Our ranking of the 10 best freelance CRM consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one: HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, Sellsy, prices and limits.

In short
Gilles Estivalet is the strongest profile among the best CRM consultants in France for an SME or a mid-sized company that wants to rebuild its sales chain from the ground up: a former sales and marketing director, four times Salesforce certified, he names clients such as Allianz Trade, Evaneos and PIXID. David Nget is a better fit for a B2C brand that wants a part-time CRM manager, Hugo Dos Santos for an SME setting up HubSpot at a price known in advance, and Thibaut Béguier for a small B2B company looking for a French CRM such as Sellsy. The right choice depends first on the tool you already use and on what you expect from the CRM: selling, retaining customers or steering the business.

Choosing among the best CRM consultants in France means handing the structure of your customer relationships to a single person: the choice of tool, the pipeline setup, data quality, automations and adoption by your teams. The subject also has a legal side: the CNIL, the French data protection authority, points out that email prospecting aimed at individuals requires their prior consent, except for existing customers and similar products, according to its guidance on commercial prospecting by email (in French). A CRM consultant who does not raise consent at the first meeting is leaving a risk aside. This ranking brings together ten independent consultants, checked one by one, and says for each which type of company they suit.
An independent CRM consultant personally runs the audit, the workshops with your sales reps, the setup and the training. You talk to the person who configures your tool, with no project manager in between.
For a very small or mid-sized business, this format has three advantages: your contact knows the way you sell in detail, fees are often lower than at an agency, and decisions are made quickly. It also has two limits. One person cannot handle a heavy migration, custom development and the training of a hundred users all at once. And their absence can block a rollout in progress. Several consultants on this list work as a pair or rely on partners to cover this risk.
If you are rolling out a CRM across several countries, if your project requires integrations with an ERP and a business application at the same time, or if you need maintenance handled by a team, an agency is often a better fit. Our ranking of the 10 best CRM agencies in France (2027) covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site. Every site on this list was reviewed on 16 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. CRM is the core business. Consultants who present CRM, customer relationship management or revenue operations as their specialty come before those who list it alongside ERP, website creation or software development.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients, signed testimonials with the company name, reviews published on a third-party platform (Malt, the HubSpot partner directory), partner status with a software vendor or a podcast with identifiable guests count for more than a number of projects shown without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A published starting price, a described package or a clear explanation of the steps and deliverables.
4. Fit with a type of company. We kept profiles that serve different needs (B2B sales CRM, B2C marketing CRM, Salesforce for large accounts, French tools for very small businesses) and said which ones.
5. Real, independent activity. A live website, an identifiable person, engagements carried out by the consultant personally or by a micro-structure of two people at most. Agencies with a team, even a small one, and freelancer networks presented under a common brand were left out.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the revenue gains, hours saved or client counts shown by the consultants, because there is no way to verify them from outside. CRM comparisons published by a consultant on their own site did not count as proof. We did not audit any client CRM.
Gilles Estivalet is an independent revenue operations, CRM and data consultant working under the Mon CRM Manager brand. He states more than 20 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, including ten years on an executive committee, with a background as sales director and marketing director, and holds four Salesforce certifications. He names his clients: Allianz Trade, PIXID, Evaneos, Elmy, Sissel Performance Health, 37deux and Kiliogène. For Allianz Trade, he publishes an engagement sheet (audit of the marketing acquisition chain in connection with the CRM, between December 2025 and February 2026) and a video testimonial. His entry offer is a RevOps and CRM diagnostic of 8 to 12 days of work, delivered with a roadmap; he also offers part-time RevOps leadership and Salesforce engagements (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud). He is a member of Hirondo and Bulldozer, two networks of independent experts. His prices are not published.
Best for: SMEs and mid-sized companies whose sales, marketing and customer service teams do not share the same data, and that want a profile able to talk to management as well as to the teams. For a very small business that only wants to set up a first CRM, his level of involvement will be oversized.

David Nget is a B2C marketing CRM consultant and presents himself as a part-time CRM manager: he joins the client's team a few days a month, for one to twelve months or longer. He states 15 years of experience in marketing CRM and certifications on Klaviyo, Splio, Brevo and HubSpot. His site publishes signed testimonials, with links to the authors' profiles, from managers at Bleuforêt, TENA DTC Shop, Legendary Plays, OKR (formerly Feed) and Eden Insight. He hosts CRM Heroes, a podcast about B2C CRM, where he interviews CRM managers from Back Market, SNCF Connect, Boulanger and ManoMano. He covers data strategy, deliverability, loyalty programmes, churn prevention and tool selection, and specifies that he configures campaigns, segments and scenarios himself when needed. His prices are not published.
Best for: online retailers and consumer brands that do not yet have a CRM manager, or that need to cover a departure or a leave of absence. If your need concerns the sales pipeline of a B2B sales team, other profiles on this list are a better fit.

