The 10 best growth marketing content creators in France to follow: podcasts, newsletters, YouTube and LinkedIn, with their format, rhythm and level.

In short
Caroline Mignaux is the best overall choice among the best growth marketing content creators in France: her podcast Marketing Square publishes a new episode every week, has passed 540 episodes and is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 709 reviews on Apple Podcasts, and she carries the same topics to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and a newsletter. Yann Leonardi is the alternative: co-author of the book Growth Marketing (Eyrolles), he explains the AARRR framework and analyses brands on YouTube, in a podcast and in a weekly newsletter. Kevin Dufraisse suits readers who want concrete acquisition methods through content, Hugo Dollfus and Antoine Deschamps those who want to put AI and automation to work in their growth, and Pierre Guilbaud independents who learn best from a real, numbered story. The right creator depends first on your level and on the format you actually read, watch or listen to.

Following the best growth marketing content creators in France is the cheapest way to learn a discipline that lives on social networks and changes with them. The channels growth marketers work on are now mainstream for businesses: in 2025, 63.6% of enterprises in the EU with 10 or more employees used some type of social media, up from 61.1% in 2023, according to Eurostat's news article « Two-thirds of EU enterprises use social media », published on 12 June 2026. This ranking brings together ten French-speaking creators who publish about growth marketing, checked one by one, and says for each which reader and which level they suit.
Growth marketing is learned where it happens: on social networks, in newsletters and in tools that change every quarter. Eurostat counts that 89.3% of 16 to 29 year olds in the EU used social networks in 2025, and 67.3% of people aged 16 to 74, according to Eurostat's news article « 89% of 16-29-year-olds used socials in 2025 », published on 9 April 2026. The audience a growth marketer wants to reach is there, and so are most of the creators on this list.
The tools move too. 20.0% of EU enterprises with 10 or more employees used artificial intelligence in 2025, against 13.5% in 2024, according to Eurostat's news article « 20% of EU enterprises use AI technologies », published on 11 December 2025. And among the enterprises using AI, 34.70% used it for marketing or sales, according to Eurostat's Statistics Explained page « Use of artificial intelligence in enterprises » (data extracted in December 2025). That is why several creators on this list, such as Hugo Dollfus and Antoine Deschamps, now talk as much about AI workflows as about acquisition channels.
Four reasons, from the point of view of someone who wants to learn growth marketing and keep up with it.
Several creators on this list, such as Yann Leonardi and Fabian Delhaxhe, also work as growth consultants. If what you need is a team to run your growth rather than content to learn from, our ranking of the best growth marketing agencies in France covers that case.
Four criteria, fixed before looking at who would come out on top, and applied only to what each creator publishes on their own pages and accounts. Every account on this list was reviewed on 22 October 2026.
1. Regularity. Dated content in 2026, and a rhythm you can count on: a weekly podcast or newsletter counts for more than a burst of posts followed by months of silence.
2. Depth and accuracy. Case studies, real figures and methods you can reproduce count for more than opinions. A creator who shows how they got a result comes before one who only states it.
3. Teaching. Content that a reader at a given level can apply, with a clear audience: beginners, independents, startup teams, B2B marketers who automate.
4. Independence. Content that teaches something even if you never buy anything from the creator. Selling a service is fine; a feed that only promotes an offer is not.
What I deliberately did not do: I did not estimate any audience. When a creator does not publish a follower or subscriber count, the table says « Not published ». I did not keep any creator without public activity in 2026 in the top 10. I did not include publishers of competing SEO software. And I did not count likes or views, which say little about what you will learn.
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as someone who follows these creators every week, not a paid placement. I am Thibault Besson-Magdelain, founder of Sorank, and no creator on this page paid to appear in it.
Caroline Mignaux hosts the podcast Marketing Square, « les secrets growth marketing », which publishes a new episode every week and has passed 540 episodes. On Apple Podcasts it is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 709 reviews, and the latest episode came out two days before this review. Her guests detail the growth levers they actually use, and she carries the same topics (growth marketing, personal branding, marketing trends) to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and a newsletter. Her published audiences are the largest on this list: 180.0k on LinkedIn, 148.0k on Instagram, 113.0k on her newsletter, 88.0k on YouTube and 64.1k on TikTok. The podcast audience itself is not published.
Best for: beginners and marketers who want a weekly dose of growth ideas in audio, with many different voices. The interview format covers a lot of ground; to go deep on one method, pair it with a more technical creator from this list.

