Our ranking of the 10 best marketing automation consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one: tools mastered, published prices, method and limits.

In short
Antonio Martos is the most complete profile among the best marketing automation consultants in France for an SME or an online retailer that wants automated scenarios on Brevo or Klaviyo: he spent more than sixteen years at the software vendor Dolist before going independent, he is a Brevo Elite partner and he publishes his starting prices. Hugo Nicole is a better fit for a fashion or beauty brand on Klaviyo, Bruno Florence for a company that needs to choose its tool or have its automated campaigns audited by an outside eye, and Merlin/Leonard for a B2B team equipped with Marketo. The right choice depends first on the tool you already have and on your model: online sales to consumers, a long B2B sales cycle or a consumer app.

Hiring one of the best marketing automation consultants in France means entrusting a single person with designing the messages that go out without any action from your team: welcome email, abandoned cart reminder, B2B lead nurturing, a score that alerts a salesperson, a reactivation campaign. These scenarios target contacts you have the right to reach. The CNIL, the French data protection authority, points out that email prospecting aimed at consumers requires their prior consent, with two exceptions, and that in B2B the person must be informed and able to object, according to its page on electronic commercial prospecting (in French). This ranking brings together ten consultants and micro-firms, checked one by one, and states for each one the tool and the type of company it suits.
An independent consultant designs and monitors your automated journeys personally. The person who audits your Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot or Marketo account is the one who draws the scenarios, chooses the triggers and reads the results. There is no project manager between you and your contact database.
For an SME or a growing brand, this format has three advantages: a contact who knows your database and your tool in detail, fees without agency overheads, and a method often passed on to your team so that it stays autonomous. It also has two limits: one person cannot write, design, build and analyse dozens of emails a month, and their calendar sets the pace of the project. Several consultants on this list say so clearly and leave volume production to your teams or to partners.
If you need to launch weekly campaigns, redo all your email templates, connect several data sources and run SMS or WhatsApp at the same time, an agency team will often be a better fit. Our ranking of the 10 best marketing automation agencies in France (2027) covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied to what each consultant publishes on their own site. All sites were reviewed on 16 October 2026, and this page will be revised every 90 days.
1. Marketing automation is the core business. Profiles whose offer centres on scenarios, workflows, flows, scoring or retention come before those that mention automation alongside social media, advertising or website building.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients, signed testimonials, reviews published on a third-party platform (Malt, a vendor's partner directory), partner status with a vendor, a study, a book, training courses or a podcast.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A described scope, a method, and when it exists a published starting price.
4. Fit with a tool and a type of company. We kept profiles that serve very different cases (e-commerce on Klaviyo, SMEs on Brevo or HubSpot, B2B on Marketo, large accounts) and we say so for each one.
5. Real, independent activity. Site online, name of the person displayed, consistent legal notices, engagements carried out by the consultant or by a structure of three people at most. Sites presenting themselves as an agency with a production team were excluded.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not accept as proof the revenue increases attributed to email that some consultants publish, because that figure depends on the attribution window set in each tool and nothing allows it to be checked from outside. Rankings published by a consultant on their own site did not count. We did not open any client account.
Antonio Martos is a consultant in email marketing, deliverability and automation, based in the Bordeaux area. He has worked in the field since 2006: he spent more than sixteen years at the software vendor Dolist, where he was successively in charge of customer success, account manager, consultant and then head of the consulting department, before launching Email Rocks! in 2024 as a sole trader (micro-entreprise). He designs automated journeys (target, trigger, content and goal of each message), sets them up if you wish, then adjusts them based on the results. He works on several platforms and presents himself as a Brevo Elite and Klaviyo Silver partner. His site publishes signed testimonials, notably from FreemiumPlay, SuperSmart, Planète Croisière and Solinum. He publishes his entry points: audit from €990 excl. VAT, deliverability diagnosis from €490 excl. VAT, Brevo training at €790 excl. VAT.
Best for: B2B or B2C SMEs and online retailers that already have Brevo or Klaviyo and want scenarios that run without damaging their sender reputation. Implementation is an optional step of his method: if you want to delegate everything, say so from the first conversation.

Hugo Nicole is a CRM consultant and Klaviyo specialist in Paris. He spent eight years in luxury and beauty marketing, notably at LVMH and Coty, first in France and then in New York, has worked freelance since 2020 and has worked only on Klaviyo since 2021. He names the brands he has worked with: Dermalogica, Jacquemus, Respire, Merci Handy, K-Way, Pierre Hardy, Mustela and Kappa, and shows automated emails he created for some of them. His engagements cover account audits, creating and rebuilding flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation), segmentation and a part-time CRM manager role. He created an online course, Klaviyo Master, and a newsletter about email marketing. His site links to his listing in the Klaviyo partner directory and displays a Malt rating of 5 out of 5 from 23 reviews. His prices are not published.
Best for: fashion and beauty brands on Klaviyo, from the young brand to the one with tens of thousands of contacts. He states that he does not handle volume campaign production or acquisition: for B2B or another tool, look further down this list.

