Compare the 10 best web design agencies in Dubai on office location, named projects, published methods and the questions to ask before signing.

In short
Element8 suits companies that need a larger website or platform in Arabic and English, with objectives set before any design work. ePixels is the choice for Shopify Plus stores, and Carril Agency for Webflow sites that must match a brand. Dubai Web Design (DWD) sells fixed website packages to startups and SMEs, while Radiant focuses on premium Shopify brands. Branex builds custom sites and online stores on Magento and Shopify, and Cloud6 builds custom websites and e-commerce sites, Blue Beetle pairs a website with ongoing optimisation, Digital Graphiks adds marketing services to its builds, and Aun Digital states a satisfaction guarantee on its homepage. The deciding criterion is not a rating or a project count. It is whether the agency shows a Dubai base. The table then shows, for each agency, whether it also names clients or projects and publishes its method; seven of the ten do not publish one or both, and the list says so.

Choosing among web design agencies in Dubai means choosing in a crowded field. About a quarter of a million companies launched operations in the UAE in 2025, according to official figures reported by The National on 6 January 2026, and every one of them has to decide who builds its website.
A Dubai website has to work for a market that reads both Arabic and English, where buyers compare a company with its neighbours within seconds of landing on the page. An agency that works from the city can plan the languages, the layout and the way local visitors judge trust. An agency based elsewhere may not. That is why this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows an address, an office or a team in Dubai can appear.
The market is also growing quickly. According to a joint report by EZDubai and Euromonitor International, reported by Emarat Al Youm on 28 September 2026, online purchases accounted for 15.7% of total UAE retail sales in 2025, and they are projected to pass 20% of retail sales by 2030. Every shop that sells online needs a site that can take orders, and every service business needs a page that can be found.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for a site they cannot change. A survey of 648 SMEs across the seven emirates, run by du and Huawei between January and March 2026, found that only 8% of surveyed businesses have reached an advanced stage of digital maturity, as Arabian Reseller reported on 28 July 2026. That gap is why the question of who can edit the site after launch matters. Ask who holds the source files, the domain and the hosting account before the first invoice, and which pages your team can change without a developer.
2. A site that works in English but not for Arabic readers. Many Dubai businesses publish in both languages, and a translation that was machine-made or added late can cost more credibility than it saves. Check that the Arabic version runs right to left, and that a native speaker has read each page.
3. Depending on one person who disappears. Small studios and freelancers can be excellent, but a project run by a single person has no backup when that person is busy, ill or gone. Ask who else knows the project and where the files are stored.
4. A quote that leaves out what comes after launch. Domain renewals, hosting, security updates, content changes and VAT are often missing from the first figure. Ask whether the quote includes VAT and what it costs to keep the site running after launch, so that two quotes can be compared fairly.
Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and applied only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. A stated Dubai presence. The site must show a Dubai address, office or team. Agencies with a base abroad and no office in the city do not appear, even when they serve Dubai clients.
2. Website building at the core of the offer. Creating sites is a real service on the homepage, not a line among social media, print and hosting.
3. Named clients or projects. Clients, case studies or projects that a buyer can check by visiting the website.
4. A readable method. Steps, principles, ownership of the site or support after launch, published on the site.
The text we reviewed was checked in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies in a fast-moving city change names, teams and offers often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse the Google ratings, project counts, satisfaction percentages, response times or "best agency" claims that some sites display. None of them can be verified from the outside, and a claim that an agency is the best-rated in its city is only the agency's own claim.

Element8 describes itself as an enterprise web design company in Dubai, with an office in Dubai Silicon Oasis, that builds websites and digital platforms for corporates and ambitious brands. It says it defines objectives before any design work, chooses infrastructure for scale and builds to security standards. Its homepage names Empower, Hisense, Garmin and CMU among its clients, and it presents its work as bilingual Arabic and English sites.
Best for: companies that want a larger custom website or platform in Arabic and English, with a written scope before design starts. Its site does not publish prices in the text we reviewed, so ask for a written quote that lists what is included.

ePixels is a Shopify Plus agency with an office in Business Bay, and it states that it has been a Shopify Plus partner since 2016. It builds custom Shopify Plus stores, theme architecture, headless storefronts and conversion work for direct-to-consumer brands in the UAE and abroad. Its published process has four steps: you bring the problem, it scopes the work, it builds it, and you sign off. It says a typical custom build takes four to eight weeks from scope to launch, and that the price is fixed before the first line of code. Named projects include Miel Abaya and Atelier Wen.
Best for: online shops on Shopify Plus that have outgrown their theme. It is a poor fit for a simple brochure site, so ask whether a store is needed at all before comparing quotes.

Carril Agency is a branding, web design and digital marketing agency with a Dubai office, and it builds sites on Webflow. It describes a three-step process of discovery, planning and launch, under the line "Three steps. No surprises.", and it says one senior team runs the project without handovers. Its published work includes the Simplicity Technology and Stree Group websites, alongside brand identity projects for other clients.
Best for: founders and marketing teams that want the brand and the website from one team. Its portfolio leans towards identity and packaging, so ask for web-only references during the first call.

