Our ranking of the 10 best freelance growth marketing consultants in France in 2027, checked one by one: B2B SaaS, SMEs, published prices and limits.

In short
Mehdi Naceri is the strongest profile among the best growth marketing consultants in France for a very small business, an SME or a SaaS company that wants regular support at a known price: he has been doing growth hacking since 2012, names clients and the schools where he teaches, and publishes his prices, from €290 excl. VAT a month. Vanessa Digonal is a better fit for a B2B SaaS company looking for a part-time Head of Growth, Elliot Tram for a scale-up that wants to build its acquisition engine and train an in-house team member, and Juliette Hervé for a business owner who wants to make their marketing team more effective. The right choice depends first on what you expect: a strategy, hands-on execution or a trained team.

Choosing among the best growth marketing consultants in France means handing your company's growth to a single person who tests levers, measures what they bring in and keeps what works, across the whole customer journey: acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue. This breakdown, known as the AARRR framework, is the working basis for most of the profiles on this list. The job has also moved closer to engineering: several consultants now present themselves as growth engineers or GTM engineers, and build automations connected to the CRM. This ranking brings together ten independent consultants, checked one by one, and says for each which type of company they suit.
An independent growth consultant makes the diagnosis, chooses the experiments to run and, depending on the profile, carries them out personally. There is no project manager between you and the person who looks at your numbers every week.
This format has three advantages for a start-up or an SME: the person who sells the engagement is the one who delivers it, the monthly cost stays below that of a full-time hire, and several consultants on this list train your team so that it can take over. It also has two limits: one person cannot produce the ad creatives, the content, the automations and the product development all at once, and their schedule limits the number of tests run each month. Some solve this with a collective of freelancers, others by handing the execution to your team.
If you need to launch several paid channels at once, produce dozens of creatives a month or cover several countries, an agency team is often a better fit. Our ranking of the 10 best growth marketing agencies in France covers that case.
Five criteria, in this order, applied only to what each consultant publishes on their own site, supplemented by a public source when one exists. Every site on this list was reviewed on 16 October 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days.
1. Growth marketing is the core business. Consultants who present growth, acquisition and experimentation as their specialty come before those who list growth alongside website creation, design or social media management.
2. Proof you can check yourself. Named clients, testimonials signed with the company name, a book with a publisher, courses at named schools or a podcast with identifiable guests count for more than a growth figure shown without a source.
3. An offer you can read before the first call. A starting price, a monthly package, a day rate, a commitment period or a clear description of what the engagement includes.
4. Fit with a type of client. We kept profiles that serve different needs (B2B SaaS, scale-ups, SMEs, very small businesses, marketing teams to train) and said which ones.
5. Real, independent activity. A live website, the person's name displayed, engagements carried out by that person or by a structure of three people at most. Agencies, even those founded by a well-known growth hacker, were left out, as were sites whose most recent dated content goes back several years.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not repeat the revenue generated, the number of companies supported or the contract values announced by the consultants, because there is no way to verify them from outside. Rankings and awards published by a consultant on their own site, and titles that some give themselves, did not count as proof. We did not contact any client.
Mehdi Naceri has been a growth hacker since 2012 and a trainer since 2009, is based in Paris, and works under the name Growth Consult. He presents himself as a consultant and solopreneur, states that Growth Consult is not an agency and that clients work directly with the person who does the work, and calls on the Growth Horde, a collective of senior freelancers, when an engagement requires more resources. His site shows logos and named testimonials, including Beauregard Studio, YOOJE, Hérit, Fortuneo and a product analyst at LVMH, and lists the schools where he teaches: EPITECH, EPITA, ISG, The Bridge and Rocket School. He publishes his prices: a growth audit at €990 excl. VAT, essential support at €290 excl. VAT a month with no commitment, and full support at €490 excl. VAT a month with a three-month minimum, audit included. The advertising budget and tool licences are paid by the client.
Best for: very small businesses, SMEs and SaaS companies that want a regular growth perspective for a monthly budget known in advance, or a team to train in growth hacking. His home page announces coaching from €125 a month that his pricing page does not mention: get the amount confirmed in writing.

Vanessa Digonal works as a sole trader under the name Lægger, with her registered office in Nervieux, in the Loire department. She presents herself as a Head of Growth and RevOps for B2B SaaS start-ups and scale-ups for seven years, after sixteen years of entrepreneurial experience, and as a speaker on artificial intelligence. She names clients she has worked with: Qonto, Danapay, Optee, Mooncard, Wattsense, Citalid and Astran.ai. Her starting prices are published: an outbound or RevOps playbook (audit and strategy) from €2,400, outsourced outbound prospecting from €1,800 a month, and a part-time Head of Growth role at €600 a day, two to three days a week. She also offers tailored growth training. The contract values generated shown on her site cannot be verified from outside and did not count here.
Best for: B2B SaaS companies that do not yet have a growth lead and want someone embedded in the team two or three days a week, with outbound prospecting at the heart of the plan. Her offer is less suited to a consumer e-commerce business.

