Which TikTok Ads creators should you follow in France? 10 French-speaking media buyers ranked by focus, rhythm and depth, with their platforms and best fit.

In short
Gaétan Hamel is the best overall choice among the best TikTok Ads content creators in France: he is one of the very few French-speaking creators for whom TikTok Ads is a central topic, with TikTok videos on online advertising, a dedicated TikTok Ads training and a one-hour live every week in his Skool community Ad Shaker. Etienne Garcia is the alternative: his weekly newsletter « The Media Buyer » and his LinkedIn posts cover CPA, creatives and scaling for e-commerce brands, and his agency Roads keeps a TikTok Ads guide updated in October 2026, even if Meta remains his main subject. Thomas Jossomme suits brands that are adding TikTok Shop to their mix, Cédric Anger e-commerce beginners who start on TikTok, and Danilo Duchesnes readers who want creative strategy that applies to every paid social platform. The right creator depends first on your level and on whether you sell on TikTok or only advertise there.

Following the best TikTok Ads content creators in France is the fastest way to learn a channel that is still young and changes every quarter. Social advertising is now a heavy line in French marketing budgets: it reached 2.22 billion euros in the first half of 2026, up 16%, and accounts for a third of the digital advertising market, according to the 36th Observatoire de l'e-Pub by SRI, UDECAM and Oliver Wyman, published on 9 July 2026. Yet very few French-speaking creators make TikTok Ads their main subject. This ranking brings together ten creators who publish about TikTok advertising, TikTok Shop and ad creatives, checked one by one, and says for each which reader and which level they suit.
Learning from creators is no longer a marginal habit. In its News Influencers Fact Sheet, published on 4 November 2025, Pew Research Center finds that 21% of U.S. adults say they regularly get news from news influencers on social media, and 38% of those aged 18 to 29, according to Pew Research Center's News Influencers Fact Sheet, based on a survey conducted from 18 to 24 August 2025. These figures concern the United States and general news, not advertising, but they describe the same habit: following a person rather than a publication to understand a fast-moving subject.
For TikTok Ads, this habit makes even more sense. The platform's own documentation explains settings, not what works for a French e-commerce brand, and most practical knowledge comes from media buyers who test campaigns and share what they see.
Four reasons, from the point of view of someone who wants to learn TikTok Ads and keep up with it.
Several creators on this list, such as Etienne Garcia (Roads), Thomas Jossomme (xplr), Théo Lion (Coudac) and Antoine Godfroy (Sleeq), run agencies. If what you need is a team to run your campaigns rather than content to learn from, our ranking of the best TikTok Ads agencies in France covers that case.
Four criteria, fixed before looking at who would come out on top, and applied only to what each creator publishes on their own pages and accounts. Every account on this list was reviewed on 22 October 2026.
1. Place of TikTok Ads in the content. A creator for whom TikTok advertising or TikTok Shop is a central topic comes before one who mentions it among many others.
2. Regularity. Dated content in 2026 and a rhythm you can count on: a weekly newsletter or a weekly live counts for more than a burst of posts.
3. Practical depth. Campaign settings, creatives, figures and tests count for more than general motivation about selling online.
4. Independence. Content that teaches something even if you never buy anything from the creator. Selling a training or an agency service is fine; a feed that only promotes an offer is not.
What I deliberately did not do: I did not estimate any audience. When a creator does not publish a follower or subscriber count, the table says « Not published ». When I could not check a recent publishing rhythm, the entry says so rather than guessing, and I did not keep accounts that showed they had stopped publishing. I did not include brand accounts of publishers of competing SEO software. And I did not count likes or views, which say little about what you will learn.
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as someone who follows these creators every week, not a paid placement. I am Thibault Besson-Magdelain, founder of Sorank, and no creator on this page paid to appear in it.
Gaétan Hamel is an e-commerce media buyer who publishes TikTok videos on online advertising and trains people in TikTok Ads and Meta Ads for D2C brands. He is the only French-speaking creator found during this review for whom TikTok Ads is a central topic rather than a side subject. Beyond TikTok, he runs the Skool community Ad Shaker, which has 146 members and holds a one-hour live every week. On LinkedIn he presents himself as Head of Social Ads at Kibers. His published audience is 23.7k followers on TikTok; his LinkedIn audience is not published. He sells a dedicated TikTok Ads training.
Best for: e-commerce advertisers and junior media buyers who want TikTok Ads to be the main subject, not a footnote, and like a weekly live format. His audience is still modest, and much of the depth sits inside his paid community and training rather than in the free videos.
Etienne Garcia publishes on LinkedIn and sends the newsletter « The Media Buyer » about once a week, the latest edition on 13 October 2026, on CPA, creatives and scaling for e-commerce brands. He also runs a YouTube channel on e-commerce advertising. He is the founder of the agency Roads, which keeps a TikTok Ads guide on its site, updated on 15 October 2026, and has its own TikTok account @roads.social. His published audience is 26.0k on LinkedIn, 14.6k subscribers on YouTube and 2.2k on his Substack newsletter. Meta remains his main subject: TikTok is one of the channels he covers, not the only one. He sells paid social services through Roads.
Best for: e-commerce founders and media buyers who want one regular read on paid acquisition and want TikTok in the context of their whole ad mix. Readers looking only for TikTok will find most weekly editions focused on Meta.

