Compare the best white label rank trackers for agencies: custom domain, branded reports, client portal, daily and local tracking, plus each tool's real limits.

In short
a white label rank tracker monitors your clients' keyword positions and lets you send the reports, and sometimes a client dashboard, under your agency's brand. SE Ranking, AgencyAnalytics and Nightwatch offer the most complete white label (custom domain, logo, branded emails, client access); AccuRanker and Advanced Web Ranking lead on tracking depth; BrightLocal is the reference for local map rankings. Choose on three points: the level of branding you need, the tracking frequency and locations, and the cost per client as your keyword count grows.

A white label rank tracker answers the question every client asks each month: "where do we rank now?", in a report that carries your logo instead of the software vendor's. The market is crowded and the term "white label" covers very different things, from a logo on a PDF to a full dashboard on your own domain. This ranking compares ten tools on the features that matter to agencies, based on each vendor's site and documentation as read in October 2026. Prices change often, so we quote them only when the vendor publishes them clearly.
Vendors use the same words for four levels of branding. Check which one you are buying before you compare prices:
| Level | What the client sees | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Branded PDF | Your logo and colors on an exported report | Monthly report sent by email |
| 2. Branded emails | Scheduled reports sent from your own address | Automated reporting without manual work |
| 3. Branded link or subdomain | An interactive report on reports.youragency.com | Clients who want live data without logging in |
| 4. Branded client portal | A login on your domain with your name everywhere | Agencies that sell a "platform" as part of their service |
Most agencies need levels 1 and 2 for every client and level 4 only for their largest accounts. Paying for a full portal you will open for three clients rarely makes sense.

SE Ranking combines rank tracking, site audit, backlink monitoring and keyword research, and its white label is one of the most complete on the market. According to its white label page, you can set a custom domain that removes every mention of SE Ranking, upload your logo and colors, customize report covers, send reports from your corporate email or your own SMTP server, and give clients read-only seats limited to the tools you choose. The page lists the white label as part of its Agency Success Kit, starting at $69 per month with an annual subscription (checked October 2026). Limits: the suite has many modules, so onboarding takes time, and costs rise with the number of tracked keywords and check frequency.
AgencyAnalytics is first a client reporting platform: it pulls data from dozens of marketing sources and includes a rank tracker with daily keyword rankings. Its white label covers logos per client, brand colors, a branded subdomain, a custom domain through a CNAME record, emails sent from your agency address and client portal logins, with no cap on client or staff users. Some of these options (custom domain, sending from your own email, several white label profiles) are reserved for select plans. Limits: rank tracking is one module among many, less deep than a dedicated tracker for large keyword sets.
Nightwatch tracks rankings daily on Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo for any location, including local map results, and offers a drag-and-drop report builder with scheduled delivery. Its documentation describes a white label interface where you set your own subdomain, name and logo, available on plans with more than 1,000 tracked keywords. Limits: the white label interface requires a mid-size plan, and the initial setup of many locations takes some work.
AccuRanker is known for speed and accuracy on large keyword volumes, with daily updates and on-demand refreshes. Its help center explains how to add your company logo to reports and report templates. Its data can also feed external reporting tools. Limits: branding is lighter than in reporting platforms: no full client portal on your domain is documented, so many agencies pair it with a separate reporting tool.
Advanced Web Ranking (AWR) tracks rankings daily, weekly or on demand for any search engine, location and device, including YouTube, Amazon and local engines such as Baidu or Naver. Its site states that you can send white label reports automatically by email or share a permalink that updates with each ranking update. Limits: the interface is dense, and its strength (coverage) matters most to international or multi-engine projects.
Semrush's Position Tracking tool monitors daily rankings, local results and SERP features inside the wider Semrush suite. The white label side changed recently: according to the Semrush knowledge base, the Agency Growth Kit was discontinued along with its Client Portal, and My Reports became a standalone product. White label branding and custom domains are included only in Pro reports, priced at $20 per report, while base reports cost $10 (checked October 2026). Limits: no branded client portal anymore, and per-report pricing adds up with many clients.
BrightLocal specializes in local SEO: Local Rank Tracker, Local Search Grid to see rankings across map points, citation building and review monitoring. Its white label reports carry your logo, colors and messaging, you can create unlimited white label profiles at no extra cost, schedule report emails and hide sections from clients. Its FAQ states that external report URLs are generic and unbranded, and that you cannot use your own domain for them. Limits: built for local businesses; less suited to national or e-commerce keyword tracking. See our selection of the best local rank trackers for grid tools.
SERPWatcher is the rank tracker of the Mangools suite, known for its clear interface. Its white label settings cover logo, accent color, company name, website and contact email, and you can publish the interactive report on your own subdomain (such as reports.youragency.com), send it weekly or monthly, or plug it into Looker Studio. Limits: fewer advanced features than enterprise trackers, and keyword limits suit small and medium portfolios.
Wincher offers daily rank tracking, local tracking with a map heatmap and scheduled reports to which you add your own branding, so that clients do not see Wincher. Limits: no client portal and lighter white label than the leaders; a good fit for freelancers and small agencies watching their budget.
Sorank is our product, and it takes a different approach. It does not track each keyword daily by city. It builds white label SEO reports from each client's Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, best pages and queries), adds visibility in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and shows the work done on autopilot: articles published, backlinks obtained. With the white label offer, each client site starts at $49 per month billed annually, and the White label plan adds a dashboard on your own domain. Limits: it does not replace a daily keyword-by-keyword or city-by-city tracker; agencies that sell local map rankings should pair it with one of the tools above.
Rank trackers and Search Console measure different things. A tracker checks a fixed list of keywords from a chosen location, as a neutral user would see the SERP. Google Search Console reports what really happened: Google defines average position in its Performance report documentation as the topmost position occupied by a link to your site, averaged across all queries where it appeared. Trackers also rely on collecting results automatically, a practice that Google's spam policies list under machine-generated traffic ("scraping results for rank-checking purposes"); this concerns the vendors, not your clients' sites, but it is one more reason to cross-check with Search Console. Our article on rank tracking details both methods, and a SERP volatility sensor helps you explain sudden drops during Google updates.
The third measure is new: visibility in AI answers. When a prospect asks ChatGPT or Gemini for the best provider in their city, there is no position 1 to track, only brands cited or ignored. Agencies now add this to client reports with an AI visibility tracker and a combined GEO and SEO dashboard. Our AI citation report shows which sources these assistants cite most.
The best white label rank tracker is the one whose branding level, tracking depth and cost per client match your agency's offer. If you want branded reports that also show the SEO and AI work behind the numbers, see how Sorank works for agencies; for a classic keyword tracker, compare the options in our guide to the best rank checking tools.
Search Console itself has no white label option, but its data can be pulled through the official API into reporting tools that apply your branding. This is how several agency reporting platforms and Sorank build branded reports. Your client grants access to their Search Console property once, and the data then updates automatically.
There is no fixed rule. Most agencies track the 50 to 300 queries that drive revenue or match the pages they work on, rather than every keyword the site ranks for. Search Console already shows the long tail, so a tracker is best used for the priority list and for competitors.
Often yes, because a branded report makes a small business look established and saves hours of formatting each month. A freelancer rarely needs a client portal: a tracker with branded PDF or scheduled email reports, such as SERPWatcher or Wincher, usually covers the need at a lower cost.
