The 10 best web design agencies in Belgrade, ranked on public information: criteria, named proof and the questions to ask before you sign.

On this page
In short
AiSajt is the first choice for Belgrade companies that want a fast, search-ready website with a stated delivery time and named client projects on its homepage. Elevio Solutions fits businesses that need a website tied to custom software or integrations, and Fullo suits large online shops that must connect to an ERP, banks and couriers. DesignQ offers a free audit and a discovery call before any work starts, Dignitive links web design, SEO and advertising in a single strategy, and Cofa Media lists a Belgrade office alongside offices in San Diego and Haarlem. The deciding criterion is not the number of clients an agency claims, but whether it shows real work and tells you, before you sign, who builds the site, what it costs and who maintains it.

Choosing among the best web design agencies in Belgrade starts from an uncomfortable fact: a website is no longer rare. According to the National Bank of Serbia, as reported by Biznis.rs on 19 March 2026, Serbian buyers made a record 110.6 million internet purchases in 2025, 34.3% more than in 2024. Online buyers compare sites quickly, so the question for a company is not whether it has a website, but whether that site is good enough to win the sale.
Belgrade is already online. In a survey by Serbia's Republic Statistical Office (RZS), reported by Biznis.rs on 24 October 2022, 84.9% of companies in Serbia had their own website, and 91.2% in Belgrade, ahead of every other region. This is the latest regional split we could verify for the city. A website therefore does not set a company apart anymore. What sets it apart is whether the site is built to bring enquiries from the people of Belgrade.
That is why a local agency deserves a place in this ranking. A Belgrade team can meet you in person, quote in dinars or euros, understand Serbian search habits, and write copy in the language your customers actually use. Every agency here names Belgrade on its own site, and several say they work with clients across Serbia, so a local base does not limit the choice to Belgrade companies alone.
A top 10 matters for a different reason. Agency lists are often written to sell one firm. Here, each place comes from the same four criteria, applied to what each agency says on its own site, and we kept only agencies with a real Belgrade link and some public proof. The ranking helps you shortlist, it does not decide for you.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one is a reason to read an offer closely before signing.
1. A site that looks good and brings no enquiries. A homepage can be attractive and still lose the buyer at the contact form. Ask what the site is built to produce: calls, quote requests or sales. A design award is not a result.
2. Costs that grow after launch. The build price is the easiest number to compare. Hosting, updates, changes and advertising management are where budgets drift. Ask what is included once the site is live, and for how long.
3. A site that only its builder can change. If the domain, the hosting account or the content files sit in the agency's name, moving later can be slow and expensive. Keep control of your assets from the first day.
4. A site written for the wrong audience. Serbian is written in both Latin and Cyrillic script, and buyers search in the wording they use every day. Check that the site, its page titles and its search optimisation are written for the language and script your customers use.
Four criteria, applied only to what each agency publishes about itself. The criteria were fixed before we checked which agencies met them. The homepage text quoted here comes from our dossier for this ranking. This page is dated November 2026 and is scheduled for review every 90 days, because offers and teams change.
1. Website creation as the core service. Showcase sites, online shops and web applications come before agencies that list websites as one line among many services.
2. A Belgrade link stated on the agency's own site. An address, an office or a team in Belgrade, written by the agency itself. A mention in a directory or a third-party profile does not count.
3. Published proof. Named clients, delivered projects or figures shown on the site. Every figure is cited as the agency's own claim.
4. A readable offer. Detailed services, steps, a published delivery time or price, and a clear first contact.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not check any project, read any client account or confirm a single figure. Client counts, years of experience and awards appear only as each agency's own claims, and we did not add them up or compare them as if they were verified. An agency that communicates little and delivers well will be underrated here.

