Our ranking of the 10 best advertising agencies in Belgrade in 2026, built on public information only, with sources, method and limits.

In short
Block&Roll tops our ranking of the best advertising agencies in Belgrade because its own site meets all four criteria: a street address in the city, full-service campaign work, a history since 2009 and named campaigns. DNA Communications is the strongest choice for research and strategy before creative work. Customer Journey suits companies that want to start with paid digital channels, Domino Communications fits brands that want print, outdoor and radio planned next to digital, and First Media Group is the pick when reputation matters as much as advertising. Infinite Media Group and Digital Creators Studio are strong for content, video and identity. The deciding question is not how many years an agency claims, but whether it shows a Belgrade address, named work and the people who will run your campaign.

Choosing among the advertising agencies in Belgrade means choosing on a market that is growing steadily but unevenly. According to CompanyWall's analysis of Serbian advertising companies, reported by Biznis.rs on 22 June 2026, the twenty companies it analysed generated nearly 24.8 billion dinars in revenue in 2024, and the advertising sector as a whole employed 845 people. Revenue is a useful signal of size, but it says little about whether an agency will understand your customers, so the rest of this page looks at what each agency publishes about itself.
All ten agencies in this ranking state a Belgrade base on their own sites, or, in one case, carry the city in their name. For a buyer, that matters for three practical reasons: you can meet the team in person, a campaign can be shot and approved in the city, and the people writing your messages work in Serbian every day.
The agency market keeps growing steadily, but digital readiness is uneven. According to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (RZS), as reported by Kurir on 23 October 2026, 85.8% of Serbian enterprises have a website, yet only 28.8% of domestic enterprises sold products or services online during 2025. A company whose site cannot take an order, a booking or a call is a poor place to send paid traffic, and it is the first thing a good agency should check. Belgrade is the most connected region: in the statistics office's survey reported by Biznis.rs in October 2022, 91.2% of Belgrade enterprises had a website, the highest share of any Serbian region, against 84.9% nationally.
Four fears matter most to a buyer choosing an agency in Belgrade. Each one can be checked on the agency's own site or in a first call.
1. An address that is only a mailbox. Several agencies on this list publish a street address, and that is a good sign. It does not prove that the team you meet works there. Ask who sits at the address every day, and whether the people who pitched you will run your account.
2. Campaigns made for another market. A regional or international campaign translated into Serbian can miss local references, humour and rhythm. Look for work made for Serbian customers, not only for global brands.
3. Paying for a name in a concentrated market. CompanyWall describes the Serbian agency market as largely concentrated, which means a small number of firms hold a large share of the business. A well-known name does not guarantee attention, so ask how much of the senior team's time your account will receive.
4. Advertising a site that cannot sell. Only 28.8% of Serbian enterprises sold online in 2025, according to RZS data. Buying traffic to a page that cannot take an order, show a price or book a call is one of the fastest ways to waste a campaign budget.
Four criteria, in this order, fixed before we checked which agencies met them, and applied only to what each agency publishes about itself.
1. Advertising as the core service. Agencies that present brand campaigns from creation to delivery come before agencies that sell only SEO or website building.
2. A Belgrade base stated on the site. An address, an office or a team in the city, shown by the agency itself. Agencies with no Belgrade base are excluded, even when they work for Belgrade clients.
3. Proof published on the site. Named clients, named projects, or figures the agency announces about itself.
4. Age and scope. Years of activity, and the ability to run a campaign from the first idea to the final placement.
This page is dated November 2026 and will be reviewed every 90 days. What we deliberately did not do: we did not treat award counts, client counts or revenue claims as verified facts, and we did not use the view counts or growth percentages shown on these sites. Where a number appears in this article, it is either the agency's own claim, named as such, or it comes from a public source cited in the text.

Block&Roll describes itself as a full-service agency based in Belgrade, with an address at Terazije 45/5. Since 2009, it says, it has worked in design, digital, above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL) and PR, and its homepage lists campaigns by name, among them the Belgrade Fashion Tour app and "Campaign Without E". It meets all four criteria on its own site: a Belgrade address, a service list that covers the full campaign, a history since 2009 and named work.
Best for: brands that want strategy, design, digital and PR from one team. The site shows no results figures, so ask for the media plan and the reporting before you sign.

DNA Communications describes itself as an advertising agency with more than 20 years of activity and an office at Trg Nikole Pašića 7 in Belgrade. Its homepage lists consumer and market research, insight and strategy, and visual identity, and it names two clients, SUPERKLASTER and Eurodom. Its own line, "We develop strategies. We define identities. We create campaigns.", puts research and strategy before the creative work.
Best for: brands that want research and strategy before the campaign. The homepage names few results, so ask for case studies that show a measured outcome.

Domino Communications presents itself as a full-service marketing agency from Belgrade, active since 1992. Its homepage lists 300 satisfied clients and 1000 projects, which are its own figures, and a service list that includes advertising on social media and Google, print, outdoor (OOH), radio, video and event production. Its street address is not shown in the text we read, so confirm the office on the first call.
Best for: brands that want print, outdoor and radio planned alongside digital by one agency. The 300 clients and 1000 projects are the agency's own count, so ask for the names of clients you could speak with.

