Our ranking of the 10 best podcast agencies in France in 2026: production, sonic identity, distribution, and which one fits your project.

The French podcast market has matured into three distinct trades: brand podcast agencies that design and produce a series for a company, sound agencies for whom podcasts are one output among voice, music and sonic identity, and publishers with their own catalogue that sell sponsorship rather than production. Calliopé ranks first for covering the brand podcast chain end to end, in audio and in video, from the concept to the promotion.
Here is the full ranking, with what each agency says it does and the situation it suits best.
1. Calliopé. Brand podcasts in audio and video, concept to promotion. Best for a company launching its first series.
2. Aurevoir Charlie. A full sound agency, podcasts included. Best when the brand needs a voice, not just a show.
3. Nouvelles Voix. Podcast, radio, video and event production. Best for internal communication at scale.
4. La Fabrik à Podcast. The whole chain, including monetisation and training. Best for a project meant to become self sufficient.
5. L'Agence Stratégie Podcast. Brand podcasts with an editorial line first. Best when the subject is not obvious yet.
6. Drop le Mic. A podcast studio in Nantes, strategy through to training. Best for companies outside Paris.
7. MedShake Studio. Podcasts for healthcare organisations. Best for a regulated sector.
8. Get A Sound. Sonic identity, podcast intros and radio. Best for a brand building a sound signature.
9. Madame Black Bow. Audio and video podcasts plus training. Best for purpose driven brands.
10. Binge Audio. A podcast network selling sponsorship. Best for reaching an audience without producing one.
Podcasts survived the hype cycle for a reason no other format can copy: attention. Someone who presses play on a 30 minute episode gives you 30 minutes, uninterrupted, usually while doing something else. No article, no video and no advertisement gets that.
The second reason is that a podcast makes expertise audible. A company that has spent years learning something specific can spend three years writing about it, or an hour saying it out loud with the person who actually knows. For a technical business, that is the shortest path between what the team knows and what the market hears.
The third is newer and rarely discussed. Transcripts are text, and text is what search engines and AI assistants read. A series of well transcribed episodes turns spoken expertise into pages that can be indexed, quoted and cited, long after the listening figures have levelled off.
We used four criteria, in this order, and only what each agency publishes about itself.
1. Is the podcast the trade? Agencies built around podcast production come first, ahead of communication agencies that add it to a service list.
2. How much of the chain is covered. Concept, editorial line, recording, editing, hosting, distribution and promotion are seven steps. Agencies that own all seven ask less of you.
3. Audio only, or audio and video. A filmed episode produces the clips that carry the promotion. Agencies that shoot as well as record save you a second supplier.
4. Whether the site is alive and clear. We looked at every homepage in our list, in August 2026, and removed those that would not render or no longer describe a podcast business.
We did not rank on download figures or audience size. Podcast measurement is inconsistent between hosts, and no published number here can be compared with another.
Calliopé presents itself as a brand podcast agency working in audio and video, with three named offers: the audio podcast, the filmed podcast and audio advertising. The chain it publishes runs from design to production, distribution and promotion, which is the complete list, and the one most companies underestimate at the promotion end.
Best for: companies launching a first brand podcast who want one supplier from concept to listener.

Aurevoir Charlie is a creative sound agency rather than a podcast studio: sound design, original music, voice over casting and recording, sound spatialisation, radio and film soundtracks, and podcasts among them. If your podcast should sound like your brand rather than like every other podcast, this is the category of supplier that makes that difference.
Best for: brands that want the series to carry a real sound signature.

Nouvelles Voix is a podcast production and corporate media consultancy, with podcast and radio production, video production and event production as its three offers, plus its own training arm. Corporate radio is the unusual part: for a company with thousands of employees spread across sites, an internal audio channel does something a newsletter never will.
Best for: large organisations using audio for internal communication as much as for the outside.

La Fabrik à Podcast is a studio and agency whose published service list is the most complete on this page: full support, design, production, post production, distribution, promotion, monetisation and training. It also organises its references by theme, from science to culture, young audiences and tourism, which tells you where its editorial reflexes are strongest.
Best for: organisations that want to learn to run the podcast themselves eventually.

L'Agence Stratégie Podcast is a communication agency specialised in brand podcasts, and puts the editorial line before the microphone: strategy, editorial line, recording, editing, hosting and promotion, with a stated interest in share of voice. Most failed brand podcasts fail at exactly that first step, by recording before deciding what the series is for.
Best for: companies that know they want a podcast and do not yet know what it should be about.

Drop le Mic is a podcast creation agency based in Nantes, covering strategy, writing, hosting, production, distribution and training. Its site answers the questions companies actually ask before committing, including how the return is measured and whether a video podcast is possible, which is a good sign about how the first meeting will go.
Best for: companies outside Paris that want a studio within reach.

MedShake Studio is a podcast studio specialised in healthcare, working with patients, doctors and industry, and running its own training programmes alongside production. Sector specialisation matters more in health than anywhere else, because what can be said, by whom, and with which disclaimers, is not a creative decision.
Best for: healthcare organisations where the editorial constraints are regulatory.