Bruno Florence has advised companies on email marketing since 2000 from Marseille, through his firm Florence Consultant. An engineer by training, he chaired DMA France from 2018 to 2021, co-founded EmDay, has run the Pignonsurmail blog since 2006 and teaches at EFAP, Kedge and IAE Lille. His offer “Automatisez vos campagnes” (automate your campaigns) starts with a diagnosis of the existing automated campaigns, compares them with other players in the market and proposes new scenarios along with the technical and marketing conditions for setting them up. He also helps with choosing a tool and with deliverability. His site publishes signed testimonials from managers at Blancheporte, Business France, Neolane and TinyClues. He sells a comparative study of 111 email marketing solutions, €295 excl. VAT as a PDF, whose edition shown dates from 2015. His consulting prices are not published.
Best for: companies that send a lot of email and want an independent opinion before changing tools or overhauling their automated campaign programme. His site emphasises diagnosis and training: ask who configures the scenarios in your tool.

David Nget is a fractional B2C CRM marketing consultant, operating as a single-member company (EURL), and states 15 years of experience. He works as a part-time CRM manager for one to twelve months: data audit, automated scenarios, loyalty programmes, reactivation loops and tool selection or migration. He displays certifications on Klaviyo, Splio, Brevo and HubSpot. His portfolio details named engagements (Bleuforêt, TENA DTC Shop, Legendary Plays, Nana, OKR, Le Bon Coin Auto, Eurosport) and each testimonial links to its author's LinkedIn profile. He hosts the CRM Heroes podcast, where he interviews CRM managers from Back Market, SNCF Connect, Boulanger and ManoMano. His prices are not published.
Best for: B2C brands and online retailers that do not yet have a CRM manager, or that are waiting for a hire. Fractional means he is not there every day: agree on the number of days per week at the outset.

Charlotte Rozé is a freelance Klaviyo consultant in Paris, self-employed since 2024 and a Klaviyo partner since the same year. Before that, she was marketing manager at AVNIER, where she built the brand's Klaviyo strategy, and spent nearly five years at DDB Paris in change management consulting. She offers three formats: a CRM audit with a roadmap, monthly management of your email, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS campaigns, and flow creation (welcome, abandoned cart, churn prevention). She names her clients, including Paul & Joe, N'GO, Elise Chalmin, Wopilo, Musardise and Puissante, and publishes signed testimonials and case studies detailed flow by flow. Her prices are not published.
Best for: B2C e-commerce brands that want to delegate the monthly running of their Klaviyo to a single person. Her independent business is two years old: ask how many brands she handles in parallel.

Merlin/Leonard is a Paris-based B2B marketing automation consulting firm, whose named contact on the site is Sylvain Davril. It presents itself as Marketo's first partner in France and now recommends Paminga for new projects, with a published comparison of Paminga, Marketo and HubSpot. It covers scoping, implementation, rebuilding Marketo instances, lead management, scoring and account-based marketing with Demandbase. The firm has a training academy certified by Qualiopi, the French quality label for training providers, and runs free Marketo Office Hours every Thursday at noon. It states 80 clients supported on Marketo and displays testimonials attributed to managers at AFP, Generix Group and Murex. The site speaks in the first person plural without stating the size of the team. Its prices are not published.
Best for: B2B companies with long sales cycles that use Marketo, or that are hesitating between Marketo, Paminga and HubSpot. The firm shows a preference for Paminga: if you are starting from scratch, ask for the reasons behind this recommendation for your case, and who will work on your project.

Hugo Dos Santos is a HubSpot consultant under the Huegrowth brand, with more than eight years of stated experience. A testimonial on his site praises the duo he forms with Noemie, and his terms of sale indicate a company under Portuguese law created in 2026 in Cascais, with a site in French, Portuguese and Spanish. He publishes a price for each module: a Marketing Starter foundation at €490 excl. VAT, a Nurturing module at €1,190 excl. VAT (lead scoring, handover from marketing qualified lead to sales qualified lead, five workflows), an Emailing module at €590 excl. VAT, and on-demand consulting at €190 an hour. His site highlights more than 40 reviews in the HubSpot partner directory, signed testimonials (ATEM+, D&fi Group) and a YouTube channel of tutorials.
Best for: SMEs that are setting up or taking over HubSpot and want to know the price of each building block before signing. The core of the offer remains CRM configuration: the editorial strategy of your scenarios will need to be clarified with him.

