Sorank provides software tools designed to help businesses analyse and improve their visibility in AI assistants and in search engines. Our services may include:
Sorank does not guarantee ranking improvements or visibility results. You remain fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken on the basis of insights produced by the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Sorank may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.
5.1 What the trial is. New customers may start a free trial of three (3) calendar days giving full access to the features of the plan selected at sign-up. The trial is limited to one per customer, per company and per website.
5.2 A payment card is required. Starting the trial requires a valid payment card. Your card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by Stone Rank Kft. No amount is charged during the trial period.
5.3 The trial converts into a paid subscription automatically. Unless you cancel before the end of the third day, the trial converts automatically into the paid subscription of the plan you selected, and your card is charged for the first billing period at the price displayed at checkout before you confirmed your order. The subscription then renews automatically as set out in Section 6.
5.4 The information you receive before you commit. Before you confirm the start of the trial, the checkout page states the duration of the trial, the exact amount that will be charged at its end, the billing frequency and the fact that the subscription renews automatically. The confirmation email sent when your trial starts repeats that information, together with the date of the first charge.
5.5 How to cancel before being charged. You may cancel at any moment during the trial, from the Subscription section of your Sorank dashboard, in one step and without giving a reason. Cancelling during the trial stops the conversion and no amount is charged. You may also cancel by writing to support (at) sorank.com before the end of the trial; a request received before the end of the third day is always honoured.
5.6 After the first charge. Once the first payment has been taken, the refund conditions of the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply, including the ninety-day performance guarantee.
6.1 General. Sorank offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in EUR, exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6.2 Renewal. All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not trigger a refund unless our Refund and Cancellation Policy states otherwise.
6.4 Refunds. Refunds follow the conditions set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless otherwise specified: monthly plans are non-refundable, annual plans are refundable within thirty days minus one month of service, and used credits are non-refundable. The ninety-day performance guarantee described in that policy applies in addition to these rules.

All content, software, features, designs, trade marks and data displayed on Sorank are the exclusive property of Stone Rank Kft. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Sorank.
Sorank is the subject of European Union trade mark application No 019419475, filed by Stone Rank Kft. with the EUIPO on 8 September 2026 in classes 9, 35 and 42. You may not register, use or apply for any domain name, subdomain, application name, store listing, advertising keyword or social media handle that contains "Sorank", "Stone Rank", a close variant of either, or any sign liable to create a likelihood of confusion with them.
9.1 Scope. As part of its services, Stone Rank Kft. uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including blog articles, SEO-optimised texts and other written material, which may be published directly on your website.
9.2 Your responsibility. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and approving all AI-generated content, whether before or after publication on your website. By using the service you accept full editorial responsibility for any content published on your domain.
9.3 No guarantee of accuracy. Stone Rank Kft. does not warrant the factual accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content generated by artificial intelligence. Such content may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You are strongly encouraged to verify all factual claims, data and statements before relying on or publishing such content.
9.4 Ownership of generated content. Subject to full payment of the sums due, Stone Rank Kft. assigns to you, for the entire world and for the legal duration of protection, all economic rights it may hold in the content generated for you through the platform and published on your domain, for any use in connection with your business. Stone Rank Kft. retains ownership of the platform, of its models, prompts, pipelines and software, and retains the right to use aggregated and anonymised data derived from the use of the service to operate, secure and improve it. Content generated by an artificial intelligence system may not be protected by copyright in every jurisdiction; the assignment above covers the rights that exist, and Stone Rank Kft. gives no warranty that any given piece of content is protectable or exclusive to you.
9.5 Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Stone Rank Kft., its directors and its employees against any claim, action, proceeding, damage, liability, fine and reasonable cost, including legal fees, brought by a third party and arising from content published on your domain through the service, including claims of infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, breach of privacy, unfair commercial practice, misleading advertising or breach of sector-specific regulation. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, give you the opportunity to take over its defence, and cooperate reasonably at your expense. This indemnity does not apply where the claim results from our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and it does not apply to a User acting as a consumer.
9.6 Lawful use and sector rules. Sorank accepts every line of business, in every sector, provided the activity and the content published are lawful in the country in which your business is established and in the countries you target. You warrant that this is the case, and you remain solely responsible for complying with the rules applicable to your sector, including any advertising, labelling, licensing or professional-conduct rule, and for obtaining any authorisation your activity requires. Where your sector imposes prior control over published material, you are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before it goes live, which means disabling automatic publishing where that control cannot be exercised afterwards. Section 9.5 applies in full to content published in breach of this clause.
9.7 Autopilot mode. When you activate the automatic publishing feature ("autopilot mode"), you expressly acknowledge that content may be published on your website without prior manual review. By enabling this feature you accept the associated risks and agree that Stone Rank Kft. bears no liability for content published automatically on your behalf, subject to Section 16.
