Compare the 10 best advertising agencies in Bangalore on four buyer criteria: Bangalore base, named work, media scope and a readable method.

In short
Grey suits brands that want campaign creative from an agency its own site presents as one of the world's top advertising agencies. Bold & Beyond fits a brand that wants PR, influence and film under one plan, while Avinashi Ads and BrandOnWheelz sell physical reach, on Bangalore's roads and on cabs, autos and buses. BUD India pairs creative work with online advertising, and Clevertize adds media planning and buying, Greenroom builds campaigns around creators, and Langoor leans toward data-led digital marketing for enterprise brands. Ginger Media Group covers offline media across cities, and Chiya Media Solutions plans print, television, radio and outdoor placements. The deciding criterion is not a rating or an award count. It is whether the agency shows a Bangalore base, names its work and says which media it handles.

Choosing among the advertising agencies in Bangalore means choosing among very different businesses, from outdoor media owners to creative shops and performance specialists. The FICCI-EY Media and Entertainment Report 2026, announced by EY on 24 March 2026, says that India's advertising revenue reached INR 1.5 trillion in 2025, up 13.5%. Only the Bangalore agencies whose own site shows a local base can appear on this list.
A Bangalore campaign is planned around specific places: a road, a transit line, a neighbourhood or a set of publications, and an agency that does not know them can waste the budget. That is why this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows an address, an office or a team in Bangalore can appear. Avinashi Ads, for example, says it walks the route, studies the traffic and only then pitches a media, which is the kind of local work that matters for outdoor campaigns.
The national market is large and digital is taking a growing share of it. The FICCI-EY Media and Entertainment Report 2026, published by EY on 24 March 2026, reports that digital advertising rose 26% to INR 947 billion in 2025, which is 63% of total ad revenue. We did not find a Bangalore-only figure in a source we could verify, so the market number here is national.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for media that nobody can prove was shown. A hoarding, a bus wrap or a radio spot is hard to verify after the fact. Ask for a placement list with dates and proof of display before the invoice. BuyMediaSpace says on its site that it provides photo proof of every display, and any agency can be asked for the same.
2. Running a campaign that breaks advertising rules. Ads whose claims a regulator does not accept are flagged for review. The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) reviewed 6841 complaints and investigated 6117 advertisements between April and September 2025, and 97% of the violations it found originated on digital platforms, according to ASCI's half-yearly complaints report as carried by The Hans India on 13 November 2025. Ask who checks each claim before the ad goes live.
3. Depending on one person or on a split team. A campaign run by one person, or divided between a media owner and a creative studio with no single owner, has no one accountable when a placement is cancelled. Ask who holds the schedule and whom you call when a site is taken down.
4. A quote that leaves out permits, production and tax. Outdoor work needs approvals, and a first figure often leaves them out. Avinashi Ads lists permit handling among its services, so ask whether permits are in the quote or billed separately, and whether production and GST are included.
Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and applied only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. Advertising activity on the homepage. Creation, campaigns or media buying must be a real service on the homepage, not only SEO or web work.
2. A stated Bangalore presence. The site must show an address, an office or a team in Bangalore. Agencies with a national or foreign base and no office in the city do not appear.
3. Named work or clients. Campaigns, awards or clients that a buyer can check by visiting the website.
4. A readable scope. The site must show which media or services the agency handles: outdoor, transit, press, television, radio, digital or influence.
The text we reviewed was checked on 6 November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies change names, offices and offers often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse the Google ratings, award counts, satisfaction percentages or "best agency in Bangalore" titles that some sites display. None of them can be verified from the outside, and many agencies on this list call themselves the best in the city. We report that as their own claim, and it did not decide any position.

Grey has a Bangalore office on Crescent Road. Its site says it ranks among the world's top advertising and marketing agencies, a claim we report as the agency's own, and describes creative, experiential, social, digital, commerce and health and wellness work. Its homepage features campaigns for AB InBev's Corona, BCP Bank, Tourism Ireland, Pantene, Bandhan Mutual Fund and Coca-Cola.
Best for: brands that want campaign creative from a large agency. The site does not describe its Bangalore team or the media it plans in India, so ask who would run the account day to day and who buys the media.