Hugo Dos Santos is a HubSpot expert working under the Huegrowth brand, with a site in French, Portuguese and Spanish. He states more than eight years of experience with CRM and marketing tools and presents himself as a Gold-tier HubSpot partner; his site shows more than 40 reviews on the HubSpot partner directory. He publishes his prices: €990 excl. VAT to lay the foundations of a CRM with a sales pipeline, €1,890 excl. VAT with integrations, automations and dashboards, €3,900 excl. VAT for a complete system with migration, plus marketing and customer service modules priced one by one. The published testimonials cite ATEM+, Proxima and D&fi Group, and one of them mentions a colleague, Noémie, who works with him. He also publishes HubSpot tutorials on his YouTube channel.
Best for: SMEs that have chosen HubSpot and want to know what the setup will cost before the first call. His offer covers HubSpot only: if you are still hesitating between several tools, get advice on the choice first.

Thibaut Béguier is a CRM consultant in Saint-Malo working under the La Flèche CRM brand, within his company TB INNOV, and has supported the managers of very small businesses and B2B SMEs since 2022. He is an accredited Sellsy partner and also works on Axonaut, Folk, noCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Brevo. His site presents the business as an agency, but he specifies that he is the sole point of contact on every project, with no juniors or subcontracting, and that he only targets teams of 3 to 50 people. He shows client logos such as Evolen, GreenWits, L'Optimiste, Lundi RH, Natarom and Pyannote, and publishes six detailed, anonymised cases (a professional federation, a consulting firm, an SME in a niche market). His method takes eight weeks: diagnostic, rollout with Make or n8n automations, then adoption with a 30-day follow-up. His prices are not published.
Best for: B2B SMEs that want to move from a spreadsheet, HubSpot or Pipedrive to a French tool. He writes himself that he does not take on large accounts or long-running Salesforce projects: in that case, look higher up the list.

Sébastien Vigé is a certified Salesforce architect and works freelance under the CRMOPS brand. He states 25 years of CRM experience on Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle and MarkLogic, first as a consultant and presales engineer at major software vendors, before going independent. His references page cites two Salesforce engagements, at Air Liquide Healthcare and Pernod Ricard, and signed recommendations from former colleagues, including a Salesforce director. He works on scoping, architecture, detailed design, development management and training, with a specialty in data integration across several systems. His prices are not published, and his site's footer dates from 2024.
Best for: large companies and mid-sized firms integrating Salesforce into a complex information system and needing an architect alongside their technical team. For an SME without developers, his profile will be too technical; also check his availability on the first call.

Claire Ernewein is an independent CRM consultant working under the CRM Facile brand and states more than ten years of experience in digital marketing, in broadcasting, DIY, human resources, beauty and the press. Her site shows the logos of Air France, Free Caraïbe, Mr Bricolage, Randstad and Wamiz, presented as companies she has worked with. She offers technical, strategic and GDPR audits, the creation or redesign of acquisition and retention journeys, training and interim management. Her blog is kept up to date, with case studies on brand emails (Lidl, Onatera, Plantes pour tous), a series on choosing a CRM and a summary of the CNIL's April 2026 recommendations, plus an online CRM maturity test. Her prices are not published.
Best for: companies that want an outside view of their CRM strategy, their GDPR compliance and their customer journeys before touching the tool. The logos shown do not say whether these companies were clients or employers: ask for references from recent engagements.

Guillaume Thibault is a freelance CRM consultant in Paris and describes himself as both a strategist and a hands-on executor. His site cites L'Oréal, leboncoin, Orus and La Grande Récré, shows 9 reviews on Malt with a rating of 5 out of 5, and publishes a signed testimonial from the head of growth at Orus, a company he supported for more than six months on CRM automations. He runs campaigns end to end (email, push notifications, in-app, SMS), segmentation, customer journeys, deliverability and loyalty programmes, on tools such as Adobe Campaign, Customer.io, Batch, Brevo and HubSpot. He also develops his own software products. His prices are not published, and he states that he is currently on an engagement and available from January 2027.
Best for: apps and brands that send many campaigns across several channels and need someone who executes as much as he advises. His stated experience is shorter than that of the profiles ranked above, and he is not available before 2027.