Yann Leonardi has been a growth marketing consultant since 2011 and is the co-author of the book Growth Marketing, published by Eyrolles. On YouTube he publishes growth marketing analyses and brand case studies, completed by the podcast « Growth Marketing, L'AARRR appliqué » and a weekly monitoring newsletter, La GROWTH Semaine. He ranks first in Favikon's top 20 growth marketing creators in France for 2026. His content is moving towards brand building, under the name LaGrowthBrand. His published audience is 130.0k subscribers on YouTube, 38.0k on Instagram, 27.4k on TikTok, 11.943k on Facebook and 3.31k on X. The dates of his latest videos could not be read during this review. He sells growth marketing consulting.
Best for: beginners and intermediate marketers who want to understand the AARRR framework and learn from brand cases, in video. Readers looking for hands-on automation or outbound tactics will find the angle more strategic than operational.

Kevin Dufraisse is a former growth hacking trainer (formation-growth-hacking.fr) and the founder of Empire Internet. He publishes several times a week on LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads, and sends a Substack newsletter about growing an online business through content, which displays more than 19000 subscribers. He also runs a weekly live session for his community and a podcast, Empire Internet. His content has shifted from growth hacking towards content creation and copywriting, with concrete, numbered acquisition methods. His published audience is 50.0k on LinkedIn, 20.0k on Instagram and 19.0k on his newsletter.
Best for: independents and solo founders who want to grow through content and copywriting, with frequent short reads. Readers who came for classic growth hacking (scraping, automation) will find less of it today.

Hugo Dollfus sends a regular Substack newsletter on AI applied to B2B growth: prospecting systems built in Claude, content machines and the role of the « marketing engineer ». The newsletter is active, with its latest post on 20 October 2026, and he ran a practical AI challenge in September 2026. He has also started a YouTube channel, which is still recent and small (24 subscribers). His newsletter audience is not published.
Best for: B2B founders and marketers who want to build their own AI workflows for prospecting and content. Complete beginners in growth will need the basics first, and the video side is only starting.

Pierre Guilbaud is a former LinkedIn ghostwriter turned indie maker who tells the growth of his products in public, on LinkedIn and in a numbered Substack newsletter. The newsletter goes out about twice a month (the latest editions on 6, 16 and 22 October 2026) and shares his best posts along with the figures of his business: by his own account, he went from 2k€ to 13k€ of monthly recurring revenue in four months. His published audience is 43.0k on LinkedIn, 17.0k on his newsletter and 0.83k on YouTube.
Best for: independents and indie makers who learn best from a real, numbered story of growth on LinkedIn. His figures are his own and cannot be checked from outside; read them as a case study, not a benchmark.

Alex Rafaitin writes about organic growth through content and social networks. His Substack newsletter goes out almost every week (2, 8 and 21 October 2026) and breaks down fast-growing accounts as well as his own audience bets, with the figures of his own projects. He also publishes on LinkedIn and Instagram, and runs the podcast Effet Papillon. His published audience is 18.0k on LinkedIn, 18.0k on Instagram, 9.0k on his newsletter and 1.54k on YouTube.
Best for: marketers and creators who want reproducible methods for organic growth on social networks. Readers focused on B2B outbound or paid acquisition will find little for them here.

Fabian Delhaxhe is a French-speaking « Growth Architect » consultant based in Wallonia, Belgium. He publishes a step-by-step guide every week on his blog (24 September, 2, 8 and 15 October 2026), about the B2B acquisition machine, LinkedIn strategy and being cited by AI assistants, and shares them on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. He says he gets 80% of his business from LinkedIn, which makes him a practitioner of the channel he teaches. His audiences are not published. He sells growth consulting.
Best for: B2B founders and consultants who want a weekly, structured method to build acquisition on LinkedIn. His focus is B2B: consumer brands will find more for them with Alex Rafaitin or Caroline Mignaux.