Bold & Beyond calls itself a unified brand communications house, combining public relations, branding, social media, influencer marketing, photography, film and launch events in Bangalore. Its address is on 80 Ft Road in Indiranagar. The site names Disney, Porsche, Hilton and Marriott among its clients, and its homepage description mentions 400 brands.
Best for: brands that want PR, influence and film run by one team on one plan. Its published work is mostly communication and launch projects, so ask for references in outdoor, digital or television media before signing.

Avinashi Ads describes itself as a Bangalore outdoor advertising company, offering hoardings, bus shelters, gantries, glow sign boxes and digital LED displays across Karnataka. The site says it has been operating since 1986, and lists UrbanEdge Retail, Horizon Foods, StyleZone, TechVibe, Namma Motors, Brigade Group, Royal Enfield and Decathlon among the brands that trust it. Its featured work is a Godrej hoarding on the Hebbal Airport Road approach.
Best for: brands that want a physical presence on Bengaluru roads. The site says it walks each route, studies the traffic and handles permits, but it does not publish prices, so ask for a route map, a permit timeline and a written quote.

BUD India is a creative advertising agency in HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar. It describes itself as a creative boutique growing out of Bangalore, and calls itself a "Small Big Ad Agency" that offers big ideas from a small set-up. Its homepage shows work for Sri Ganesh Jewellers, Rugtek and Headway, a multilingual TV commercial starring a world record spinner, and 2 gold and 3 silver awards at the Big Bang Awards 2025.
Best for: brands that want simple, results-focused creative from a small team. The site does not describe a media-buying service, so ask who books the media and how the results are reported.

Clevertize presents itself as an agency that makes smarter advertising, with specialities listed on its homepage as campaigns, video, print and digital. Its office is at WeWork Galaxy in Ashok Nagar. Its homepage lists awards for campaigns for EdgeVerve, eBay and DigiPlus by ET Brand Equity, along with a Muse Creative Awards entry.
Best for: B2B brands that want video, print and digital work under one roof. The site shows awards but no measured results, so ask which metrics its campaigns reported and what media budget they used.

Greenroom describes itself as a content and influencer studio, working since 2014, where culture, creators and content collide. Its address is in Indiranagar. The site lists campaigns for Myntra FWD, Big Basket, Licious, Campus Shoes and XYXX, and awards including the Impact Influencer Marketing Award and the Kyoorious Creative Awards.
Best for: brands that want creator-led campaigns, from launch awareness to building trust. The site shows no prices and no results per campaign, so ask how the studio reports the outcome of a campaign.

Langoor describes itself as a digital marketing company in India, built at the intersection of data, creative and technology. Its office is on Infantry Road in Bengaluru. It says that for over a decade it has partnered with enterprise brands including Lenovo, Unilever, Adobe, Infosys and Epson, and it publishes an annual cultural study, The State of Festive India, Decoded, with Quilt.AI.
Best for: enterprise brands that want digital, data-led and AI-driven campaigns. Its focus is more digital than outdoor or traditional media, so check whether the team can plan and buy offline media before signing.

Ginger Media Group calls itself a pan-India 360 degree advertising agency, with its headquarters in Bengaluru at Rukmini Knowledge Park. Its services cover outdoor and out-of-home media, transit (metro, bus, cab and auto), cinema and malls, BTL activations, society branding, digital and DOOH, and influencer marketing. Its homepage lists bus branding, cab advertising, cinema ads, digital screens, billboards, airport branding, radio spots and television ads. The text we reviewed names no clients.
Best for: brands that want offline media across several cities, from transit to airports. Since the site names no clients, ask for three campaigns it ran in Bengaluru and the results it reported for each.

BrandOnWheelz is a mobile advertising agency based in Dooravani Nagar, offering cab, metro, auto, aerial, Tata Ace, bus and in-app advertising. Its site says it is trusted by 1000+ brands, lists a nationwide network and real-time campaign tracking, and quotes a client testimonial that praises reports and photographs delivered on time.
Best for: brands that want their message to move with traffic, on cabs, autos and buses. The site names no campaigns beyond one testimonial, so ask a past client for a campaign report before signing.

