Our ranking of the 10 best freelance Google Ads consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one, with published prices, method and limits.

Choosing among the best Google Ads consultants in France means handing your ad account to a single person, or to a very small firm, rather than to an agency team. The person who sells you the engagement is the one who opens your account every week. Google frames part of the trust question through its Partners programme: Premier Partner status is reserved for companies that meet the programme's requirements and rank in the top 3% of performers in their country each year, according to Google Ads' official help page on partners. This ranking brings together ten independent consultants, checked one by one, and says for each which type of account they suit.
An independent Google Ads consultant is both your point of contact and the person doing the work. The first meeting, the audit, building the campaigns and the reporting all go through the same person, with no project manager between you and the account.
This format has three advantages for a very small or mid-sized business: contact is direct, fees are often lower than at an agency because there is no structure to fund, and the consultant knows your account in detail. It also has two limits: one person cannot cover every channel at once, and their holidays or a period of sick leave show up in the account. Several consultants on this list solve this with partners for the other channels or by working as a pair.
If your ad budget exceeds several tens of thousands of euros a month and you need video production, social ads and programmatic at the same time, an agency team is often a better fit. Our ranking of the best Google Ads agencies in France covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 14 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. Google Ads is the core business. Consultants who present Google Ads as their specialty come before those who list it among other digital marketing services.
2. Proof you can check yourself. A Google Partner status you can find in Google's directory, and reviews published on a third-party platform (Google, Malt), count for more than a figure shown without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A published starting price, a free audit or a clear commitment on account ownership and the notice period.
4. Fit with an account size. We deliberately kept profiles that serve very different budgets, and said which ones.
5. Real, visible activity. A live website, the person's name displayed, work as an independent consultant or as a firm of one to three people. A firm that relies on a larger team was left out of this ranking, even if it is well known.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the managed budgets, client counts or results figures published by the consultants, because there is no way to verify them from outside. When two figures on the same site contradict each other, we quote neither. We did not audit any account.
Vincent Duquesne presents himself as a Google Ads expert since 2011 and displays Google Premier Partner status, with Search, Display, Video, Apps, Shopping and Creative certifications. He works on a fixed fee rather than a percentage of ad spend, prepares his quote after a first meeting and states managed media budgets from €500 to €100,000 a month, in e-commerce as well as lead generation. His homepage shows 188 Google reviews with a rating of 4.9 out of 5. For Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and SEO, he works with partners.
Best for: e-commerce businesses and service companies that already invest several thousand euros a month and want an established consultant with a large review history. The lack of a published price is a drawback if you want to compare prices before any conversation.

Steeve Belair has been certified on Google Ads since 2012 and also displays Google Premier Partner status. His site advertises support from €150 excl. VAT a month with no commitment, a specific package for accounts spending less than €500 a month and a performance-based package above €5,000 a month. He cites very small and mid-sized businesses in every sector, with budgets from €200 to €20,000 a month, and more than 105 reviews rated 5 out of 5 on Google and Malt. He also covers Local Services Ads, Google Hotel Ads and landing page creation.
Best for: very small businesses starting out with a small budget that want an experienced expert at a published price. If your account spends well over €20,000 a month, check on the first call that this volume falls within his usual practice.

Léo Marchal has been an independent Google Ads consultant since 2018, based in the Landes and serving clients across France. He is Google Partner certified and focuses on lead generation for very small and mid-sized businesses, independent professionals and startups, with Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns, conversion tracking (GTM, GA4) and landing pages. His site publishes his prices: a setup from €450 excl. VAT, then monthly management from €290 excl. VAT, with no minimum term, after a free 30-minute first conversation and audit. He shows a rating of 5 out of 5 across 49 Malt and Google reviews.
Best for: service businesses that want quote requests and inbound calls, and like to know the price from the first visit. An e-commerce business with a large Shopping catalogue will find more product-oriented profiles higher up this list.

Maxime Niay started out at an agency before going independent. His site displays Google Premier Partner status, the title of Google Digital Champion Europe 2023 and 58 Google reviews rated 5 out of 5. He works mostly for local shops, tradespeople, service providers and SMEs, creates the Google Ads account in the client's name and states that he does not take on his clients' direct competitors. He also offers Google Business Profile listings and landing pages. His prices are not published: the audit, first call and quote are free.
Best for: local businesses that want geotargeted campaigns and a well-kept Google listing, with the guarantee of not sharing their consultant with a competitor in the same town.

Lise Mary is a Google Ads consultant based in Angers, with 22 years of experience in paid search, first at an agency and at an advertiser, then as a full-time freelancer since 2017. She is Google Partners certified (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Apps) and also covers Microsoft Advertising, Apple Ads and SEO. She works remotely across France and travels to Angers, Nantes, Rennes and Paris. She offers a free audit, sets no minimum consulting budget and does not publish prices on her homepage.
Best for: advertisers who want a highly experienced consultant able to handle paid search and SEO together, or who also need Microsoft Advertising and Apple Ads.

