Sorank is operated by Stone Rank Kft. ("Sorank", "we", "our", "us"). In this page, "User", "Client" and "you" mean any person or entity accessing our website or our services.
This page is part of the legal documentation of Sorank, together with the Legal Notice, the Terms of Use, the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Affiliate Programme Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Accessibility Statement, all published on sorank.com.
This documentation applies to sorank.com, to the Sorank platform (app.sorank.com), to the Sorank browser extension, to the Sorank connector for AI assistants, and to every related service we provide. By accessing or using any of them, you accept the terms and acknowledge the information published on this page. If you do not accept them, you may not access or use Sorank.
Where two of these documents conflict, the Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail on everything concerning orders, prices, payment, refunds and cancellation, and the Terms of Use prevail on everything concerning access to and use of the platform.
These documents are published in English and translated into other languages for convenience. The English version is the reference version, and it prevails in the event of a discrepancy between translations, except where the mandatory law of a consumer's country of residence provides otherwise.
The date shown at the top of this page is the date of its latest version. We may update these documents; material changes are communicated by email with reasonable notice, and the version applicable at any given time is the one published on this page.

2. Definitions
Affiliate: a person or entity approved to participate in the Sorank Affiliate Programme.
Client: any user who purchases a paid Sorank subscription through an Affiliate's link.
Commission: the amount earned by the Affiliate on eligible sales.
Net revenue: revenue received by Stone Rank Kft. excluding VAT and other taxes, and excluding refunds and chargebacks.
Programme: the Sorank Affiliate Programme.
Platform: the affiliate management system used by Sorank, currently Rewardful.
3. Eligibility, Acceptance and Registration
By applying to the Sorank Affiliate Programme, and by participating in it, you accept these Terms without reservation. Joining the Programme is a separate act from using the Sorank platform, and these Terms apply to it in addition to the Terms of Use.
Registration requires accurate and complete information. Stone Rank Kft. reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and with fair marketing practice.
Tracking, attribution and commission calculation are managed through Rewardful. Affiliates must maintain a valid Rewardful account to participate.
Affiliates act as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, an agency, a partnership or a joint venture. Each Affiliate is responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and social contributions due on the commissions received in their country of residence.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Commission rate. Affiliates earn 20% of the net revenue, excluding VAT, of each subscription payment made by each referred Client.
4.2 Duration. The commission is recurring and is paid for twelve (12) months from the referred Client's first paid subscription payment. As long as the Client remains subscribed during that period, the Affiliate is paid on each payment made. If the Client upgrades or downgrades, the commission follows the amount actually paid from that payment onward. If the Client uses a discount code, the commission is calculated on the discounted amount actually received.
4.3 What is commissioned. Only subscription payments are commissioned. Credits and add-ons of any kind are excluded, including image credits and any metered add-on. The Backlink Network is a free feature and generates no revenue and therefore no commission.
4.4 Attribution window. Referral links are lifetime-valid: attribution is applied whenever a user clicks the link, subject to the Client's cookie consent and to the technical limits of the tracking platform.
4.5 Clearance period. Commissions become payable thirty days after Stone Rank Kft. has received and validated the Client's payment, which ensures the transaction has not been refunded or disputed.
4.6 Rate applicable. The rate in force on the date of each payment applies to that payment. Stone Rank Kft. gives Affiliates at least thirty days' notice by email before any change to the commission rate or duration, and the change applies only to payments made after the end of that notice period.
5. Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of 100 EUR in cleared commissions before requesting a payout. No payment is issued below this threshold. Below it, earnings remain in the account and continue to accumulate; nothing is lost.
6. Payout Terms
Payouts are issued through the payment method configured in the Affiliate's Rewardful account. Transaction fees, whether banking or currency conversion, may be deducted. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details, and Stone Rank Kft. is not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect information.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks and Invalid Transactions
If a referred Client cancels, receives a refund or triggers a chargeback, the relevant commission is not paid. If it has already been credited, it may be deducted from future payouts.
Commissions are voided for:
- Self-referrals, including any arrangement in which the Affiliate refunds part of the commission to the Client in exchange for the subscription.
- Referrals from family members or employees.
- Fraudulent or incentivised traffic.
- Abuse of the reward system.
- Artificial traffic or misleading practices.
Stone Rank Kft. may remove the commission on any invalid or suspicious transaction.
8. Marketing and Promotional Rules
Affiliates must promote Sorank in a fair, transparent and lawful manner, and must disclose the commercial nature of the relationship wherever the applicable law requires it, including Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresenting Sorank features, pricing or company information.
- Promising a guaranteed result, a guaranteed position or a guaranteed timeframe.
- Pretending to be part of the Sorank team.
- Using spam, bots, forced clicks or misleading funnels.
- Advertising Sorank using deceptive or unethical methods.
8.1 No bidding on brand keywords. Affiliates are strictly forbidden from bidding on, purchasing or triggering advertisements for "Sorank", "Sorank.com", "Stone Rank Kft.", any misspelling or variation of those signs, any combination of the brand with another keyword such as "Sorank review" or "Sorank pricing", or any competitor-style advertisement targeting searches for the brand. This applies to all advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and social advertising networks.
8.2 No domain names containing the brand. Affiliates may not register, acquire, hold, use, renew or apply for any domain name, subdomain, application name, store listing, social media handle, newsletter name or account name that contains "Sorank", "Stone Rank", a close variant of either, or any sign liable to create a likelihood of confusion with them. This includes typographical variants and combinations such as "sorank-review.com", "getsorank.io" or "sorank.app". An Affiliate who already holds such a name on the date of these Terms must transfer it to Stone Rank Kft. at cost, or let it lapse, within thirty days of a written request.
8.3 Trade mark. Sorank is the subject of European Union trade mark application No 019419475, filed by Stone Rank Kft. with the EUIPO on 8 September 2026 in classes 9, 35 and 42. Participation in the Programme grants no licence over that sign beyond the limited use permitted by Section 9.
A violation of this Section may lead to immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, without prejudice to any other remedy.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use Sorank-approved logos and promotional materials exclusively for the purpose of participating in the Programme. All intellectual property remains owned by Stone Rank Kft. Unauthorised use, modification or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Termination
Stone Rank Kft. may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for non-compliance with these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, misuse of the Programme, violation of Section 8, or inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
Upon termination, valid commissions above the 100 EUR threshold remain payable, and commissions earned through prohibited activity are forfeited.
11. Liability and Disclaimer
Stone Rank Kft. does not guarantee the number of conversions or the level of income an Affiliate may generate. The Programme is provided "as is". Stone Rank Kft. is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, technical failures or third-party service outages, including Rewardful and payment processors.
These limitations do not apply in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor where the law applicable to an Affiliate acting as a consumer prohibits them.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with the Programme is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Rewardful acts as a processor on our behalf.
13. Modifications
Stone Rank Kft. may update these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website, except for changes to the commission rate or duration, which are subject to the thirty-day notice set out in Section 4.6. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
Affiliates acting as consumers. If the Affiliate is a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession, these Terms do not deprive the Affiliate of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
