Over time, your pages age: links break, information gets outdated, and Google finds them less useful than your competitors' pages. Content Optimization is the Sorank module that revisits, reworks and rewrites your old pages: blog posts written a few months ago, collections and homepage. It checks each page, reads its Google traffic, then applies targeted fixes or a full rewrite at the same address, and publishes every change on your site, on autopilot.

Sorank analyzes the pages of your site and counts the errors that hold back your rankings on Google. For each page, it checks the title tag (missing, too short or too long), the meta description, the length of the text, the H1, the internal and external links (too few, broken or behind several redirects), the images (missing alt text, files too heavy, no share image), the canonical tag, the Article structured data and the noindex tag.
The results are sorted into three tabs: all pages, pages to rewrite and pages to fix. Each line shows its number of errors and a “Performs well on Google” badge when the page already brings visitors, so you see at a glance where the work is.
Sorank reads the Google traffic of each page over the last 30 days: clicks, impressions and average position. It also checks that the page answers what people are looking for, its search intent.
A page that already performs receives targeted fixes: only the elements concerned change, and the rest of the page stays as it is. A weak or outdated page, a victim of content decay, is rewritten in full at the same address, so it keeps the links that already point to it. You can review the new version before it goes live.

When several of your pages cover the same topic, they compete with each other and Google pushes them all down: this is keyword cannibalization. Sorank merges pages that are too similar into a single, more complete page.
It also adds images to your pages: the ones already on your site, the ones in your Sorank library, or new infographics created for the page. Then one click on “Fix” publishes each correction directly on your site. With “Fix everything on autopilot”, Sorank handles every page of the site in one go.
| By hand | Audit tool + writer | With Sorank | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Finding what to fix | You open each page one by one | An export of hundreds of lines to sort | Every page checked, errors listed page by page |
| Choosing the right action | Guesswork | You compare the audit with Search Console yourself | Targeted fixes or a full rewrite, from the Google traffic of each page |
| Pages on the same topic | Rarely spotted | Spotted, merged by hand | Merged into one more complete page |
| Images | Found and compressed by hand | Ordered from a designer | Added from your site, your library or new infographics |
| Publishing | Copy, paste and check each page | Brief, proofread, publish | Published on your site in one click, on autopilot |
Title, description in Google, text length, links, images and structured data: each page gets its list of errors.
A page that already performs gets targeted fixes. A weak page is rewritten in full, at the same address.
Each fix is published directly on your site, page by page or for the whole site on autopilot.

Content Optimization keeps the pages you already have useful for Google and for AI assistants. Sorank checks each page, reads its Google traffic, applies targeted fixes or rewrites it at the same address, merges pages that compete with each other, adds images and publishes every change on your site. The module is in beta and keeps improving.
To write new pages, use the blog article generator and plan them with the editorial calendar. Find new topics with keyword research, and check whether AI assistants mention your refreshed pages with AI mention tracking. New to these terms? Read our definitions of on-page SEO, thin content and duplicate content, or run a free on-page SEO audit of one of your pages.
Content optimization means improving pages you have already published so they rank better on Google and stay useful for AI assistants: clearer titles and descriptions, up-to-date information, working links, described images and structured data. Sorank does it page by page, from what it finds on each page and from its Google traffic, then publishes the changes on your site.
Keyword cannibalization happens when several pages of the same site target the same topic. They compete with each other for the same searches, and Google often ranks them all lower. Sorank spots pages that are too similar and merges them into a single, more complete page.
Content decay is the slow loss of traffic of a page as it ages: its information gets outdated, its links break and newer pages from competitors answer better. Sorank spots old pages or pages with little traffic and rewrites them at the same address.
All the pages of the site you connect: blog posts, including the ones written a few months ago, collections and the homepage. Each page shows its number of errors and is sorted into the “to rewrite” or “to fix” tab.
Targeted fixes change only the elements concerned, such as the title, the description or a broken link, and are meant for pages that already bring visitors from Google. A full rewrite produces a new version of the whole page and is meant for weak or outdated pages. Sorank recommends one or the other for each page, and you can choose to fix only some points.
The address stays the same. The page keeps its URL, so the links that already point to it and its history on Google are preserved.
Yes. For a full rewrite, you can read the new version of the page before it is published. For targeted fixes, each page shows the list of changes before you click “Fix”. When you want Sorank to handle everything, “Fix everything on autopilot” publishes all the fixes for you.
No. Each error is explained in plain words, and Sorank chooses the right action for each page. Experts save hours of audits and edits, beginners see what improves their pages and why.
We don't. Sorank isn't trying to be another Semrush or Ahrefs. Those tools are built for data, Sorank is built to do the work. Instead of more dashboards to check, it turns SEO and GEO insights into actions: articles written and published, backlinks earned, technical fixes and AI visibility tracking. Less complexity, more results.
From $49/month per website on a yearly plan, with a 3-day free trial and a 90-day results-or-refund guarantee. Every plan includes articles, AI visibility tracking and access to the Backlink Network; higher plans add more articles, more AIs tracked and more backlink credits. No setup fees, no paying for seats you don't use.