Dubai Web Design (DWD) has an office at Al Attar Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the DIFC, and says it has been designing websites since 2013. It sells websites to startups and SMEs on a fixed package, with a launch date and a content management system that the client can run. Its site publishes a six-step process: consultation, planning, design, development, testing and launch.
Best for: startups and SMEs that want a clear price, a launch date and a site they can update themselves. Packages suit standard sites, so ask what a larger custom build would cost and who would own the code.

Radiant is a Shopify agency with an office in Downtown Dubai, and it calls itself a Shopify Premier Partner. It designs, develops and optimises Shopify Plus stores, and it offers Shopify migrations and headless builds. Its featured projects include Tropic Skincare, KAYALI, Rocksbox and Soho Skin.
Best for: premium and lifestyle brands that are moving to Shopify Plus or rebuilding a store. The steps of its process are not published in the text we reviewed, so ask for the process and the post-launch support in writing.

Branex has an office in Jumeirah Lakes Towers and builds websites, Magento and Shopify stores, mobile applications and brand identities. Its homepage presents named projects, including Charged, Baraka, Daallo and Isuzu, each with a short account of what the agency created for it.
Best for: companies that want a custom site together with an online store on Magento or Shopify, and possibly an app later. The steps of its method are not published in the text we reviewed, so ask who would manage the project day to day.

Blue Beetle says it has been a web agency since 2004, and it works on Webflow and WordPress sites, SEO, inbound marketing and HubSpot. Its services are split into design and UX, development, optimisation and marketing, and it describes its process as clear and proven. Its site gives "Dubai, United Arab Emirates" as its address, without a street address.
Best for: businesses that want a website with ongoing conversion and SEO work from the same team. Ask for a street address and for the names of the people who would work on the project, since the site gives only the city.

Cloud6 is a custom web design company with an office at Trade Centre First on Sheikh Zayed Road. Its homepage names Amity Middle East, NTSI Sharjah and Madar Steels among the organisations that trust it, and it lists web development, e-commerce, mobile apps, SEO, branding and custom software among its services. It also mentions custom Python solutions and AI integrations.
Best for: businesses that need a custom-built site or integrations beyond a template, such as Python tools or AI features. For a standard online shop, ask whether a template-based build would cost less and be easier to maintain.

Digital Graphiks says it has been a digital agency since 2004, with an office in Al Barsha. It builds websites, applications and stores on Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce, and it also offers social media, SEO, influencer marketing, content creation, PPC and ASO. Its homepage lists clients including NEED Inc, Njaro Lift Africa, GMS and Sie.
Best for: companies that want a website and marketing from one provider. The service list is broad, so confirm who leads the website build and who runs the marketing.

Aun Digital is a web design company with an office in Business Bay, and it states that it has more than twelve years of experience. Its homepage carries client reviews signed by a first name, sometimes followed by a surname or an initial, and it promotes a satisfaction guarantee with a money-back promise. The text we reviewed does not name a client or a case study.
Best for: businesses that want a written guarantee on the work. Read its terms before signing, since a homepage promise is the agency's own claim, and ask for two or three projects you can visit.
The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who holds the source files, the domain and the hosting account? The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing the site. Ask also what happens to the files if the contract ends.
2. Which languages are included, and who checks the Arabic? If the site needs Arabic and English, the quote should name both, with the person who writes and approves each version. A right-to-left layout that nobody at your company has reviewed can cost more credibility than it saves.
3. Which result will be measured, and what is the starting point? Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries, sales or bookings, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the new site worked.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site and checked the Dubai address. We did not visit any client, test any site in a browser or verify a single project. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A consultancy, an online store and a company that needs an Arabic-first site do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.
It ages. Agencies in Dubai merge, change names and move offices, and the Dubai filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days; the method gives the date of the last check, November 2026.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency is stronger wherever the work depends on reading a client's market, judging what tone a page should take, and owning a result that it cannot fully control. Deciding which page a visitor needs first, cutting a brief down to what matters, and writing copy that sounds like the company rather than a template are judgement calls. Software can assist with them, but it does not take responsibility for them, and any tool that claims otherwise is overselling.
What no agency project solves on its own is what happens after launch. AI assistants read far more than a homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, so a site that is well designed but never updated gives them little to work with. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a short list: ePixels for a Shopify Plus store, Element8 for an enterprise site in Arabic and English, Dubai Web Design (DWD) for a fixed package and a site you can run yourself, and Carril Agency if the website must match a brand. Whichever you choose, ask who holds the files before asking what the site will look like.
If you are still weighing an agency against doing the work in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the checks above will tell you quickly which Dubai agency deserves a second call.
Dubai has more credible names than a top 10 can hold. These agencies also show a Dubai address or office on their own sites, and each line below comes from what they publish about themselves.

This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
