A refund request sent to [email protected] is acknowledged within two business days and processed within seven business days.

The trial lasts 3 days. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during those 3 days.

You can cancel at any moment during the trial from the Subscription section of your dashboard, in one step, or by writing to [email protected] before the end of the third day. Without a cancellation, the trial becomes the paid subscription of the plan you chose.

You stop whenever you want, from your Sorank account. The cancellation stops the renewal from the next billing period.

Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If, after 90 days of continuous paid use of Sorank on a website, no content published by Sorank is indexed by Google and none has an impression in Google Search Console, the subscription fees of those 90 days are refunded.

The exact conditions (content kept online, Search Console connected, claim within 30 days after the period) are in section 6 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Yes, within 30 days of the purchase: the refund is the annual fee minus one month, which counts as used. After 30 days, the 90-day guarantee still applies.

Write to [email protected] with the invoice number, the purchase date and a short explanation. An approved refund goes back to the payment method of the original purchase.

A billing error on our side is corrected with a credit note or a refund, and a duplicate payment is refunded after verification.

Each website has its own subscription, with three plans (Essential, Pro and Business), billed monthly or yearly. The current prices are on the pricing page.

Yes. You run as many websites as you want from one account, each with its own subscription. For several websites or specific needs, book a demo.

Agencies can also offer Sorank under their own brand: the white label offer is taken as a yearly subscription.

Yes. You earn 20% of every subscription payment of the customers you refer, for 12 months. Everything is explained on the affiliate page.
