In short

Major Media is our pick for one team covering brand, web, events and marketing in Casablanca. 2MAG suits campaigns that mix online ads with physical roll-outs, and MassMedia suits advertisers with a media budget to plan and buy. 109 and Boomerang Communication lead on creative and strategy work, Epitaphe 360 and Marcom Edge run 360 campaigns, Mediamatic and Disruptia focus on paid media and lead generation, and Creative Network brings branding, websites and advertising together in French, Arabic and English. The table shows, for each agency, which of the four criteria it does not publish. A gap is a reason to ask the agency, not an automatic exclusion.

Quick quiz

Agency, freelancer or in-house: who should run this for you?

Question 1 of 425%
What monthly budget do you have for this?

Choosing among the advertising agencies in Casablanca means comparing firms that call themselves 360 communication agencies, media buyers or performance specialists, often on the same homepage. The 2024 general census (RGPH 2024) counted 3236000 people in the city of Casablanca, and the Casablanca-Settat region is the largest in the country, as Finances News Hebdo reported on 7 November 2024. Every advertiser in that market has to pick a partner, and this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows an address, an office or a team in Casablanca can appear.

Why does a local agency matter in Casablanca, and why does a top 10 help?

A Casablanca campaign has to work for an audience that reads French and Arabic, and often English, in a city where several agencies on this list say they serve large companies, public bodies or multinationals. An agency that knows this context can plan the languages, the media mix and the way a local buyer compares two brands. An agency based elsewhere may not, which is why this ranking keeps only agencies that show a Casablanca base on their own site.

The market is large. According to the Observatoire Marocain Les Impériales (OMLI), as reported by Finances News Hebdo on 10 March 2026, advertising investment reached 425 million dirhams in the first ten days of Ramadan 2026, and television took 65.3% of it. Mobile reach is wide as well: Morocco's telecom regulator, the ANRT, counted 59.16 million mobile subscriptions at the end of December 2025, according to Finances News Hebdo on 16 March 2026.

What are buyers actually afraid of when they hire a Casablanca advertising agency?

Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.

1. Paying for media they cannot check. An agency that buys space with the client's budget should show the media plan, the placement report and the invoices from the media owners. Ask who signs the orders and what happens to budget that is not spent.

2. A campaign built for one language or one screen. Casablanca audiences read French and Arabic, and mobile subscriptions are numerous in Morocco (see the ANRT figure above). A creative brief written in one language and checked only on a desktop screen can miss most of the people it is meant for.

3. Depending on one person who disappears. Small agencies can be excellent, but a campaign run by one account manager has no backup when that person is ill, busy or gone. Ask who else knows the file and where the creative files and media accounts are stored.

4. A quote that mixes fees, media and production. When agency fees, media spend and production are added up in one figure, two offers cannot be compared. Ask whether the quote includes media, production and VAT (TVA), and which of these lines the agency controls.

How did we rank these agencies?

Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and read only against what each agency publishes on its own site. A gap means the criterion is not published, not that the agency fails it. A first filter came before all four: the site must show a Casablanca address, office or team.

1. Paid advertising at the core of the offer. Campaign creation, media buying or paid campaigns must be visible on the homepage, not hidden in a long list of services.

2. Named clients or campaigns. Clients or campaigns that a buyer can check by visiting the website.

3. A readable scope. Service lines or the core business described clearly enough to compare.

4. An age stated on the site. A founding year or a number of years of activity, written by the agency itself.

The text we reviewed was checked on 6 November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies change offices, teams and clients often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse the Google ratings, review counts, satisfaction percentages or 'best agency' claims that some sites display. None of them can be verified from the outside. Awards and years in business quoted below are the agencies' own statements, and we present them that way.

The 10 agencies compared on what matters to buyers

The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

What should you check before signing?

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.

1. Who holds the media budget, and will you receive the invoices and placement reports? The answer should be in writing. If the agency buys space in its own name, ask how it reports the spend to you.

2. Which languages are covered, and who checks each version? If the campaign runs in French, Arabic and English, the quote should name each language and the person who writes and approves it.

3. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries or sales, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the campaign worked.

Where does this ranking stop?

Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.

It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site and checked the Casablanca filter against it. We did not visit any client, test any campaign or check any media invoice. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.

It cannot know your context. A bank in Casablanca, a real estate developer and a retail chain do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.

It ages. Agencies merge, change names and move offices, and the Casablanca filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.

What can an agency do that software cannot?

This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a local market, choosing a tone that fits a Casablanca audience, and taking responsibility for a result it does not fully control. Knowing which message a buyer needs first, deciding what to cut from a brief and writing copy that sounds like the brand rather than a template: none of that is automatable today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.

What no agency project solves on its own is what happens after the campaign. AI assistants and search engines read more than the homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, and a website that is well designed but never updated remains a weak source for them.

That is what Sorank works on. Sorank is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.

Conclusion

If you want a single recommendation: Major Media if you want one team for brand, web, events and marketing, 2MAG if your campaigns mix online ads with physical roll-outs, MassMedia if you already have a media budget to plan and buy, and Creative Network if you need branding, a website and advertising in French, Arabic and English. Whichever you choose, ask who controls the media budget before asking what the campaign will look like.

If you are still weighing an agency against doing the work in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the three questions above will tell you quickly which Casablanca agency deserves a second call.

Frequently asked questions

Who holds the media budget, and will you receive the invoices and placement reports?

Ask for the media plan and the invoices from the media owners in writing before the first payment, and agree in advance how unspent budget is handled.

Which languages does the campaign cover, and who checks each version?

French, Arabic and English are different jobs. Ask who writes and approves each version, and whether the Arabic copy is checked by a native reader.

Which result will be measured, and against what starting point?

Agree on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries or sales, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the campaign worked.