AiSajt is a Belgrade agency that builds websites and runs SEO for companies across Serbia. It says it has completed more than 50 projects, names clients such as Kralj Residence, ZIPA Photo and Prestige Gradnja, and says it can deliver a site in 7 to 14 days with a reply within 24 hours. Its services cover websites, web design, SEO, online shops and maintenance.
Best for: small and mid-sized companies in Serbia that want a search-ready site delivered quickly. The timeline is the agency's own claim, so ask what a fast delivery leaves out, such as copy and approvals. No price appears on the homepage, so ask for a written quote.

Elevio Solutions is a software company in Belgrade that builds web platforms, online stores, SaaS products and the integrations between them. It shows named work including Polyglot Translate Cloud, NN Rent a Car and BabyFM.rs, says it runs five products of its own, advertises a Lighthouse score of 100 on desktop, and promises a 24-hour reply time.
Best for: companies that need a website connected to custom software, API or system integrations, or several languages. For a simple brochure site, the scope may be larger than what you need.

DesignQ is a Belgrade web design agency that says it has helped organisations since 2005 and has more than 17 years of experience. It offers custom website design and development, promises unlimited revisions until the client is happy, subject to conditions marked with an asterisk, and invites visitors to start with a free website audit and a discovery call.
Best for: organisations that want a design-led site and a free audit before committing. Ask how many revisions the price really includes, since the homepage marks its unlimited promise with an asterisk.

Fullo is a developer of online shops based in Belgrade, building on Magento 2, WooCommerce and custom Astro and Payload stacks. It says it runs the largest Magento 2 catalogue it manages, with 90000+ items, connects shops to ERP systems, all banks and couriers in Serbia and online loans, and keeps development, hosting and maintenance with one team after launch.
Best for: large catalogues and businesses that need a shop connected to ERP, banking, delivery and loyalty systems. A small shop with a simple range would not need that, and the homepage text shows no price.

Web Studio 9 presents itself as a website studio whose homepage title places it in Belgrade, Serbia. It offers web design, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, online shops, WordPress protection and an AI chatbot for the site, packaged as Start up, Standard and Pro. It states more than 20 years of building websites, and shows a client section and success stories.
Best for: small businesses that want a packaged offer with a clear starting point. The packages are named but their prices are not in the text we reviewed, so compare what each package includes before you choose.

Dignitive is a digital marketing agency from Belgrade that links branding, web design, SEO and advertising in a single strategy. It publishes a four-step process from the first conversation to a proposal, delivery and follow-up, says it sets up tracking before the first campaign, and shows client work such as lalehill.com, a site for exclusive villas on Fruška gora.
Best for: companies that want the site, search and paid advertising planned together, with reports they can read. Because it covers several services, ask which person is accountable for results.

Cofa Media is a web design and development company that lists offices in San Diego, Haarlem and Belgrade, and says it has over 15 years of experience in web design. Its services include e-commerce, m-commerce and mobile work, and its main phone number is a US line.
Best for: companies that want e-commerce work from a team with a Belgrade office and offices abroad. Ask which people in Belgrade would do the work and who your day-to-day contact is.

Alpha Media is a Serbian agency whose homepage title places it in Belgrade. It works on website creation, internet marketing and SEO, and says it has more than 150 satisfied clients. It shows a real estate project that presents apartments for sale in Belgrade, and lists premium responsive design, simple updates and professional support among its benefits.
Best for: firms that want a site with SEO and support after launch, and a local team to call. The homepage text gives few details about process or prices, so ask for both before you commit.

Evolve Design Studio is a Belgrade studio whose homepage puts website creation first, with Google Ads, website maintenance and graphic design next to it. Its graphic offer covers logos, flyers and business cards, and it lists copywriting for websites, blogs and newsletters. It promises affordable prices and a budget adapted to the client, and it shows a portfolio.
Best for: small businesses that want a website, Google Ads and print design from one studio. The price promise is not quantified on the homepage, so ask for a fixed quote and a list of what the budget covers.