Thomas Jossomme is the founder of the agency xplr and shares field experience on social ads, creatives and TikTok Shop for e-commerce brands. He publishes on LinkedIn, sends the newsletter « Le Report' » and hosts the podcast « Club Croissance ». The newsletter was active in September and October 2026, including an edition on 21 September 2026 titled « 10 % de CA en quelques mois sur TikTok Shop ». His published audience is 9.8k on LinkedIn, and the agency's YouTube channel has 1.42k subscribers. He sells ads and creative services through xplr.
Best for: e-commerce brands that already advertise on Meta or Google and want to add TikTok and TikTok Shop with concrete feedback. Complete beginners may find the content assumes some knowledge of paid acquisition.

Cédric Anger publishes on TikTok and YouTube methods for selling through TikTok, and writes guides on his site Speed Ecom. His TikTok Shop France guide was published on 20 March 2026 and updated on 14 September 2026, and it links to a TikTok Ads guide for beginners. He talks mostly about organic TikTok and TikTok Shop; paid advertising is a secondary topic for him. His published audience is 104.2k followers on TikTok, 21.2k subscribers on YouTube, 3.154k on Instagram and 1.229k on X. He is the founder of Speed Ecom.
Best for: e-commerce beginners and Shopify store owners who want to start selling on TikTok before spending on ads. Experienced media buyers will find little on advanced campaign settings.

Mady Prince is an e-commerce creator who shows on TikTok and Instagram how he sells products online with ads and creatives generated by AI. His format is short and native to TikTok, which makes it easy to see what a creative looks like in the feed. The ads he talks about run mostly on Meta, but he publishes on TikTok. His published audience is 27.9k followers on TikTok and 9.5k on Instagram. His publishing rhythm could not be checked during this review.
Best for: e-commerce sellers who want ideas to produce ad creatives in volume with AI, in a short video format. Readers who want campaign structure or TikTok Ads Manager settings will need another source from this list.

Danilo Duchesnes is the founder of the agency DHS Digital and publishes a newsletter on ad creatives and paid social strategy for D2C brands. It is one of the most active formats on this list, with several editions a week in October 2026. He also hosts the podcast « Le Rendez-vous E-commerce ». His creative strategy applies to TikTok, but his examples focus mostly on Meta and Google Ads, and TikTok appears mainly in older podcast episodes. His published audience is 6.6k newsletter subscribers. He sells paid social services through DHS Digital.
Best for: marketers and founders who want to understand creative strategy in depth, a skill that transfers to TikTok. Readers who want TikTok-specific news should pair him with a creator higher on this list.

Yomi Denzel publishes on YouTube and TikTok videos about e-commerce and online business. He has the largest published audience on this list: 1.55M subscribers on YouTube, 1.3M on TikTok, 994k on Instagram and 42.9k on X. His public content is general (online business, e-commerce) and TikTok Ads is only one subject among many. His recent publishing rhythm could not be checked during this review. He is behind the training company Mindeo, and his e-commerce training covers Meta and TikTok advertising.
Best for: complete beginners who want a broad introduction to e-commerce before going into advertising. Readers who already sell online will find little TikTok Ads detail in the free content.