Chiya Media Solutions calls itself an integrated advertising and media buying agency in Rajajinagar, working across press, television, radio and outdoor. Its homepage says it has executed 9000+ campaigns across print, TV, radio and outdoor, and lists strategy, consultancy, positioning and evaluation among its services. The text we reviewed names no clients.
Best for: Bangalore businesses that want one agency to plan print, television, radio and outdoor placements. Since the site names no clients, ask for references from its most recent campaigns and the placement list.
The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who places the media, and who keeps the proof of display? Ask for the placement list with dates, locations and photo proof before you pay. If a media owner holds the space, ask whether the agency or the owner holds the contract.
2. Who checks each claim against advertising rules before it goes live? Ask for the name of the person who reviews the copy and what they check, and what happens if the ad is flagged after launch.
3. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree on one or two indicators before the start, such as enquiries, footfall, sales or app installs, and record their level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the campaign worked.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its own site and checked the Bangalore address. We did not visit any office, review any campaign in the field or verify a single placement. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A consumer brand launching in Koramangala, a business-to-business company in Whitefield and a jewellery retailer do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.
It ages. Agencies change names, move offices and close, and the Bangalore filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a client's market, making choices about tone and structure, and taking responsibility for a result it does not fully control. Walking a route and judging where a hoarding will be seen, deciding which message suits a neighbourhood, and writing a campaign that sounds like the brand rather than a template: none of that is automatable today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
What no campaign solves on its own is what happens after it runs. AI assistants and search engines read more than the homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, and a brand that is well advertised but never explained online remains a weak source for them.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. That last part is not decoration. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Avinashi Ads if your message has to be seen on Bangalore roads, Bold & Beyond if PR, influence and film must run under one plan, Ginger Media Group if you need offline media across several cities, and Greenroom if creators are going to carry your launch. Whichever you choose, ask who places the media and who keeps the proof before asking what the campaign will look like.
If you are still weighing an agency against running the campaign in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the checks above will tell you quickly which Bangalore agency deserves a second call.
Bangalore has more credible names than a top 10 can hold. These agencies also show a Bangalore base on their own sites, and each line below comes from what they publish about themselves.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Atelier Ads | atelierads.com | Advertising agency in Kalyan Nagar offering creation, campaigns and media buying, with branding, content creation and digital marketing |
| Adwit India | adwitindia.com | Advertising agency whose title lists Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad, offering print, TV, radio, digital marketing and social media |
| Circuit 9 | circuit9.in | Creative advertising agency in Indiranagar offering creative design, video, media and advertising campaigns, website design and social media |
| Hummingbird Communications | hummingbirdcommunications.in | Advertising and communication agency in Koramangala covering branding, printing, outdoor marketing, digital marketing and signboards |
| Geek Creative Agency | geekcreativeagency.com | Creative and digital agency in HMT Layout listing advertising, branding, 360 campaigns, print, television, and media planning and buying |
| BuyMediaSpace | buymediaspace.com | Media buying platform in HSR Layout for newspaper, outdoor, cinema and radio advertising across India, with a media planning assistant |
| Intent Farm | intentfarm.com | Performance marketing and digital ads agency in HSR Layout that says it has partnered with 500+ leading brands in India |
| Hiveminds | hiveminds.in | Performance marketing and digital media buying agency with its headquarters in Bangalore, citing 2.35x growth in installs on a case study |
| Digiligo | digiligo.com | Digital transformation and creative studio in J. P. Nagar offering digital marketing, creative thinking and AI and automation |
| Mathew Digital | mathewdigital.com | Performance marketing agency in HSR Layout for B2B and D2C brands, running Google and Meta Ads campaigns |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Ask for the placement list with dates, locations and photo proof before you pay, and get the contract terms in writing.
Ask for the name of the person who reviews the copy and what they check, and what happens if an ad is flagged after launch.
Agree on one or two indicators before the start and record their level on day one, because without a baseline no report can show the effect.
