Our ranking of the 10 best freelance CRO consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one, with named clients, published prices, method and limits.

In short
Florent Kiecken is the strongest profile among the best CRO consultants in France for a company that wants both an audit and to learn the method: CRO is the only work he advertises, he is certified by CXL, he publishes the price of his course and cites signed clients, such as Heycar. Mathieu Fauveaux is a better fit for a large company that wants to structure an A/B testing programme run by its own teams, Enzo Cardillo for a Shopify store that wants to launch a testing programme, Alice Girard for an e-commerce brand that wants to rework its purchase journeys, and Léa Macioszczyk for an SME that wants a first audit at a published price.

Choosing among the best CRO consultants in France means handing the optimisation of your site's conversion rate to a single person: the one who reads your data, observes how your visitors behave, formulates the hypotheses and interprets the tests. The potential is often large: the Baymard Institute calculates an average cart abandonment rate of 70.22% from 50 studies, according to its compilation of cart abandonment studies. This ranking brings together ten independent consultants, checked one by one, and says for each one which type of site they suit.
An independent CRO consultant is both your contact and your expert. Data analysis, the audit, test hypotheses and the reading of results all go through the same person, with no project manager between you and your site.
This format has three advantages: contact is direct, fees are often lower than at an agency, and the consultant ends up knowing your pages and your customers in detail. It also has two limits. A testing programme requires mock-ups, development of variants and statistical analysis, and one person can only run a limited number of tests in parallel. Their absences also slow the programme down. Several consultants on this list solve this by training your team or by working with your developers.
If you want to run several tests a month across several sites or several countries, or if you need user research, design and development at the same time, an agency team is often a better fit. Our ranking The 10 Best CRO and Conversion Agencies in France (2027) covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 16 and 17 October 2026, and this page is scheduled to be revised every 90 days.
1. CRO is the core business. Consultants who present conversion optimisation as their specialty come before those who list it alongside SEO, advertising or marketing leadership.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients, testimonials signed with a name and a company, a certification issued by an outside body or a partner status awarded by a software vendor count for more than a figure displayed without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A published price, an hourly rate, or a clear description of what the audit contains, how long it takes and what follows.
4. Fit with a type of client. We kept profiles that serve different needs (Shopify store, e-commerce brand, SaaS start-up, large company, SME) and said which ones.
5. Real, independent activity. A live site, the person's name displayed, engagements carried out by the consultant themselves. Agencies and firms that rely on a salaried team were excluded, as were consultants whose site is not available in French.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the conversion rate increases, the revenue generated or the client counts published by the consultants, because nothing allows them to be checked from the outside. Average ratings displayed on a site without a link to a third-party platform, and rankings published by a consultant on their own site, did not count as proof. We did not audit any client site.
Florent Kiecken is a CRO consultant in Lille, where he runs the SDLV site in his own name, and states more than six years of helping brands with conversion optimisation. He displays a CRO certification issued by CXL, an online marketing training organisation. He sells two things: CRO services (landing page optimisation, research and analysis, a prioritised roadmap, UX and UI redesign), which start with a discovery call, and La Cargaison, an online CRO course in seven modules that runs from user research to A/B testing and the use of AI, listed at €620 and payable in instalments. His pages publish signed testimonials, including those of Antoine Hemery, Head of Growth at Heycar, Alexandre Marotel, head of Twaino, and Romain Maltrud, head of obl.app. He also writes a newsletter devoted to CRO. The price of an audit is not published.
Best for: e-commerce and SaaS teams that want an audit while building up their team's skills, and freelancers or agencies that want to add CRO to their offer. A good share of the published testimonials concern the course rather than client engagements: on the first call, ask for examples of audits carried out for a company comparable to yours.

Mathieu Fauveaux is an experimentation specialist who works as a sole trader under the FWOptimisation brand, from the Nord department. He presents himself as a former Lead CRO at Decathlon and states more than fourteen years of A/B testing practice. His site says it clearly: he does not work like an agency, and his goal is to make your teams autonomous. He sells two things: support for experimentation programmes, to launch them or to relaunch them when too many tests come back neutral (maturity audit, training, coaching), and three CRO courses, including a 20-hour programme listed at €2,000 excl. VAT per participant. He created his own hypothesis research method, ResearchWO, and publishes free calculators to prepare and analyse a test. His pages cite companies he has supported or trained, such as MAIF, Decathlon, Kiabi, Promod, Salomon and Shiseido, and publish signed testimonials, including those of Jonathan Sainvet, lead CRO at MAIF, and Kévin Mathis, lead CRO at Kiabi. The price of his support is not published.
Best for: large companies and scale-ups that already have the traffic to test and want to structure an experimentation programme run by their product and marketing teams. His offer targets teams that test or are about to: for a one-off audit of a small store, the other profiles on this list are a better fit.