Sébastien Rech has managed Google Ads campaigns since 2015, first at an e-commerce startup and then for agencies in London and Paris, and has been freelance since January 2022. He is Google Partner certified, also works on Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, and puts tracking first: server-side GTM, Consent Mode and GA4. He offers a written audit before any commitment and writes himself that below a monthly budget of €1,500, ongoing management is rarely profitable.
Best for: companies spending at least €1,500 a month whose conversion tracking needs to be rebuilt before the bids are optimised. He is also a good choice if Google Ads is only one of several paid channels to manage.

Thibault Fayol is a freelance paid search consultant in Montpellier and works entirely remotely, in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. A former accountant and treasurer, he manages campaigns on net margin rather than on cost per conversion alone, and connects Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to the CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) with GA4 and GTM tracking. His site states that the account stays in the client's name, with a 30-day notice period and no commitment, and offers a free 30-minute audit. He shows 5 Google reviews rated 5 out of 5.
Best for: B2B companies and e-commerce businesses that want to measure the real profitability of their campaigns all the way to the signed sale in the CRM. The small number of published reviews gives less perspective than for the longer-established profiles on this list.

Guillaume Guersan has been launching and managing Google Ads campaigns for more than ten years and is Google Partner certified. His offer is published: account setup from €250 excl. VAT, monthly management from €500 excl. VAT and coaching from €350. He works for entrepreneurs, e-commerce businesses, local services, independent professionals and startups, and also offers SEO and Meta Ads. His site shows different review counts and ratings depending on the section: we do not quote them.
Best for: business owners who want to learn to manage their account themselves through coaching, or support that combines Google Ads and SEO with the same contact.

Antoine Pageau is a freelance consultant in Lille, with more than six years of experience on Google Ads and the Expert Google Partner certification. He covers Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Performance Max, as well as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytics. He publishes price ranges: from €50 to €200 an hour, and from €500 to €2,500 a month depending on campaign complexity and budget.
Best for: companies in the Hauts-de-France region that want a consultant they can meet in person and price ranges known in advance. His site does not publish client reviews, which leaves this to be checked through references on the first call.

Ma Tasse de Web is a duo of freelancers: Antoine for paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and Clara for building WordPress websites and landing pages. They target B2B companies, from entrepreneurs to SMEs, and publish their prices: full delegation of paid acquisition from €1,200 a month, fees and ad spend included, or coaching for budgets of €300 to €600 of ad spend a month. Their homepage displays the Google Partner badge.
Best for: B2B SMEs that want to rebuild their landing pages and launch their campaigns with the same team, without coordinating a separate developer and consultant. For an account that needs no work on the website, a 100% Google Ads consultant will be more specialised.

Each cell reflects what the consultant publishes on their site as of 14 October 2026. When a piece of information is not published, the cell says so.

Four points to raise on the first call, whoever the consultant is.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 14 October 2026. We did not audit any account or confirm any result. A consultant who communicates little and delivers very well will be underrated here.
It does not know your budget. The right consultant for a national account spending €50,000 a month is rarely the right one for a tradesperson spending €500 a month. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Google statuses are renewed every year, and prices and offers change. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A consultant makes judgement calls: which keywords to cut, which offer to put forward, when to raise the budget. Google Ads campaigns bring in visitors for as long as you pay. Organic search and visibility in AI assistants work in parallel and keep bringing traffic when the campaign stops.
That is what Sorank automates: after an audit of your site, the platform finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many advertisers combine the two: advertising for immediate results, content to reduce their dependence on cost per click.
The best Google Ads consultant is the one whose usual account size resembles yours. For an established e-commerce or lead gen account, Vincent Duquesne and Steeve Belair offer the longest track record and the most verifiable reviews. For a very small business that wants a published price, Léo Marchal and Steeve Belair are the most transparent. For tracking that needs rebuilding, Sébastien Rech. For a B2B SME that also wants to rebuild its website, Ma Tasse de Web. And to grow your traffic without paying for every click, discover Sorank.
The prices published by the consultants in this ranking range from about €150 excl. VAT a month for a small account to €2,500 a month for a more complex account, excluding the ad budget, which is paid directly to Google. Some charge an initial setup fee, others a percentage of the budget above a certain volume. Several publish no prices and prepare a quote after an audit.
A consultant suits you when you want a single point of contact who manages your account personally, often for a budget of a few hundred to a few thousand euros a month. An agency becomes a better fit when you need several channels at the same time (video, social ads, programmatic) or a team that does not depend on a single person.
Search for their name or their company's name in Google's official partner directory. Premier status is reserved each year for the top 3% of partner companies in a country by performance. A consultant may choose not to appear in the directory: in that case, ask them for a screenshot of their partner profile.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