10.1 Description. The Backlink Network is an optional feature offered in addition to the subscribed plan, at no extra cost. It is not a paid deliverable and no part of the subscription price is allocated to it. It is proposed only where relevant opportunities exist, and availability depends on your industry and on the sites participating at any given time. In certain industries no suitable opportunity exists and you may receive no backlink at all.
When enabled, Sorank automatically inserts, modifies and, where applicable, removes contextual hyperlinks:
Stone Rank Kft. does not sell, buy or broker backlinks, sponsored articles or press placements, and does not operate a paid link marketplace. Links are placed only between the websites of Sorank customers who have enabled the feature.
The Backlink Network is not a link exchange. Every link it places runs in one direction only. Where a participating site links to yours, we do not place a link back from your site to that same site, and no participating site is asked to link back in return for a link received. Sorank does not arrange reciprocal links, three-way or circular link arrangements, or any other arrangement in which a placement is conditional on a placement in return. Matching is made on editorial relevance between the topic of the host content and the destination site.
10.2 The feature is off until you switch it on. The Backlink Network is disabled by default. It is activated only where you give a specific, informed and unambiguous consent, by ticking a dedicated, unpre-ticked box in your account. That consent is recorded with a time stamp and is available to you on request. Consenting to the Backlink Network is not a condition of access to the platform, and refusing it does not affect any other feature of your plan.
You may withdraw your consent at any time from your account, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops all new insertions immediately. You may also request the removal of any link already placed in your content or on a participating site, and we carry out that removal within fifteen days.
10.3 Your authority over the site. By enabling the Backlink Network you warrant that you own the website concerned or that you hold, from its owner, an express authorisation to have its published content modified in the manner described in Section 10.1. If you act on behalf of your own clients, you warrant that you have obtained that authorisation from each of them and you will provide evidence of it on our request. Stone Rank Kft. may suspend the feature for any site where that authority is in doubt.
10.4 Editorial standards and search-engine treatment. Links placed through the Backlink Network are contextual and editorial. They are inserted in relevant published content, they run in one direction only, they are never reciprocal, and no money is paid or received for any individual placement. You nevertheless acknowledge that every search engine assesses each link at its own discretion, that search-engine guidelines and algorithms change without notice, and that no provider can guarantee how a given link will be treated. You take part of your own free will and with knowledge of that uncertainty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 16, Stone Rank Kft. shall not be liable for any ranking change, manual action, penalty, loss of traffic or other consequence arising from your participation.
10.5 No guarantee of results. Sorank gives no guarantee as to any search-ranking outcome, position, traffic, indexing or retention of links, nor as to the number of backlinks obtained, which may be none. The treatment, valuation, devaluation or penalisation of links rests solely with third-party search engines, whose guidelines are independent of Sorank and may change at any time. Because the Backlink Network is a free optional feature, obtaining few backlinks or none at all does not entitle you to any refund, credit, price reduction or compensation, and is not a valid ground for a refund request.
10.6 Credits. Backlink Network credits are granted as part of this complimentary feature. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or for a price reduction, are non-refundable, and are governed by these Terms. Credits that remain unused, including where no placement opportunity is available in your industry, give rise to no refund or compensation.
10.7 Third-party data. Sorank relies on third-party data, including Ahrefs and DataForSEO, to match links; such data is provided "as is".
Information submitted to or generated by the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and you grant Sorank the rights necessary to store, analyse and process it in order to provide the service. Sorank does not sell personal data.
Communications. We may contact you about your account, your trial, your subscription and your payments by email, WhatsApp or SMS, using the contact details you provide. Some of our replies are prepared or sent by an AI assistant supervised by our team, and you may ask to speak with a person at any time. You can stop non-essential messages at any time, for example by replying STOP.
Sorank may integrate or rely on external interfaces, including search engines, AI systems, data providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors or changes resulting from third-party services.
We strive to maintain continuous access to the platform. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or full compatibility with your systems. We may temporarily disable the service for maintenance, updates or security improvements.
Sorank provides the platform "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee improved rankings, increased traffic, accurate predictions, perfect data reliability or specific business outcomes. You use Sorank at your own risk. Nothing in this section removes the legal guarantee of conformity owed to a consumer under Directive (EU) 2019/770.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorank shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, business or data, for downtime, service interruptions or errors, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage. Our total liability shall never exceed the total fees paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The exclusions and limitations set out in Sections 9, 10, 14 and 15 do not apply in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in the event of death or personal injury, in the event of a breach of an essential obligation that deprives the contract of its substance, nor where the law applicable to a consumer prohibits them. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts the statutory rights of a consumer.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination your access is revoked immediately, data may be deleted after a reasonable period, and no refund is owed unless required by law or by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hungary, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consumers. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, as provided by Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and you may only be sued before those courts, in accordance with Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