Romain Torres is the co-founder of Arcads, a tool that produces UGC-style video ads with AI actors in the vertical TikTok and Reels format. On LinkedIn and X, he shares his analyses of AI-generated video ads. His public posts appear to be mostly in English, and no post in French was found during this review. His audience is not published. He sells Arcads, an ad creation tool.
Best for: media buyers and brands curious about AI-generated UGC ads for TikTok, who read English comfortably. Keep in mind that he builds a tool in this field, and look elsewhere for TikTok Ads campaign settings.
Théo Lion is the CEO of the agency Coudac, a partner of TikTok Shop events in France. He has a large TikTok audience, but his TikTok bio (« Comprendre aujourd'hui avec hier ») points to content that is mostly about culture and business, and he speaks about TikTok Ads only indirectly. The ads content comes from the Coudac newsletter, written by the agency's team, which covers Meta creatives and TikTok Shop live shopping, with posts on TikTok Shop in March and October 2026. His published audience is 112k followers on TikTok, 43.0k on Instagram and 6.171k on X. He sells social ads services through Coudac.
Best for: readers who want a view of TikTok Shop and live shopping from an agency active in France, through the Coudac newsletter. His personal TikTok account is not the place to learn TikTok Ads.

Antoine Godfroy is the co-founder of Sleeq, presented as the first TikTok agency in France, and a TikTok practitioner since 2020. He mostly publishes as a guest on podcasts, such as Morphos, Le Rendez-vous Marketing and La Chapelle Radio. In an episode of 12 March 2026, described on the Sleeq blog, he explains how to launch a TikTok Ads campaign, which formats to choose and what makes an effective creative. He was a TikTok creator himself, with about 100k followers in 2021 and 2022 according to the press. His own publishing rhythm could not be checked, and his audience is not published. He sells TikTok services through Sleeq.
Best for: brands and marketers who want a practitioner's long-form explanation of TikTok Ads, in podcast form. He publishes little on his own accounts, so there is no regular feed to follow.

Three habits that make the difference between scrolling and learning.
Three limits, stated clearly.
TikTok Ads is rarely anyone's only subject. Apart from Gaétan Hamel, every creator on this list covers TikTok Ads alongside Meta, TikTok Shop, Shopify or e-commerce in general. This ranking says so in each entry rather than pretending otherwise.
It is based on public information. I read what each creator publishes and checked their accounts on 22 October 2026. Some platforms, such as LinkedIn or TikTok, could not always be read in full, so several rhythms and audiences are marked « Not published ». A creator who publishes well but quietly will be underrated here.
It reflects one reader's opinion, and it ages. The criteria were fixed in advance, but the weight given to each is a personal choice, and creators change rhythm or platform. Check that an account is still active before you subscribe.
A creator explains how TikTok Ads works and what they see in their campaigns. They do not know your site, your products or your competitors, and paid campaigns stop bringing visitors the day you stop paying. Organic search and visibility in AI assistants work in parallel and keep bringing traffic when the budget stops.
That is what Sorank automates: after an audit of your site, the software finds your keywords, writes and publishes articles optimised for Google and for AI assistants, and shows you when an AI assistant cites your brand. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. To see it on your own site, book a call. Many advertisers combine the two: creators to learn paid social, software to build traffic that does not depend on cost per click.
The best TikTok Ads creator is the one who speaks to your level and to the way you sell. For TikTok Ads as a central topic, with a weekly live, Gaétan Hamel. For one regular read on paid acquisition across platforms, Etienne Garcia. For TikTok Shop alongside social ads, Thomas Jossomme. For starting on TikTok as an e-commerce beginner, Cédric Anger. For creative strategy that applies everywhere, Danilo Duchesnes. For AI-generated ad creatives, Mady Prince and Romain Torres. And to grow your traffic without paying for every click, discover Sorank.
Another French-speaking creator spotted during this review, outside the ranking, presented solely on the basis of what they publish.
| Creator | Main account | What they publish |
|---|---|---|
| Kahel Ecom | X | French-speaking X account dedicated to ad creatives for e-commerce (9.163k followers); the profile could not be read during this review, so the share of TikTok and the recent activity were not checked |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
Gaétan Hamel is the best overall choice: TikTok Ads is a central topic of his TikTok videos, his dedicated training and his Skool community Ad Shaker, which holds a one-hour live every week. Etienne Garcia is the alternative for a weekly newsletter on paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok.
An e-commerce beginner can start with Cédric Anger, who publishes on TikTok and YouTube and writes guides on TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads for beginners, or with Yomi Denzel for a broad introduction to e-commerce. Gaétan Hamel suits beginners who want to focus on TikTok Ads directly.
No. This ranking reflects the experience and opinion of Thibault Besson-Magdelain, founder of Sorank. No creator paid to appear, and every account was reviewed on 22 October 2026 using only what each creator publishes on their own pages.