Get A Sound is a sonic communication agency built around sonic identity: sound logo, brand podcast, podcast intros, event music, radio spots, video sound design and even on hold audio, delivered through a network of audio professionals. It is the option for a brand thinking beyond a single series.
Best for: brands who want one coherent sound across every channel, podcast included.

Madame Black Bow Productions creates and produces audio and video podcasts for brands with a stated commitment, and positions itself as an audio and video strategy consultancy as much as a producer, with podcast training as a separate offer. The framing is about impact rather than volume, which suits organisations whose podcast has a message to carry.
Best for: purpose driven brands and organisations with something specific to say.

Binge Audio is not an agency but a podcast network with its own catalogue of shows, a sponsorship offer, a publishing arm and a shop. It belongs on this list because for many brands the honest answer is not to produce a series at all, but to appear inside one that already has an audience.
Best for: brands that want listeners now rather than a catalogue later.

Three points cause most of the friction in a podcast engagement.
1. Who owns the audio and the feed. The recordings, the hosting account and the RSS feed should be in your name. An agency that owns the feed owns your subscribers.
2. How many episodes, and how often. A season of ten published fortnightly is a project. Three episodes published when someone remembers is a hobby, and it will read like one.
3. Whether transcripts are included. They are cheap to produce at recording time and expensive to retrofit, and they are the only part of the podcast a search engine can read.
A podcast episode reaches the people who already subscribe. Its transcript reaches everyone else. Published as a real page, with the questions as headings and the answers underneath, an hour of conversation becomes something a search engine can index and an AI assistant can quote when someone asks about your subject.
That is the cheapest audience a podcast will ever gain, and almost nobody does it properly, because turning a raw transcript into a page worth reading is work that has to happen every single week.
That is what Sorank automates. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want one recommendation: Calliopé for a first brand podcast handled end to end, Aurevoir Charlie if the sound itself has to carry the brand, and Binge Audio if what you actually want is an audience rather than a production.
And decide the number of episodes before the first recording. Almost every brand podcast that disappointed its sponsor was cancelled before the format had a chance to be judged.
The cost depends almost entirely on the format. A conversation recorded in a studio, edited and published is the low end. A documentary series with reporting, original music and sound design is several times that, because the work is in the writing and the editing rather than the recording. Ask for a price per episode at a fixed number of episodes, and check whether promotion is included or quoted separately.
Most agencies on this list now offer both, because a filmed episode produces the vertical clips that social platforms need and an audio only episode does not. The cost sits mostly in the extra day of setup and the editing, so decide before the first recording rather than regretting it afterwards. If your audience listens while commuting, audio still carries the episode and video only feeds the promotion.
Ten, published on a regular schedule. A podcast audience builds by subscription rather than by discovery, so the first episodes are almost always the least listened to, and a series abandoned after three tells you nothing except that it was abandoned. Agree the number of episodes and the rhythm before starting, and judge the format only once the tenth is out.
THEY WIN WITH SORANK
I specialized in GEO thanks to Sorank. The GEO Leaderboard allows me to show my clients their position vs competitors on ChatGPT. It’s a real commercial differentiator.
I’m a developer, not a marketer. My Shopify theme was selling only through word-of-mouth and ads. With Sorank I finally understood how to structure my SEO and write articles to rank. The audit showed my product page was too slow. In 2 months, my organic traffic doubled and I’m starting to appear in ChatGPT answers when people search for Shopify themes. All of that with about 2 hours per week.
I manage our dealership’s website and it had dozens of issues: slow pages, 404 errors, missing tags. We were losing rankings every month without understanding why. The Sorank audit detected everything in 5 minutes. I sent the report to our web provider with the priority fixes. We regained our rankings and traffic picked back up. Perfect for someone non-technical like me!
I’m a CMO for a SaaS and I manage acquisition in a very competitive market. We were investing heavily in our product but not working on our SEO. No visibility on our real competitors, no tracking of our presence in AI. Sorank showed us our positioning vs competitors, which keywords to target, and GEO opportunities we had completely ignored!
My search rankings improve day after day and I'm saving time.
Thank you again,
Karl from LV3D.
We are an Ads agency and we wanted to get our SEO back on track once and for all. Sorank gave us a clear view of our site, helped us prioritize optimizations, and properly structure our content. The tool is easy to use, well designed for a team, and very practical for centralizing tracking without having to juggle multiple platforms. A very solid foundation to start fresh with our SEO.
Great service, works well for our website and helps us understand how to improve it to rank better on Google and elsewhere. Congrats, keep going, I recommend it.
For 2 years, 100% of my clients came from LinkedIn. Posting daily, commenting, DM follow-ups… totally dependent on the algorithm. I knew I needed to work on SEO but always postponed it: too long, too technical, not my job. With Sorank, I finally took the step. In 4 months, I generate 15 organic leads per month without posting anything. It’s not 50/50 with LinkedIn yet, but I sleep better knowing I now have a second lead source growing on autopilot.
