본 약관은 주로 기업 고객에게 적용되지만, 개인도 아래 조항에 따라 구독할 수 있습니다.
고객: 구독 또는 서비스를 구매하는 모든 사용자.
SaaS: 구독을 통해 액세스할 수 있는 Sorank 온라인 플랫폼.
크레딧: 특정 유료 기능 사용 시 차감되는 단위.
서비스: 견적서에 따라 제공되는 모든 컨설팅 또는 맞춤형 작업.
백링크: 타사 웹사이트에 배치된 링크 또는 스폰서 콘텐츠.
계정 생성은 무료이며 제한된 기능에 액세스할 수 있습니다.
유료 기능을 이용하려면 활성 구독이 필요합니다.
고객은 VAT 번호를 포함하여 정확하고 최신 상태의 청구 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
웹사이트 및 플랫폼(app.sorank.com)에 표시된 모든 가격은 유로(EUR) 기준이며, 세금(부가가치세 제외)이 포함되지 않은 금액입니다.
해당되는 경우, 전자적 서비스 공급지에 관한 EU 규정(이사회 시행 규정 (EU) No 1042/2013)에 따라 구매 시점의 고객 거주지 또는 사업장 소재지 국가의 세율에 맞춰 부가가치세(VAT)가 추가됩니다. 부가가치세가 포함된 총액은 결제 확인 전에 명확하게 표시됩니다.
유럽연합(EU) 내에 소재하며 유효한 부가가치세(VAT) 식별 번호를 보유한 기업 고객(B2B)에게는 역과세 제도가 적용되며, Stone Rank Kft.는 부가가치세를 부과하지 않습니다.
유럽연합(EU) 외 지역에 거주하는 고객에게는 부가가치세(VAT)가 부과되지 않습니다.
Stone Rank Kft.는 언제든지 가격, 기능 또는 구독 플랜을 조정할 수 있습니다. 고객에게는 적절한 사전 통지 기간을 두고 이메일로 안내해 드립니다.
웹사이트에서 월간 또는 연간 구독을 이용할 수 있습니다. 구매 시점의 가격은 갱신 전까지 유효합니다.
이메일로 승인된 서면 견적을 바탕으로 제공됩니다. 일정, 산출물 및 범위는 해당 문서에 정의되어 있습니다.
가격 변경에 동의하지 않는 고객은 새로운 가격이 적용되기 전에 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
결제는 Stripe를 통해 안전하게 처리됩니다.
구독은 갱신일 이전에 해지하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
결제가 완료되면 즉시 청구서가 발행됩니다.
부가가치세(VAT)는 고객의 위치 및 세무 상태에 따라 다음과 같이 적용됩니다.
• 헝가리: 27%의 부가가치세(VAT)가 적용됩니다. • EU B2B 고객(유효한 VAT 번호 보유 시): 역과세(reverse-charge) 제도가 적용됩니다.
• EU B2C 고객: 적용 가능한 EU 규정에 따라 부가가치세(VAT)가 부과됩니다.
• EU 외 국가 고객: 현지 규정에 따라 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 부가가치세(VAT)가 부과되지 않습니다.
All invoices are issued by Stone Rank Kft. (Hungary).
Access is provided immediately upon subscription activation.
Credits are deducted automatically when applicable features are used.
Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions: Refund available within 30 days, covering unused months (the first month is considered consumed).
When digital content or features are delivered immediately, the Client expressly waives withdrawal rights as permitted by EU regulations.
Under Articles 9 to 15 of Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the same Directive, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) The consumer has given prior express consent to the immediate performance of the service by ticking the required checkbox during the checkout process;
(b) The consumer has acknowledged that such consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal;
(c) The Company has sent the consumer a confirmation of this agreement by email following the purchase.
If any of the above conditions have not been fulfilled, the consumer retains the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, by contacting us at: support (at) sorank.com
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Company shall reimburse the consumer within 14 days using the same payment method originally used, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information• Use the SaaS in accordance with applicable laws
• Refrain from attempting to reverse engineer, alter, or misuse the platform
• Cooperate actively when services require participation (access, documents, approvals)
The Sorank platform, algorithms, database, software, design, and all content are the exclusive property of Stone Rank Kft.
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid for the duration of the subscription.
Granted solely for the Client's internal use.
Backlinks are an optional extra. They are not a deliverable of the Sorank subscription and no part of the subscription price is allocated to them. Where link placements or sponsored articles are made available to the Client, they are offered free of charge, in addition to the subscribed plan, and only when suitable opportunities exist at that time.
The Client acknowledges:
• Backlinks are optional and are proposed only when relevant opportunities are available
• Availability depends entirely on third-party publishers and on the Client's industry
• In certain industries, no publisher accepts placements, and the Client may therefore receive no backlink at all
• Third-party websites may change their policies, URLs, or content structure at any time
• Publication timelines, link permanence, and indexation cannot be guaranteed• SEO performance depends on external factors beyond Stone Rank Kft.'s control
Stone Rank Kft. selects sources carefully but gives no guarantee as to the number of backlinks obtained, their delivery, their retention, or any ranking or traffic outcome. Because backlinks are a complimentary addition and form no part of the paid subscription, obtaining few backlinks or none at all does not entitle the Client to any refund, credit, price reduction, or compensation, and is not a valid ground for a refund request under Section 7 or under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where backlinks or sponsored placements are ordered separately as a paid service under a quotation, the terms of that quotation and Section 5.2 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.
SEO performance and visibility in AI systems depend on numerous external factors. Stone Rank Kft. offers no guarantee of results.
Stone Rank Kft. cannot be held liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Economic losses
• Data loss
• Reputational damage
Direct liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
Sorank aims for high availability but may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Support is provided via the Contact page, with a target 24-hour business day response.
No uptime guarantee is provided unless specified in a separate agreement.
Stone Rank Kft. processes personal data necessary for:
• Account management
• Billing
• Customer support
• Platform usage analytics
Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Client must comply with applicable data regulations, including GDPR where applicable.
Subscription renews automatically.
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Failure to pay or breach of Terms may result in suspension or termination.
Termination conditions follow the quotation.
Completed work and expenses remain payable.
Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by external, unforeseeable events including:
• Major technical failures
• Cyberattacks
• Natural disasters
• Regulatory decisions
• Third-party outages
Stone Rank Kft. may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Budapest, after attempts at amicable resolution.