Guillaume Thibault is a freelance CRM consultant in Paris, operating as an EURL, and describes himself as both strategist and hands-on executor. He manages campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS and on-site banners, and works on customer journeys (channels, send times, marketing pressure), segmentation, deliverability and loyalty programmes. His list of tools includes Adobe Campaign, Customer.io, Batch, Brevo, HubSpot and Mailchimp. His site displays 9 Malt reviews rated 5 out of 5 and a signed testimonial from the head of growth at Orus, whom he worked with for more than six months on the company's CRM automations. He states that he is currently on an engagement and available from January 2027. His prices are not published.
Best for: consumer apps and services that orchestrate several channels (push, in-app, email) on Customer.io, Batch or Adobe Campaign. His public references are still few and he is not available before 2027: keep that in mind if your project is urgent.

Fabrice Calando is a RevOps consultant specialising in HubSpot, with a bilingual French and English site. He has worked on his own since 23 May 2019, after nearly twenty years in companies ranging from start-ups to listed companies, and states more than ten years of HubSpot practice. His offer links marketing automation and sales: nurturing, lead scoring, workflows, sales sequences, definition of marketing and sales qualified leads, a service level agreement between the two teams and dashboards. His site publishes signed testimonials, including from Intrepid Learning, Oomple and CareSimple, and links to episodes of the Sales & RevOps Show podcast. His prices are not published.
Best for: B2B start-ups and SMEs on HubSpot that want scoring and nurturing to serve their salespeople. All his published references are in English: ask for French-speaking clients if that matters to you.

Lucas Chevillard is an independent consultant in CRM strategy and email marketing, with twelve years in the field, including five at Airbnb, where he worked on email and lifecycle marketing in several countries. He targets organisations with more than €50 million in revenue in Europe and the United States and states more than 20 clients in e-commerce, marketplaces and services. His engagement follows published steps: performance diagnosis, assessment of tooling and team, mapping of revenue opportunities, roadmap, then ongoing advice, including on the use of AI in CRM workflows. His site displays the logos of Semrush, Inkitt and Verivox, among others. He does not publish a price on the page.
Best for: large companies that already have a CRM team and want a strategic diagnosis of their automated programme. His site is in English and targets large accounts: an SME will find better-suited profiles higher up this list.

Five points to raise on the first call, whichever profile you choose.
Four limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was online on 16 October 2026. We did not open any client account or confirm any result. A discreet consultant who delivers very well will be underrated here.
It does not know your tool. The right consultant for a cosmetics brand on Klaviyo is rarely the right one for a B2B software publisher on Marketo. The Best for lines matter more than the number in the ranking.
It does not cover heavy projects. If you need a full team to produce, build and analyse every week, see our ranking of the 10 best marketing automation agencies in France (2027).
It ages. Prices, partner statuses and consultants' availability change quickly. Check their site before signing.
A consultant makes the calls: which scenario to build first, how many messages a contact can receive per week, from what score a salesperson should call back, when to stop writing to an inactive contact. These trade-offs require knowing your market, your margin and your team. Scenarios, for their part, are only worth the flow of new contacts entering them, and that flow depends on your site's visibility.
This is the part that Sorank automates: the platform finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant for journeys and trade-offs, the software to bring in new contacts regularly.
The best marketing automation consultant is the one who already knows your tool and your model. For an SME on Brevo or Klaviyo that wants a published starting price, Antonio Martos is the most complete. For a fashion or beauty brand on Klaviyo, Hugo Nicole. For an independent opinion before changing tools, Bruno Florence. For a B2B team on Marketo, Merlin/Leonard. And to attract new contacts every month with content cited by Google and by AI assistants, take a look at what Sorank does.
Few consultants in this ranking publish their prices. Those who do announce an audit from €990 excl. VAT, a deliverability diagnosis from €490 excl. VAT, Brevo training at €790 excl. VAT, a nurturing module on HubSpot at €1,190 excl. VAT or consulting at €190 an hour. Support over several months or a fractional CRM manager role is almost always quoted based on the volume of contacts, the tool and the number of scenarios.
A consultant suits you when you want a single point of contact who designs your scenarios, knows your tool in detail and trains your team to keep them running. An agency becomes a better fit when you need to produce, design and build a lot of emails every week, connect several data sources and run several channels at the same time, with a team that does not depend on a single person.
Ask for named clients and an anonymised example of a scenario plan, check their partner status in the vendor's official directory (Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo) and read their reviews on a third-party platform such as Malt. Keep ownership of your account and create access in their name. Be wary of revenue increases promised in advance: they depend on your database, your offer and the way the tool attributes sales.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
