The 10 best SEO agencies in Hong Kong, ranked first on a Hong Kong office, then on SEO or AI visibility work, with named clients and a published method counted where the sites show them. Checked November 2026.

In short
Digital Zoo and HK Weber are the first two picks in our ranking of the best SEO agencies in Hong Kong. Foundcoo suits B2B companies that sell across Asia, WILD Solutions suits companies that want SEO, paid media and web development from one international team with Hong Kong in scope, and Crafted-SEO suits businesses that want a turnkey partner working to agreed performance indicators. Get Clicks combines SEO with work on AI answers, Groovy Digital is a senior SEO consultant rather than a full agency, Cogney suits sites that need deep structural SEO work, as its case studies show, HKINT bundles search, ads and web design, and Club Camelots is a consultant for professional firms that want to know what AI assistants say about them. The deciding criterion is not a rating or an award. It is whether the agency shows a Hong Kong office. Named clients and a published method count in its favour, and the comparison table marks the cases where a top-10 agency does not show them.

Choosing among the SEO agencies in Hong Kong means choosing among a crowded market. According to the Census and Statistics Department's survey on IT usage in the business sector for 2025, published on 27 February 2026, 57% of companies had a web presence in 2025. Each of those companies, sooner or later, has to decide who will make it visible in search and in AI assistants.
A Hong Kong search strategy has to work in a city where buyers read English and Traditional Chinese, and where the same product can be searched for in both languages. An agency that knows this can plan keyword research, content and local listings in each language, and an agency based elsewhere may not. That is why this ranking applies one filter first: only agencies whose own site shows an address, an office or a team in Hong Kong can appear.
The market is also moving quickly, and the gap is in presence rather than connection. The Census and Statistics Department's figures, as listed by the Digital Policy Office, show that 99.3% of businesses of all sizes used the internet in 2025. Yet only 57% of companies in the business sector had a web presence in the 2025 survey, so many companies still have work to do before a search agency can help them.
Four fears come up again and again, and each one can be checked before signing.
1. Paying for work they cannot keep. Rankings, content and tracking set-ups that live only in the agency's accounts disappear when the contract ends. Ask who holds the Search Console and Analytics access, the source files and the hosting account before the first invoice.
2. Content that works in only one language. A Hong Kong business often needs English and Traditional Chinese pages, and sometimes Simplified Chinese for mainland customers. A translated page that nobody checks can hurt credibility as much as a missing one, and a keyword list built in one language misses the searches made in the other.
3. Depending on one person who disappears. Several agencies on this list are small, and some are a single consultant. A project run by one person has no backup when that person is ill, busy or gone. Ask who else knows the account and where the reports are stored.
4. A promise nobody can check. Guaranteed first-page rankings, "award-winning" labels and "No. 1" claims are the agency's own statements. Rankings depend on competitors and on search engines, which no agency controls, so ask for the method and the reports instead of the promise.
Four criteria, fixed before we checked who meets them, and applied only to what each agency publishes on its own site.
1. A stated Hong Kong presence. The site must show a Hong Kong address, office or team. Agencies with a foreign base and no office in the city do not appear, even when they serve Hong Kong clients.
2. SEO or AI visibility at the core of the offer. Search work is among the first services on the homepage, not a line among unrelated offers.
3. Named clients or projects. Clients, case studies or projects that a buyer can check by visiting the website. Where the text we reviewed names none, the comparison table says so.
4. A readable method. Steps, a process or an audit approach, published on the site.
The text we reviewed was checked in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because agencies in Hong Kong change names, teams and offers often. What we deliberately did not do: we did not reuse the Google ratings, client counts, "award-winning" labels or "No. 1" claims that some sites display. None of them can be verified from the outside, and each is only the agency's own claim. We also did not visit any client or test any project.

Digital Zoo is a digital marketing agency with an office in Sai Ying Pun. Its homepage lists SEO first, followed by SEM, exclusive content marketing and social media. It names MUJI and Prudential among its clients, and its testimonials come from named companies such as Time Out and Blue Insurance. Its published approach starts with a website analysis report, then identifies gaps against competitors, sets marketing goals and runs a plan with repeated optimisation.
Best for: Hong Kong companies that want SEO combined with paid search and content from one team. The site shows no prices, so ask for a written scope before you compare quotes.