Beocraft is a digital agency whose homepage title describes it as a Belgrade digital marketing agency. It covers website development and redesign for mobile, tablet and desktop, SEO, consulting, graphic and web design, internet marketing, and support and maintenance, with a Start Project button on the homepage.
Best for: companies that want development, SEO and maintenance under one roof. The homepage text does not name clients or show prices, so ask for references before you start.
The criteria below were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. When an agency does not publish a piece of information, the cell says so rather than guessing.
| Agency | Core service on its site | Proof shown | Entry point | Timeline or price on site |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Read the "not published" cells as a lack of public information, not a lack of skill. Several of these agencies may serve clients beyond what their homepage shows, and the honest way to find out is to ask them directly.
Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any homepage, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who builds the site, and where? Ask which people will design and code the site, where they work, and who you will talk to every week. Cofa Media lists offices in San Diego, Haarlem and Belgrade, so the answer changes who you are actually hiring.
2. Who owns the domain, the hosting and the content after launch? Get it in writing that the domain, the hosting account and the files are registered in your company's name, so you can change agency without losing the site. Several agencies here sell maintenance, so ask what it costs each month and what happens if you stop.
3. What does the price include, and is VAT included? Ask for a written quote in dinars or euros that states whether Serbian VAT (PDV) is included, how many pages and revisions are covered, and what monthly work costs after launch. None of the homepage texts we reviewed lists full prices, so the written quote is the only way to compare them properly.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read the homepage text each agency publishes. We did not visit any project, interview any client or verify a single figure. An agency with a quiet homepage and excellent work will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A shop with a large catalogue and a small firm that needs a brochure site will not need the same partner. The Best for lines above matter more than the order.
It ages. Prices, offers and teams change, and agencies in a fast-moving market appear, pivot and close. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a business, a neighbourhood and a customer, then writing for them. Deciding which page a Belgrade shop needs first, writing a product description that sounds like the owner, visiting the premises before designing the shop, and noticing when a brief hides the real goal: none of that is automatable today, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than doing it in house, see our agency guide.
A website alone does not get found. Search engines and AI assistants also draw on articles, guides and comparison pages, and a company that is praised by its clients but absent from the rest of the web remains a fragile recommendation.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: AiSajt if you need a fast site with SEO and a stated delivery time, Elevio Solutions if the site must connect to custom software, Fullo if you run a large online shop, Dignitive if you want web design, search and advertising planned together, and Cofa Media if a team with a Belgrade office and offices abroad matters to you.
And ask how the agency works before asking what it promises. A good site starts from a clear brief, a written quote and a team you can name. For a wider view of how to choose an agency, see our agency guide, then use the checklist above on your shortlist.
Other Belgrade agencies came up in our review. Here are four that publish a clear Belgrade link and a web-related offer, from web studios to broader marketing firms.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Bit Design | bitdesign.co.rs | Describes itself as a Belgrade web design agency serving national and international clients |
| CDS Digital | cds.rs | Offers website creation, online shops with OpenCart and WooCommerce, SEO and website maintenance |
| Domino Communications | domino.rs | Full-service marketing agency from Belgrade, saying it has worked for 30 years, with web design and development among its services |
| AgitPROP | agitprop.rs | Describes itself as an award-winning creative agency in Belgrade, working since 1993 on marketing, PR and internet projects, with more than 30 professional awards |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Ask which people will design and code the site, where they work, and who you will talk to every week. Cofa Media lists offices in San Diego, Haarlem and Belgrade, so the answer changes who you are actually hiring.
Get it in writing that the domain, the hosting account and the files are registered in your company's name, so you can change agency without losing the site. Several agencies here sell maintenance, so ask what it costs each month and what happens if you stop.
Ask for a written quote in dinars or euros that states whether Serbian VAT (PDV) is included, how many pages and revisions are covered, and what monthly work costs after launch. None of the homepage texts we reviewed lists full prices, so the written quote is the only way to compare them properly.
