Summary
The FAQ Schema Generator turns your questions and answers into FAQPage structured data in JSON-LD, plus the visible HTML of the same FAQ, both ready to copy. Everything runs in your browser. Checks run as you type: incomplete pairs, duplicate questions, very short answers and questions without a question mark.
Want to go further? Ask
An FAQ answers in a few lines the questions your readers ask before buying or contacting you. Marked up with schema.org, each question and its answer become data that search engines and the AI assistants read without ambiguity, which suits answer-ready content.
How to use it
- Type each question as your customers ask it, then a direct answer of one to three sentences.
- Copy the JSON-LD into the head or the end of the body of the page.
- Copy the HTML too: Google requires the same questions and answers to be visible on the page.
- Check the result with the structured data validator once the page is online.
What to know about FAQ rich results
- Since 2023, Google shows FAQ rich results only for well-known government and health websites.
- The markup stays useful: it is valid schema.org and it helps search engines and AI assistants match a question to its answer.
- One FAQ per page: mark up only questions that appear on that page, not a site-wide FAQ repeated everywhere.
For other schema types, such as product, article or local business, use the schema generator. To find the questions your buyers ask, start from search intent and the keyword research tool.
