These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services provided by Stone Rank Kft., operator of the Sorank platform.

These Terms govern all sales of:
• The Sorank SaaS platform, including AI citation monitoring, SEO insights, and digital analysis tools• Professional services provided by Stone Rank Kft. such as consulting, optimisation work, and link acquisition
They apply primarily to business customers, but individuals may subscribe under the provisions below.
Client: Any user purchasing a subscription or services.SaaS: The Sorank online platform accessible by subscription.Credits: Units consumed when using certain paid features.Services: All consulting or custom work provided under a quotation.Backlinks: Link placements or sponsored content on third-party websites.
Creating an account is free and grants access to limited features.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription.
The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information, including VAT number when applicable.
All prices displayed on the website and the platform (app.sorank.com) are expressed in Euros (EUR), exclusive of tax (net of VAT).
Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added at the rate in force in the customer's country of residence or establishment at the time of purchase, in accordance with EU Regulation on the place of supply of electronically supplied services (Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1042/2013). The total amount including VAT, if any, will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
For business customers (B2B) established within the European Union and holding a valid VAT identification number, the reverse charge mechanism applies and no VAT will be charged by Stone Rank Kft.
For customers located outside the European Union, no VAT is charged.
Stone Rank Kft. may adjust pricing, features, or subscription plans at any time. Clients will be informed by email with reasonable notice.
Monthly or annual subscriptions available on the website.Prices applicable at the time of purchase remain valid until renewal.
Delivered on the basis of a written quotation accepted by email.Schedules, deliverables, and scope are defined in this document.
If a Client disagrees with a pricing update, they may cancel their subscription before the new prices take effect.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Invoices are issued immediately after successful payment.
VAT is applied according to the Client's location and tax status:
• Hungary: 27% VAT applies• EU B2B (valid VAT number): VAT reverse-charge applies• EU B2C: VAT applied per applicable EU rules• Non-EU clients: No VAT charged unless local regulations require it
All invoices are issued by Stone Rank Kft. (Hungary).
Access is provided immediately upon subscription activation.
Credits are deducted automatically when applicable features are used.
Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions: Refund available within 30 days, covering unused months (the first month is considered consumed).
When digital content or features are delivered immediately, the Client expressly waives withdrawal rights as permitted by EU regulations.
Under Articles 9 to 15 of Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the same Directive, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) The consumer has given prior express consent to the immediate performance of the service by ticking the required checkbox during the checkout process;
(b) The consumer has acknowledged that such consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal;
(c) The Company has sent the consumer a confirmation of this agreement by email following the purchase.
If any of the above conditions have not been fulfilled, the consumer retains the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, by contacting us at: support (at) sorank.com
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Company shall reimburse the consumer within 14 days using the same payment method originally used, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information• Use the SaaS in accordance with applicable laws• Refrain from attempting to reverse engineer, alter, or misuse the platform• Cooperate actively when services require participation (access, documents, approvals)
The Sorank platform, algorithms, database, software, design, and all content are the exclusive property of Stone Rank Kft.
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid for the duration of the subscription.
Granted solely for the Client's internal use.
When purchasing link placements or sponsored articles, the Client acknowledges:
• Third-party websites may change their policies, URLs, or content structure• Publication timelines and link permanence cannot be guaranteed• SEO performance depends on external factors beyond Stone Rank Kft.'s control
Stone Rank Kft. selects sources carefully but cannot guarantee ranking outcomes or traffic.
SEO performance and visibility in AI systems depend on numerous external factors. Stone Rank Kft. offers no guarantee of results.
Stone Rank Kft. cannot be held liable for:
• Indirect damages• Economic losses• Data loss• Reputational damage
Direct liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
Sorank aims for high availability but may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Support is provided via the Contact page, with a target 24-hour business day response.
No uptime guarantee is provided unless specified in a separate agreement.
Stone Rank Kft. processes personal data necessary for:
• Account management• Billing• Customer support• Platform usage analytics
Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Client must comply with applicable data regulations, including GDPR where applicable.
Subscription renews automatically.
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Failure to pay or breach of Terms may result in suspension or termination.
Termination conditions follow the quotation.
Completed work and expenses remain payable.
Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by external, unforeseeable events including:
• Major technical failures• Cyberattacks• Natural disasters• Regulatory decisions• Third-party outages
Stone Rank Kft. may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Budapest, after attempts at amicable resolution.