Kamel Zeroual is a growth marketer who produces the podcast Startup Mafia. Each season is devoted to one startup, with weekly episodes of interviews with its team: season 5 was published in July 2026, with episodes on 13, 21 and 28 July. He also posts on LinkedIn about growth in startups. His interviews show from the inside how young French companies find their growth. His published audience is 9.121k on LinkedIn; the podcast audience is not published.
Best for: startup employees and founders who want to hear how other teams built their growth, in long interviews. The season format means long gaps between seasons: no new episode was found after July 2026.
Antoine Deschamps is a growth engineer who publishes YouTube videos on automated growth workflows (Clay, n8n, LLMs) and essays on his site about the impact of AI on B2B growth. He also offers a Growth Toolbox listing 150 growth SaaS tools. The dates of his latest videos could not be read during this review, and his audiences are not published.
Best for: technical marketers and growth teams that want to industrialise their acquisition with automation. Beginners may find the tools-first approach demanding, and his recent publishing rhythm could not be checked.

Iryna Desmarchelier is a specialist in lead generation on LinkedIn, a designer and a Canva ambassador. She publishes on LinkedIn about B2B lead generation and content design, and ranks fourth in Favikon's top 20 growth marketing creators in France for 2026. Her LinkedIn profile could not be read during this review, so her audience and her publishing rhythm are not published here.
Best for: independents and small businesses that want to find clients through well-designed LinkedIn content. Her angle is narrower than the rest of this list: prospecting and design rather than growth as a whole.
Each cell reflects what the creator publishes on their own pages and accounts as of 22 October 2026. When a piece of information is not published, the cell says so.

Three habits that make the difference between scrolling and learning.
Three limits, stated clearly.
It is based on public information. I read what each creator publishes and checked their accounts on 22 October 2026. Some platforms, such as LinkedIn or YouTube, could not always be read in full, so some rhythms and audiences are marked « Not published ». A creator who publishes very well but quietly will be underrated here.
It reflects one reader's opinion. The criteria were fixed in advance, but the weight given to depth, regularity or teaching is a personal choice. Another marketer would rank some creators differently, and that is healthy.
It ages. Creators change rhythm, pause a podcast between seasons or move to another platform. Check that the account is still active before you subscribe.
A creator explains which growth levers work and how to think about them. They do not know your site, your keywords or your competitors, and they will not write and publish your pages every week. Yet organic search, on Google and now in AI assistants, is one of the few growth channels that keeps bringing visitors after the work is done.
That is what Sorank automates: after an audit of your site, the software finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. To see it on your own site, book a call. Many readers combine the two: creators to understand, software to apply.
The best growth marketing creator is the one who speaks to your level, in a format you will actually keep up with. For a weekly podcast with many voices, Caroline Mignaux. For the AARRR framework and brand cases in video, Yann Leonardi. For growth through content and copywriting, Kevin Dufraisse. For AI and automation, Hugo Dollfus and Antoine Deschamps. For a real story told in public, Pierre Guilbaud. For B2B acquisition on LinkedIn, Fabian Delhaxhe. And if you also want to follow how search and AI assistants change the visibility of your business, our weekly SEO and GEO newsletter goes further.

This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
For most readers, Caroline Mignaux: her podcast Marketing Square publishes a new episode every week, has passed 540 episodes and is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 709 reviews on Apple Podcasts. Yann Leonardi is the alternative, with YouTube analyses, a podcast on the AARRR framework and a weekly newsletter.
Hugo Dollfus writes a newsletter on AI applied to B2B growth, from prospecting systems built in Claude to content machines. Antoine Deschamps publishes YouTube videos on automated growth workflows with Clay, n8n and LLMs, and shares a toolbox of 150 growth SaaS tools.
No. This ranking reflects the experience and opinion of Thibault Besson-Magdelain, founder of Sorank, based on what each creator publishes on their public accounts as reviewed on 22 October 2026. No creator paid to appear, and no audience was estimated.