First Media Group calls itself an agency for integrated communications, with an office at Sremska 6/4 in Belgrade. Its homepage presents PR, digital and creative work as one strategy, and highlights crisis management and reputation protection. The projects it lists include digital marketing for Puzzle and Ego, along with the Vitaminka and Autoputevi projects.
Best for: companies where reputation and public relations matter as much as advertising. The homepage gives more space to PR than to paid media, so ask how campaigns are bought and measured.

Infinite Media Group describes itself as a marketing agency from Belgrade, working on content creation and advertising, graphic design and animation, photo and video production, and websites and apps. It says it does not sell service packages and builds a strategy for each client, with account managers, creatives, designers and writers under one roof. Its homepage has a client section, but the names are not in the text we read.
Best for: brands that want content, video and advertising made by one team from a tailored brief. The site shows no campaign results, so ask for examples with figures.

Customer Journey is a digital marketing agency from Belgrade that links strategy, marketing, sales and technology. Its homepage states 18+ years of experience, 100+ completed projects and 20+ fields of expertise. It offers two ways of working: a single specialised service, such as social media management, Google or Meta advertising, a website or ad filming, or a complete marketing system run by a full team. These figures are the agency's own and are not verified here.
Best for: companies that want to start with one channel, such as Meta or Google advertising, and may later hand over the whole marketing function. Its focus is digital, so ask how it would handle outdoor or broadcast advertising.

Digital Creators Studio is a full-stack creative studio at Cara Lazara 5 in Belgrade, working on web, design, branding and digital marketing. It presents itself as working without classic agency frameworks, and its homepage shows projects in brand identity, packaging, interior design and web design, including Silent Luxury, Beyond Beauty and 3MK Destilerija. It says it reviews and answers every enquiry.
Best for: brands that need an identity, packaging or a website built by a small creative team. The studio is less visibly a media-buying agency, so ask who runs paid campaigns and how.

AgitPROP describes itself as an award-winning creative agency for marketing, public relations and internet projects, working since 1993 with companies, institutions and organisations. Its homepage lists services from concepts and copywriting to strategies, events and integrated communications, and says it has won more than 30 professional awards. That award count is the agency's own claim, and the homepage does not name the awards.
Best for: organisations that want a long-established agency combining PR and creative concepts. Ask for the list of awards, their years and the campaigns behind them.

Artemis presents itself as an agency for complete digital solutions, with an office at Rajačka 9 in Belgrade. Its homepage lists web design, digital marketing, graphic design, social media and SEO, and a partners section whose names are not in the text we read. Its visible offer is closer to web and search work than to brand campaigns, which is why it ranks below most of this list.
Best for: small businesses that want a website, social media and SEO from one provider. For a brand campaign, check first whether the agency plans and buys media itself.

iMarketing Beograd calls itself an agency for digital marketing and advertising. Its homepage lists strategy, content marketing, website development, advertising campaigns, social media and video production, with a case study on Marella. Its link to Belgrade rests on its name and its own description; the text we read gives no street address, so the city criterion is the weakest of this list.
Best for: companies that want digital strategy, paid campaigns and content from one agency. Ask for its Belgrade address and the team that would work on your account before you rely on the local criterion.
The criteria below were fixed before we checked who met them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. Where a site does not publish the information, the cell says so rather than guessing.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than a showreel, and each one answers a fear listed above.
1. Who from the agency will work on your account, and where do they sit? Ask for names and roles. Check whether the address on the site is the office where the team works, and whether the people who presented to you are the ones who will run the account.
2. Which work for Serbian customers can you see, and what did it achieve? Ask for two or three campaigns made for Serbian audiences, each with its brief, its channels and one measured result. A list of logos is not a case study.
3. How will the agency show whether the money worked? Agree on one or two indicators you already track, such as online orders, calls or bookings, and record the starting level before the first campaign goes live. Without that baseline, a report tells you what happened but not whether it worked.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site. We did not visit the Belgrade offices, speak to clients, check an award or verify a single result. An agency that communicates little and works well will be underrated here.
The city criterion is only as strong as the site. Several agencies state Belgrade in their description rather than through a full address, and one of them, iMarketing Beograd, rests on its name and its own description. Confirm the office before you rely on this ranking for a local choice.
It ages. Agencies in Belgrade open, merge and change their focus, and the market figures quoted here come from surveys of different years. This page is reviewed every 90 days.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on work that needs a room, a city and a relationship: judging how a Serbian audience will react to a joke, choosing the right moment for a campaign, shooting in Belgrade with a crew it trusts, and defending an idea to a client who has seen too many. None of that is automatable today, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
What software does better is the repetitive, measurable part of the work: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing, and following how often your brand appears in the answers that AI assistants give. That is what Sorank does. It is software, not an agency, and it covers the content and visibility side of the job, which many campaigns neglect. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Block&Roll if you want a full-service Belgrade agency with a stated address and named work, DNA Communications if you want research and strategy first, Customer Journey if you want to start with paid digital channels, and First Media Group if reputation comes first. Keep iMarketing Beograd and Artemis on your shortlist only after you have seen their office and their work.
And ask who will run the account before you ask what the agency promises. The campaigns that last are built on clear briefs, approved work and a baseline you measured on day one. To see how advertising fits with the other channels that bring in customers, read the 50 best customer acquisition channels in 2026.
Only one other agency in our review meets the Belgrade criterion on its own site, so this list is short.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Duck Family Team | duckfamilyteam.online | Google Ads and Google Business Profile agency in Belgrade, building fast websites with SEO built in, with a focus on calls rather than clicks and a free consultation |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
