Welcome to Sorank, a SaaS platform operated by Stone Rank Kft. ("Sorank", "we", "our", "us").By accessing or using our website and services, you ("User", "Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Sorank.
Sorank provides digital tools designed to help businesses analyse and improve their visibility on AI systems and search engines.
Our services may include:
• AI citation monitoring• Keyword and GEO research• Content generation• SEO analysis• Backlink monitoring• Reporting dashboards• Additional features released over time
Sorank does not guarantee ranking improvements or visibility results.
The User remains fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on insights produced by the platform.
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials• All activity occurring under your account
Sorank may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Sorank offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Prices are displayed in EUR, excluding tax unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Cancellation does not trigger a refund unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Refunds follow the conditions outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy page.
Unless otherwise specified:
• Monthly plans: non-refundable• Annual plans: refundable within 30 days minus one month of service• Used credits: non-refundable
You agree not to:
• Use Sorank for illegal purposes• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform• Interfere with system integrity or security• Mine data, scrape, or overload the platform• Use generated content to violate copyrights, privacy, or applicable law• Share access with unauthorized users
Violation may result in immediate suspension of your account.
All content, software, features, designs, trademarks, and data displayed on Sorank are the exclusive property of Stone Rank Kft. or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Sorank.
Scope. As part of its services, Stone Rank Kft. uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate content, including but not limited to blog articles, SEO-optimised texts, and other written materials, which may be published directly on the customer's website.
Customer responsibility. The customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated content, whether before or after publication on their website. By using the service, the customer accepts full editorial responsibility for any content published on their domain.
No guarantee of accuracy. Stone Rank Kft. does not warrant the factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The customer is strongly encouraged to verify all factual claims, data, and statements before relying on or publishing such content.
Intellectual property and liability. The customer assumes full responsibility in the event that AI-generated content published on their website infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains defamatory statements, or is otherwise unlawful. Stone Rank Kft. shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the customer's use or publication of AI-generated content without prior review.
AI transparency. In accordance with the European AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), Stone Rank Kft. informs users that certain content produced through its platform is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. Where required by applicable law, such content will be identified as AI-generated.
Autopilot mode. When the customer activates the automatic publishing feature ("autopilot mode"), they expressly acknowledge that content may be published on their website without prior manual review. By enabling this feature, the customer accepts the associated risks and agrees that Stone Rank Kft. bears no liability for content published automatically on their behalf.
Information submitted to or generated by the platform is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data, and you grant Sorank the necessary rights to store, analyse, and process it to provide the service.
Sorank does not sell personal data.
Sorank may integrate or rely on external APIs, including but not limited to:
• Search engines• AI systems• Data providers• Payment processors
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes resulting from third-party services.
We strive to maintain continuous access to the platform.
However, we do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted service• Error-free operation• Full compatibility with your systems
We may temporarily disable the service for maintenance, updates, or security improvements.
Sorank provides the platform "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
• Improved rankings• Increased traffic• Accurate predictions• Perfect data reliability• Specific business outcomes
You use Sorank at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sorank shall not be liable for:
• Loss of revenue, profits, business, or data• Downtime, service interruptions, or errors• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall never exceed the total fees paid by the User during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate these Terms• You misuse the platform• You fail to pay subscription fees
Upon termination:
• Your access is revoked immediately• Data may be deleted after a reasonable period• No refund is owed unless required by law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Budapest, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