Enzo Cardillo is a CRO consultant specialising in Shopify under the Klapi brand, listed as a Shopify Select partner, and works for brands in Paris, Lyon and Saint-Étienne. He states that he does the work himself and takes on few clients at a time. His CRO audit combines data from GA4 and Shopify, heatmaps, session recordings and customer reviews, and produces, in one to two weeks, a roadmap ranked by impact and effort. He then offers an ongoing A/B testing programme, and CRO coaching aimed both at e-commerce teams and at freelancers and agencies that want to sell CRO. He names clients, such as Cambridge Satchel, Nutripure and Dijo. He does not publish his price: his site states that a serious CRO audit costs between €1,500 and €5,000 on the French market, and he sets his price after looking at your store.
Best for: Shopify brands that already have traffic and want to move from one-off fixes to a real testing programme. The results figures and the number of clients displayed vary from one page of his site to another: on the first call, ask for cases you can check.

Alice Girard presents herself as an "e-commerce customer journey designer" and works as a sole trader under the name Bows, from the Ariège department and remotely. She works alone, with no agency or intermediary, and has done UX consulting and conversion optimisation for e-commerce brands since 2012. Her four-step method starts with an audit of UX friction and purchase journeys, continues with a roadmap of prioritised hypotheses, then design (architecture, mock-ups, interface, copy), and ends with A/B tests and conversion tracking. She names her clients with the dates of each collaboration: NumisCorner since 2015, Le Petit Lunetier since 2018, Somatoline Cosmetic from 2023 to 2026, as well as John Dalia, Rad. and So Shape. She works in particular on Shopify and Shopify Plus. Her prices are not published: the first exchange is a thirty-minute call.
Best for: e-commerce brands whose product pages and checkout funnel hold back sales, and that prefer to improve their site screen by screen rather than rebuild everything. She does not publish testimonials: ask to speak to one of her long-standing clients.

Gabriel Amzallag is an SEO and CRO consultant who handles both on the same pages: being found on Google, being chosen by AI assistants and converting the traffic already there. He works alone, relying on AI, with no agency intermediary. His method starts with a data audit to find the opportunity with the highest impact, ranks actions by their effect on revenue, delivers the changes within a few days and measures them with A/B tests. He names clients, mostly start-ups and scale-ups: Qonto, PayFit, Pigment, Staycation, Foxintelligence and inmemori. He publishes a weekly newsletter on SEO and CRO, and created Web Anatomy, a library of web page sections from companies, designed for AI assistants. His site is available in French and English. He does not publish a price: he gives one after a 20-minute call.
Best for: SaaS and fintech start-ups that want to grow organic acquisition and conversion with a single contact. For a high-volume A/B testing programme, a profile focused only on CRO will be a better fit. His site states neither his city nor when he started: ask on the first call.

Teo Comyn presents himself as a growth and Shopify expert, and has worked on Shopify since 2019. His offer brings together CRO and UX, SEO and visibility in AI assistants, Liquid development and migrations, with a single contact. Several of the projects he publishes concern conversion: an SEO and CRO audit for Second Step, clarifying the offer and the journey for MagicBeez, an audit of the gift journey for La Pelucherie and CRO prioritisation for Maison Jearom. He states a CRO and UX audit delivered in 7 to 10 days, and also works as back-up for agencies on specific engagements. His prices are not published: the budget is set after scoping.
Best for: Shopify stores that want to handle conversion and the technical side of the site with the same person, for example around a redesign or a migration. His site publishes neither testimonials nor results by client: ask for references on the first call.

Mendy Berrebi works as an outsourced CMO and e-commerce consultant under the Convertly brand, and states fifteen years of e-commerce experience, first in-house and then in consulting. Conversion is one of his four missions, alongside acquisition, data and team management: optimisation of key pages (home page, product pages, checkout), analysis of drop-off points and A/B tests. He is one of the few consultants on this list to publish his prices: a CRO audit at €990, a full e-commerce growth diagnosis at €2,850 and a free 15-minute pre-diagnosis. His site publishes a signed testimonial from Judith Halioua, presented as former Head of Strategy at Nike.com, and states that he does not take on more than five clients at a time.
Best for: online retailers with revenue between €1 million and €10 million, the target he displays, who are looking for someone to steer the whole picture, conversion included. If you want a specialist who does nothing but CRO, the profiles ranked higher are a better fit.

Sacha Vetzikian founded LeStudio, a UX and UI design studio specialising in e-commerce and showcase sites, which he runs as a sole proprietorship in the Île-de-France region. He states eight years of designing purchase journeys, between e-commerce start-ups and a consulting firm where he worked for Yves Rocher, Speedy and Société Générale. His UX/UI and CRO audit, which he carries out himself, lasts two weeks: data analysis (Google Analytics, Hotjar), a heuristic audit of the funnel and a comparison with three competitors in the first week, a report ranked by business impact and a video debrief in the second, then fifteen days of support for implementation. The cost of the audit is deducted if you go on to a redesign with him. He names clients, such as Caalme, Cuure and Apoticaria, and publishes signed testimonials, including those of Fatima Bouhelalem, UX director at Yves Rocher, and Teddy Herbaut, CMO of Arrago. He does not publish a price.
Best for: e-commerce brands that want a diagnosis of their purchase journey followed by mock-ups, with the same contact from audit to design. He delivers the design and the recommendations, not the code: plan for a developer. Interface design is his core business, and his site mentions a team without giving its size: ask who will work on your project.

