate revenue, and others charge for clicks or tracking requests. Model your bill with the volume you are aiming for a year from now.
5. Will your French affiliates get an area in their language, and proper contracts? Check the language of the portal and of the emails sent to affiliates and, if you work with creators, how the tool handles the written contracts required above the legal threshold.
We read public pages only. We went through them in October 2026 without opening an account. For a few vendors, our reading stopped at the homepage and the pricing: a feature missing from our profiles may still exist in the product.
Tracking quality is not measured. The tracking accuracy rates claimed by some vendors are left out, since we cannot check them.
Your business model is unknown to it. A SaaS company and a Shopify store have different priorities. The Best for lines matter more than the rank.
It will be revised. Plans, fees and integrations change: every price carries the date it was checked, and this page will be updated regularly.
Affiliate software organizes what your partners bring you: it tracks their links and codes, calculates their commissions and pays them. Your own visibility remains: showing up on Google, and in the answers of ChatGPT and other AIs, at the moment a buyer or a future affiliate compares the options in your market. The 50 best channels for customer acquisition in 2026 walks through the other channels to pair with affiliate marketing.
On that front, Sorank does the work for you: it picks keywords you can win without your pages competing with each other, writes sourced articles linked to your other pages, publishes them at the pace you set, then measures on which prompts ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini cite your brand. Our page on GEO software gives the details.

Three profiles, three picks: Rewardful if you run a SaaS billed through Stripe and want to launch a first program with no transaction fee; Affilae if you are a brand that wants to bring affiliates and content creators together, with a site, prices in euros and optional managed support; UpPromote if you sell on Shopify and want to start on a free plan.
Before you sign, open the free trial, connect your billing tool or your store, create a test affiliate and follow one sale all the way to the commission payout, refund included. Also work out the bill at twice your starting volume.

UpPromote offers a free plan for Shopify stores, limited to one program and to a volume of referred sales reviewed each month. Refersion offers a free listing on its marketplace, but you need a paid plan to approve affiliates, track sales and pay commissions. The other tools in the ranking mostly offer free trials: 30 days with no credit card at Post Affiliate Pro, 14 days with no card at Tolt and FirstPromoter, 14 days at Rewardful.
First look for a tool connected to your billing, so that commissions follow renewals, upgrades and refunds. Rewardful relies on a native integration with Stripe, Tolt connects to Stripe and Paddle, FirstPromoter to Stripe, Paddle, Recurly, Chargebee and Braintree, and Tapfiliate triggers commissions on every renewal. PartnerStack targets B2B vendors that also sell through agencies and resellers.
UpPromote is built for Shopify and offers a free plan, with custom pricing for Shopify Plus merchants. Refersion integrates with Shopify and Shopify Plus and tracks sales by link or promo code, then, from the Growth plan, by customer email or product SKU. Tapfiliate lists Shopify among its prebuilt integrations. Above all, compare the share of sales taken and the way each tool pays affiliates.