Djamali Ahamada is an independent HubSpot consultant in Franconville, in the Val-d'Oise department near Paris, and a certified HubSpot partner, with Salesforce expertise highlighted for migrations. He offers four services: HubSpot setup, audit of an existing configuration, team training, and migration from Salesforce to HubSpot or the other way round. His site shows the logos of Apivia Courtage, Autosur, Capitole Énergie, MAN Truck, Sopra Banking Software and Talisker, without detailing the engagements carried out. He publishes signed articles on choosing between HubSpot and Salesforce, HubSpot prices in 2026 and the steps of a migration. He works on site in the Île-de-France region or remotely. His prices are not published: the first diagnostic is free.
Best for: SMEs and mid-sized companies in the Île-de-France region that are hesitating between HubSpot and Salesforce, or that need to move from one to the other without losing their history. His experience is not quantified on his site: ask on the first call how long he has been practising and on which projects.

Justine Renault is a freelance CRM consultant specialising in Brevo, who also works on HubSpot. She states nine years in CRM, including four at the software vendor Brevo, on the product side, and cites Brevo, Publicis, Lacoste and BNP Paribas in her experience. She structures the contact database, segmentation, automation scenarios and sends by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and checks the database's GDPR compliance from the audit stage. She publishes an entry price: an audit from €240, preceded by a free 20-minute diagnostic. She limits new starts to three new clients a month. Her client cases are presented by sector, without company names, and her name appears only through the LinkedIn profile linked from her site.
Best for: SMEs and online retailers that have been paying for Brevo for years without using its automations, and that want a first audit at a low price. For a sales CRM project with a sales pipeline, the profiles ranked higher are a better fit.

TechImpact is the business of two sole traders, Cédric Pichon and Romain Garans, who build custom HubSpot CRMs for SMEs in France and Switzerland, mostly remotely. They present themselves as Gold-tier HubSpot partners. Their method follows four steps with a written deliverable at each one: workshops on your sales cycle, configuration of Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, connection of your tools through connectors or APIs, then role-based training on your own opportunities. They publish their prices: from €1,500 excl. VAT for a Sales Hub, €2,900 excl. VAT for sales and marketing combined, HubSpot licences not included. They take care to point out that the performance statistics shown on their site are those published by HubSpot. No client is named.
Best for: SMEs that want a HubSpot built around their own vocabulary and sales stages, with a published price and two points of contact rather than one. Since no references are named, ask for examples of delivered portals on the first call.

Each cell reflects what the consultant publishes on their site as of 16 October 2026. When a piece of information is not published, the cell says so.

Four points to raise on the first call, whoever the consultant is.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 16 October 2026. We did not test any delivered CRM or contact their clients. A consultant who communicates little and delivers very well will be underrated here. If your project goes beyond what one person can carry, compare with our ranking of the best CRM agencies in France.
It does not know your tool. The right consultant for a Salesforce architecture at an industrial group is rarely the right one for installing Sellsy in a ten-person SME, or for running the loyalty campaigns of an e-commerce brand. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Consultants' prices, partner statuses and availability change quickly. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A consultant makes decisions with you: which sales stages to track, which fields to make mandatory, which system is the reference between the CRM and the invoicing tool, when to migrate. These choices require knowing your team and your sales cycle. What no CRM does on its own, on the other hand, is bring new prospects into the pipeline the consultant has structured.
That is one of the roles of Sorank: every week, the platform publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant to organise customer relationships, the software to attract the contacts that feed them.
The best CRM consultant is the one who already knows your tool and the way you sell. To rebuild the sales chain of an SME or a mid-sized company, Gilles Estivalet offers the most complete profile and the most verifiable references. For a B2C brand that wants a part-time CRM manager, David Nget. To set up HubSpot at a price known in advance, Hugo Dos Santos. For a B2B SME moving to a French CRM, Thibaut Béguier. And to fill that CRM with prospects who found you on Google or in the answers of AI assistants, Sorank publishes the content that brings them in.
Among the consultants in this ranking who publish a price, an audit starts at €240, and a HubSpot setup ranges from €990 excl. VAT for a first sales pipeline to €3,900 excl. VAT for a complete system with migration. Another duo announces €1,500 excl. VAT for a Sales Hub and €2,900 excl. VAT for sales and marketing combined. Software licences are never included, and most consultants work on a quote basis.
A consultant suits you when you want a single point of contact who runs the audit, configures the tool and trains your teams personally, on a CRM that is already chosen or still to be chosen. An agency becomes a better fit when the project covers several countries, requires development and ERP integrations at the same time, or needs maintenance that does not depend on a single person.
Ask for named clients or an example of an audit deliverable, read the reviews published on a third-party platform such as Malt or the vendor's partner directory, and check their partner status on that vendor's site. Also ask whether they earn a commission on the licences they recommend. Keep licences and administrator access in your name from day one.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