Elliot Tram is a freelance RevOps and GTM engineer in Lille, available anywhere in France, and announces more than ten years of B2B growth, including two and a half years as Head of Growth at Explain. A member of the Bulldozer collective, he structures the CRM and builds acquisition systems: total addressable market sizing, data enrichment, outbound prospecting and AI-powered automations, with a Google Ads and Meta Ads offer as well. He names his clients: Explain, Believe, Groupe Média TFO, Flowmakers, Rydster, Les Nouveaux Imaginaires and GTMStack. He publishes a range of €5,000 to €6,000 a month as a fixed fee, with a three-month minimum commitment and six recommended, a weekly check-in, monthly reporting and a training session every week with your team.
Best for: B2B start-ups and scale-ups that want to set up an acquisition engine and upskill an in-house growth team member. The monthly budget reserves him for companies that already have regular revenue.

Juliette Hervé is a marketing consultant and trainer in Nantes, where she runs her own company, You Start I Scale. She announces ten years of experience, including four at Spendesk developing the marketing strategy in France, and presents herself as an expert in growth marketing and performance marketing. Her site shows client logos (Advertize Me, asap.work, Zedental, Revel'Home) and signed testimonials, including those of the chief financial officer of Zedental, the head of asap.work and the marketing director of Edflex. She offers ongoing marketing advice, workshops and training for teams, with a downloadable catalogue, and support on Notion, for which she is certified. She also helped the Growth Nantes association structure its community. Her prices are not published.
Best for: business owners who already have a marketing team and want it to work better: priorities, annual plan, processes and budget management. If you are looking for someone who launches and runs the campaigns for you, the more hands-on profiles on this list will suit you better.

Jonathan Maurin presents himself as a growth advisor and SaaS builder, with more than ten years of experience spanning SEO, growth and engineering. Among the companies he has worked with, he lists Luko, Axa, HEC, Grosbill, EDHEC and the Newfund fund. He built Derrick App, a tool for which he announces more than 19,000 users in two years, developed one day a week. His site offers a programmatic SEO course, other courses announced as coming soon, links to articles and mentions in Maddyness and Journal du Net, and a twenty-minute call to present your challenges. No prices are published, and the site is mostly written in English.
Best for: start-ups and SaaS companies that want to do organic acquisition at scale, with pages generated from data, and a strategist's view of their go-to-market. His consulting offer is not detailed: on the first call, ask for the format, duration and price.

Yann Leonardi presents himself as a specialist in digital marketing and growth and has worked in marketing since 2011, for start-ups, brands, companies and e-commerce businesses, as an employee, as a self-employed professional or as a consultant. He is co-author with Romain Saillant of the book « Growth Marketing », published by Eyrolles, according to his co-author's site. He hosts the podcast AARRR Appliqué, two seasons of interviews with identifiable practitioners such as Guillaume Moubeche, Danilo Duchesnes and Benoit Dubos, sends the newsletter La GROWTH Semaine every weekend and publishes guides on his blog and on YouTube. His site details neither an offer nor prices: it invites you to contact him.
Best for: teams that want to learn the growth method, from the AARRR framework to experimentation, with someone who has set it down in a book. His site names no clients: on the first call, ask for recent references and his availability.

Antoine Deschamps presents himself as a growth engineer, also called a GTM engineer, and announces more than ten years of experience and more than a hundred projects. His work starts from sales data: segmentation, buying signals, CRM and data ops, automation and AI, playbooks for marketing and sales. He shows client logos (FreelanceRepublik, Flatchr, Scaleflex, SeDomicilier, France Digitale, OVH) and six signed testimonials, including those of the head of FreelanceRepublik and the marketing director of TeamStarter. He also speaks at conferences, runs workshops and teaches, notably for IMT Starter and Télécom SudParis, and publishes free tools, including a selection of 150 growth software tools. His prices are not published.
Best for: B2B SaaS companies with customer data and a CRM they make poor use of, and that want to turn them into sales meetings. His site states neither his legal status nor his city: check on the first call that he carries out the engagement himself.

