Ten SEO agencies in Singapore, each with a Singapore address on its own site, compared on four buyer criteria, with checks to make before you sign.

In short
Best Web Design Singapore is the choice if you need a new website built to be found on Google, with a 90-day performance guarantee stated in writing. Digital Market suits companies that want SEO, AEO and GEO priced openly and reported every month, while Aemorph focuses on getting businesses named in the answers of AI assistants. Absolute Digital and Ark Digital combine search with social or paid media for SMEs and online shops, and Adverdize sells managed monthly packages. Brew Interactive brings creative, SEO and paid media into one team for B2B and mid-sized companies, First Page pairs search ads with SEO, and Activa Media and Cedilla Interactive bring long track records and their own tracking or analytics approach. The deciding criterion is not a rating or a count of awards. It is whether the agency shows a Singapore address, names the clients it has served and explains how it works.

Choosing among the SEO agencies in Singapore means choosing among a crowded field of small firms. According to the Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA), published on SingStat's Table Builder in its annual table "Infocomm Usage By Enterprises" (last updated 20 April 2026), 97.5% of enterprises used the internet for business in 2025. Most of those businesses will, sooner or later, have to choose a partner to be found when a buyer searches.
A Singapore business is often won face to face, by phone and through referrals, and an agency that works from Singapore can meet you, answer in your working hours and understand the local competition. An agency without a Singapore address may still do good work, but it is harder to check who answers your calls and who will sit in your meetings. That is why this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows a Singapore address, office or team can appear.
The market is also moving quickly. According to the same SingStat table, business usage of artificial intelligence rose to 23.5% in 2025, from 14.7% in 2024. Several agencies on this list now sell GEO and AEO work next to their SEO services, which is why these offers are described below.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for a site or a campaign they cannot take with them. A website built on closed tools, or an SEO account where the agency keeps the reports, the access and the analytics, leaves a company dependent on its supplier. Ask who holds the source files, the domain and the analytics accounts before the first invoice.
2. Paying every month without a baseline. SEO results take time to show, and many companies cannot tell whether the work paid off. According to the same SingStat table, business usage of data analytics reached 20.2% in 2025, up from 16.7% in 2024, so a report written for specialists is not enough. Agree on the measures and their starting level before the work begins.
3. Outreach sent in their name that breaks Singapore's rules. Some agencies sell outbound calls or messages next to SEO. According to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in its guide Do Not Call Registry for Organisations (consulted on 7 November 2026), an organisation must check Singapore telephone numbers against the Do Not Call Registry before sending telemarketing messages, unless the subscriber has given clear and unambiguous consent in written or other accessible form. Ask how any agency you hire handles this before it starts.
4. A quote that leaves out what comes after launch. Domain renewals, hosting, content updates, monthly reporting and taxes are often missing from the first figure. Ask whether each quote includes GST, and what the monthly fee covers in hours, reports and ad spend.
Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and applied only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. A stated Singapore presence. The site must show a Singapore address, office or team. This is the entry filter: agencies with an office abroad and no address in Singapore do not appear, even when they serve Singapore clients.
2. SEO at the core of the offer. Search optimisation must be one of the main services on the homepage, not a line among printing, video and social media.
3. Named clients or projects. Clients, case studies or projects that a buyer can check by visiting the website.
4. A readable method. Steps, a written guarantee or reporting published on the site, so that a buyer knows what happens after signing.
The text we reviewed was checked in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies in Singapore change names, teams and packages often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse the Google ratings, review counts, award logos or "best agency" claims that many of these sites display. None of them can be checked from the outside, and a claim that an agency is the best rated in Singapore is only the agency's own statement.

Aemorph describes itself as an AI search visibility agency that gets businesses cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. It has an office at South Bridge Road in Singapore and sells an "LLM Influencer System" built on SEO, AEO and GEO. It publishes a refund guarantee on its first sprint and names BizCover and NCS Singapore among its work, with percentage gains that we did not verify.
Best for: businesses that want their brand described correctly in AI assistant answers. The approach is recent and its results are the agency's own, so ask what the refund on Sprint 1 covers and which measures it will report.

Best Web Design Singapore has an office on Hougang Avenue 10 and says it has built websites since 2011, with SEO designed in from the first sketch. Its homepage lists what each build includes: SEO-optimised architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals work, monthly keyword tracking and reporting, and Google Analytics and Search Console setup. It states a 90-day performance guarantee in writing and quotes packages from SGD 3000. Its case studies name Elite Lux Limousine and J&K Roofing Contractors.
Best for: small and mid-sized businesses that want a new website chosen for search from the start. The guarantee is written on the site, but ask what counts as performance, who measures it and what happens if the target is missed.

Absolute Digital is a digital marketing agency with an office on Temasek Boulevard in Singapore. Its services include SEO, paid search, KOL marketing, TikTok and Instagram. Its homepage has a "Guaranteed Results" section that says "Results-driven, or your money back", alongside "transparent pricing with dedicated support" and a local support team. It also describes a patented performance tracking technology and lists awards, which are the agency's own statements.
Best for: companies that want SEO and social media run by one agency under a written money-back promise. The homepage does not spell out the conditions of the guarantee, so ask for them in writing before you sign.