Léa Macioszczyk is a CRO consultant in Grenoble who works across France, for e-commerce sites and showcase sites. Coming from digital marketing, she answers requests herself, with no intermediary. Her method follows four steps: data analysis (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings), hypotheses ranked with the PXL method, A/B tests tracked with the GoStellar tool, then rollout of what works. She is one of the few consultants on this list to publish all her prices: a CRO audit delivered in two weeks at €499, ongoing support at €799 a month for a minimum of three months, and technical execution on quote, carried out with a senior developer for tests that require code. She also offers a free diagnosis, delivered by email, with no call required.
Best for: SMEs and small online stores that want a first audit at a known price, or monthly follow-up without committing a large budget. Her site names no client or testimonial and does not say how long she has been doing CRO: ask for examples of audits before you sign. That explains her place near the bottom of the ranking.

Vincent Brossas is a digital performance and growth marketing consultant, and states more than ten years of experience. He works through his company The YOLO Company, registered in the Maine-et-Loire department, and relies on a collective of freelancers depending on the engagement. Conversion optimisation is among his specialties, alongside SEO, SEA, e-commerce, affiliate marketing and automation: a data-driven approach, user experience, A/B tests and better returns from existing traffic. He names companies he has worked with, such as SE Ranking, Unibet, Voyage Privé, Brevo and Sarbacane, without saying which ones involved conversion. He publishes his rates: €120 an hour for consulting and €290 an hour for coaching, billed for the time spent. He also publishes the media site LEPTIDIGITAL.
Best for: SMEs and B2B companies that want a single adviser for acquisition and conversion, billed for the time spent. CRO is not his core business: ask for examples of conversion engagements before you sign.

Four points to raise on the first call, whatever the consultant.
Four limits, stated clearly.
It leaves out profiles without a site. Many independent CRO consultants work only through Malt or LinkedIn. We did not include them, for lack of a personal site where we could check their offer and their proof: strong profiles may therefore be missing here. The last places on the list also go to consultants who publish little proof, and the order among them is tighter than at the top of the ranking.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was online on 16 and 17 October 2026. We did not audit any client site or confirm any result. A consultant who communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It does not know your site. The right consultant for the checkout funnel of a Shopify store is rarely the right one for the sign-up page of a B2B software product. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Consultants' prices, offers and availability change quickly. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A CRO consultant interprets: why your visitors drop out at a given step, which hypothesis to test first, when a test result is solid enough to apply, and how far to push conversion without damaging your brand. These decisions require knowing your customers and your offer. But a well-optimised funnel also depends on the number of qualified visitors who enter it, and that is where regular content production takes over.
That is what Sorank automates: after an audit of your site, the platform finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant to improve what visitors do once they are on the site, the software to bring more of them in.
The best CRO consultant is the one whose usual engagements resemble your site. For a solid audit and a team that wants to learn the method, Florent Kiecken offers the profile most focused on CRO. To structure an experimentation programme in a large company, Mathieu Fauveaux. For a Shopify store ready to test, Enzo Cardillo. To rework the journeys of an e-commerce brand, Alice Girard. For a start-up that wants to handle SEO and conversion together, Gabriel Amzallag. For an audit followed by mock-ups, Sacha Vetzikian. For a price known before the first call, Léa Macioszczyk, Mendy Berrebi and Vincent Brossas are the most transparent. And to bring more visitors from Google and AI assistants to your pages every week, discover Sorank.
For a CRO audit, the prices published by the consultants in this ranking range from €499 with Léa Macioszczyk to €990 with Mendy Berrebi, who also lists a full e-commerce diagnosis at €2,850. Vincent Brossas charges €120 an hour for consulting. On the training side, Florent Kiecken publishes €620 for his online CRO course and Mathieu Fauveaux €2,000 excl. VAT per participant for his 20-hour experimentation programme. Enzo Cardillo states that a serious CRO audit costs between €1,500 and €5,000 on the French market, without publishing his own price. The other consultants prepare a quote after a first call.
A consultant suits you when you want a single contact who analyses your data and journeys personally, and when your team or your developers can put the variants to test live. An agency becomes a better fit when you want to run several tests a month across several sites, with user research, design and development handled by a team that does not depend on one person.
Look for named clients and testimonials signed with a name and a company, then ask for an anonymised sample audit and the report of an A/B test, with how the result was judged reliable. A certification issued by an outside body, such as CXL, is a good sign. Be wary of any conversion gain promised before the consultant has seen your data, and give only read-only access to your tools at the start.