Myriam Mettouchi presents herself as a digital growth consultant for ten years. She started in advertising at Microsoft, then was head of acquisition for four years before going independent. Her offer combines SEO, social media and advertising, with SEO coaching for marketers and an online course. She publishes two prices: a course with coaching from €900 incl. VAT and turnkey SEO support from €2,000 excl. VAT a month, both with a money-back guarantee. Digital growth support is priced on quotation, and she limits consulting to five clients a year. Her site publishes six named testimonials, including those of the heads of mad.studio, Aves Formation and Hector, and she sends the newsletter La Growth Mine every month.
Best for: SMEs and marketing teams whose growth comes first from Google and that want to be trained to carry on alone. SEO takes up the largest part of her offer: for a B2B prospecting strategy, other profiles on this list are a better fit.

Mathieu Lambert is a freelancer in growth ops, outbound prospecting and GTM engineering, for B2B start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. He builds acquisition systems that connect prospecting, automations, the CRM and KPI-based management, and announces two to six weeks for a first complete system, then monthly iterations as needed. He shows the logos of companies that have entrusted him with acquisition, automation and growth team structuring projects: Yousign, LittleBig Connection, Trustpair, FoodChéri, Citron and Agicap. He also develops his own tools, AudienceFlow and INrecruitment. His prices are not published, and his site gives neither his city nor when he started working independently.
Best for: B2B scale-ups that have a sales team and want a clean acquisition system in a few weeks rather than support over several months. His published client cases are anonymous: ask to speak to one of the companies shown.

Sélim Aklil works as a sole trader in Saint-André-lez-Lille, near Lille, and presents himself as a growth architect, with more than fifteen years spent structuring digital systems, acquisition and operations. He mainly supports founders and managers of very small businesses, SMEs, agencies and B2B start-ups with a three-step method: clarify the offer and stabilise acquisition, turn content into a steady flow of clients, then structure and automate to make the company manageable. He also offers coaching and an outsourced chief operating officer engagement over 90 days. He names clients, including Les Secrets du Siam, Domaine de Belloc, Inoui VR, MetaFlight and All4Ride. Only his organisation audit shows a price, since it is free: the other offers are on quotation.
Best for: owners of very small businesses and SMEs whose clients still come mainly through word of mouth and who want acquisition and an organisation that no longer rest on them alone. His case studies do not publish quantified results: ask for references you can call.

Five points to raise on the first call, whoever the consultant is.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. We read what each consultant publishes and checked that each site was live on 16 October 2026. We did not confirm any result or contact any client. A consultant who communicates little and delivers very well will be underrated here.
It does not know your company. The right consultant for prospecting at a B2B SaaS company that sells to finance directors is rarely the right one for a cosmetics brand or a tradesperson who wants more quote requests. The Best for lines matter more than the rank number.
It ages. Consultants' prices, offers and availability change quickly, and several limit the number of clients they follow. Check on the consultant's site before you sign.
A consultant makes judgement calls: which channel to test first, which experiment to stop, which customer segment to target, when to increase the budget. These choices require knowing your market, your margins and your team. One lever, however, comes up in almost every roadmap and often runs out of steam for lack of time: the regular publication of content that brings in prospects without paying for every click.
That is one of the roles of Sorank: the platform publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants every week, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Many companies combine the two: the consultant to choose the levers and run the tests, the software to keep the organic channel fed without interruption.
The best growth marketing consultant is the one whose usual clients resemble you. For a very small business, an SME or a SaaS company that wants regular support at a published price, Mehdi Naceri offers the longest track record and the most references. For a B2B SaaS company looking for a part-time Head of Growth, Vanessa Digonal. To build an acquisition engine and train a team member, Elliot Tram. To make an existing marketing team work better, Juliette Hervé. And to have Google and AI assistants send you prospects every week, Sorank publishes the content that brings them in.
Among the consultants in this ranking who publish a price, a growth audit costs €990 excl. VAT and a prospecting playbook starts at €2,400. Monthly support by video call ranges from €290 to €490 excl. VAT a month, a part-time Head of Growth is billed at €600 a day, and full hands-on support costs between €5,000 and €6,000 a month, often with a three-month commitment. The advertising budget and tool licences are generally extra.
A consultant suits you when you want a single person who chooses the tests, follows your numbers every week and trains your team, with a budget close to that of a part-time role. An agency becomes a better fit when you need to launch several paid channels at once, produce a lot of ad creatives or cover several countries, with a team that does not depend on a single person.
Ask for named clients you can contact and an anonymised example of a roadmap or test tracker, then check how long they have worked independently. Be wary of growth figures that are impossible to verify and of rankings a consultant publishes about themselves. Keep the ad accounts, the CRM and the tools in your name from day one.
THEY TRIED SORANK BEFORE YOU