Digital Market is a Singapore agency with an office on Robinson Road, founded in 2022 by Carl Huang, who says he has 18 years in digital marketing. It runs SEO, AEO and GEO for AI search, Google Ads and social media for businesses in Singapore and Malaysia. Its homepage gives SEO prices from S$980 a month and says it reports every month on the leads its work brings in. It cites 75 non-branded first-page Google rankings for its clients, attributed to Keyword.com on 21 October 2026.
Best for: companies that want SEO and AI search work priced in the open and reported each month. The rankings figure is the agency's own portfolio claim, so ask for a sample monthly report before you commit.

Brew Interactive presents itself as a full-funnel agency with an office on North Bridge Road in Singapore. It covers creative, SEO, GEO, paid media, content, social media and AI-driven outbound work. Its homepage names Hitachi, UBS and NUS among the companies it has helped grow, and says it has served more than 500 clients over 17 years, with more than 60 specialists. Its process is presented in three steps: "Grind. Brew. Pour."
Best for: mid-sized and B2B companies that want SEO, content and paid media under one roof. The client count is the agency's own figure, so ask who would run your account day to day and how any outbound messages get consent.

Ark Digital works from WCEGA Tower on Bukit Batok Crescent in Singapore, with a focus on SMEs, e-commerce brands and online retailers. Its homepage lists SEO among its first services, with search ads, social advertising and web design, and offers a free audit. It promises to explain in plain language what is working, what is not and what it will change next. Its testimonials are the clients' own words, and we did not check them.
Best for: SMEs and online shops that want a partner to explain results in plain language. The text we reviewed does not name its clients and shows no prices, so ask for a sample report and a written fee before the free audit.

Adverdize is an SEO and digital marketing agency with an office at Kensington Square in Singapore. It sells fully managed packages that it says start at $320 a month, covering SEO, SEM, social media marketing and website design, and offers a free trial. It describes a process that starts by understanding the client's goals before tailoring a strategy. It says it is trusted by more than 100 companies, without naming them in the text we reviewed.
Best for: small businesses that want a managed package with a fixed monthly fee. The $320 figure is a starting price, so ask what it covers in hours, reports and ad spend before signing.

First Page is a paid and organic search agency with an office on Robinson Road in Singapore. Its services include Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, web design, website copywriting and call tracking. Its homepage presents its method in three steps, "UNDERSTAND", "FOUND" and "OPTIMIZE", and lists a price match guarantee for both its SEM and SEO services. It also shows accreditations and testimonials, but the text we reviewed does not name the clients behind them.
Best for: businesses that want paid search and SEO handled together and measured through call data. The price match guarantee is listed on the homepage, so check its terms, including what is matched and against which offer.

Activa Media is a full-service digital marketing agency at Paya Lebar Square in Singapore, which says it has more than 20 years of experience. Its services include SEO, search engine marketing, social media, AI and GEO work, online reputation management and website design. It presents AM-Track as its proprietary tracking technology and names healthcare among the sectors it serves.
Best for: companies in specialised sectors such as healthcare that want SEO, paid search and social handled by one team. AM-Track is the agency's own tool, so ask which data you will keep if you leave.

Cedilla Interactive is a digital marketing agency with an office in Wisma Atria on Orchard Road, and says it has been active for more than 23 years. Its homepage presents a 360-degree offer covering development, strategy, branding, design and analytics. It explains that its keyword strategy depends on how the client plans to use the keywords, and it treats data analysis as central to that work.
Best for: businesses that want one agency for strategy, design and analytics, with a long track record. The text we reviewed does not name recent clients, so ask for case studies from your own sector.
The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who holds the source files, the domain and the analytics accounts? The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing your site, your data or your search history.
2. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree on one or two measures you already track, such as enquiries, bookings or sales, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the work paid off.
3. Who runs any outreach, and how is consent checked? If the agency also contacts prospects by phone or text, ask how it checks the Do Not Call Registry or the consent it holds, as the PDPC guidance requires for Singapore telephone numbers.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site and checked the Singapore address of each one. We did not call any agency, visit any client or test the quality of the work. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A clinic in Novena, an e-commerce brand in Jurong and a law firm in Raffles Place do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.
It ages. Agencies merge, rename themselves and move offices, and the Singapore filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a client's market, making choices about tone and structure, and taking responsibility for a result it does not fully control. Knowing which page a buyer needs first, deciding what to cut from a brief, and writing a text that sounds like the company rather than a template are not things software does well today. In Singapore, that means knowing the local buyers and competitors a page has to face, and answering for the result in the same market. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
What no agency project solves on its own is what happens after launch. AI assistants and search engines read more than the homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, and a site that is well designed but never updated remains a weak source for them.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. That last part is not decoration. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Best Web Design Singapore if you need a new website built to be found, Digital Market if you want SEO, AEO and GEO reported every month, Brew Interactive if SEO must sit inside a full-funnel B2B programme, and Aemorph if being named in AI assistant answers is the priority. Whichever you choose, ask who holds the files before asking what the site will look like.
If you are still weighing an agency against doing the work in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the checks above will tell you quickly which Singapore agency deserves a second call.
Singapore has more credible names than a top 10 can hold. These agencies also show a Singapore address on their own sites, and each line below comes from what they publish about themselves.

This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing your site, your data or your search history.
Agree on one or two measures you already track, such as enquiries, bookings or sales, and record their level on day one.
If the agency contacts prospects by phone or text, ask how it checks the Do Not Call Registry or the consent it holds.