HK Weber is a web design company with an office in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. Its homepage lists three core services: web design, SEO and digital marketing. It describes a four-step process that begins with a free website health check, and it presents a case study combining website design, Google Ads and local SEO for 祥豐行.
Best for: companies whose website needs rebuilding before search work can pay off, and that want one team for the site, SEO and ads. The site claims a satisfaction rate and a client total that we could not verify, so ask for two references.

Foundcoo is a B2B digital marketing agency headquartered in Wan Chai, founded in 2018. Its homepage lists SEO and AI search optimisation first, followed by paid media, websites and AI-powered outbound lead generation. It names Siemens and Dyson among the brands it has worked with, and its team works across Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Its main call to action is a free growth strategy session.
Best for: industrial, technology and ecommerce companies that sell across Asia and want SEO and paid media coordinated. The team is spread over several markets, so ask who is based in Hong Kong and who answers day to day.

WILD Solutions is an international digital agency with an office in Wan Chai. Its homepage lists Search Engine Optimization first, followed by paid advertising, social media, web development and Generative Engine Optimization. It names Givenchy and The Peninsula among its clients and presents its work as covering Hong Kong and Singapore.
Best for: companies that want SEO, paid media, social media and web development handled by one agency, with Hong Kong and Singapore in scope. The homepage describes custom solutions rather than a step-by-step method, so ask how it plans a first project.

Crafted-SEO is an SEO agency with an office in Central, and it also offers website creation and optimisation. Its homepage says it sets performance indicators at the start of each project and validates them, and it presents its approach as a turnkey service run by a team that works remotely. The homepage has a section titled "Our Process".
Best for: businesses that want a turnkey SEO partner and agreed indicators from the start. The team works remotely, so ask who the day-to-day contact is and how often results will be reviewed.

Get Clicks is an SEO agency based in Sheung Wan. Its homepage lists SEO strategy, AI search work (GEO) and link building, and it says it analyses how brands appear in Google, in AI Overviews and in chatbots such as ChatGPT. It claims more than 15 years of experience and publishes its SEO services process on the site.
Best for: companies that want SEO and AI visibility measured together, with a link building component. The text we reviewed names no clients, so ask for references and ask which link building methods are used and how they are reported.

Groovy Digital is run by Arta, an independent SEO consultant with an office in Wong Chuk Hang, rather than a multi-person agency. The site says the founder spent 10 years in agencies before working directly with startups and small businesses in Hong Kong and Australia. It names Omnichat and Hysan among its clients and lists SEO audits, strategy, website development and project management.
Best for: startups and small teams that want hands-on SEO from one senior person. There is no team behind the consultant to take over, so ask who else knows the account, as in the third fear above.

Cogney is an SEO agency with an office in Central, founded by Doug Pierce. Its homepage lists search rank improvement, appearing in AI answers, online advertising, performance measurement and due diligence. Its case studies name Airbnb, Lumosity and HelloToby, and describe work on how each site's content and categories are structured for search.
Best for: businesses with large or complex websites that need technical SEO and site structure work. The case studies are the agency's own account, so ask for the traffic data behind them.

HKINT is a digital marketing company in Kwun Tong. Its homepage lists SEO first, followed by Google Ads, GEO, social media, web design and an AI automation package. It describes a four-step cooperation process: understanding the business, building a plan, executing and integrating, then reviewing and optimising.
Best for: small and medium businesses that want search, ads, social media and web design from one team. The text we reviewed names no clients, so ask for references before you sign.

Club Camelots is a consultant based in Central that works on AI visibility, GEO and SEO for professional firms such as wealth managers and law firms. Its site checks what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI say about a firm, and describes a three-stage method: an audit, a repair, and a stage it calls Hold.
Best for: wealth management, law and other professional firms that want to know what AI assistants say about them. It is a single consultant, so ask who does the work and who covers it when they are away.
The four criteria were chosen before we checked who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site. "Not published" means the text we reviewed does not show that information, not that the agency lacks it. Ask the agencies directly before drawing conclusions from a gap.

Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any portfolio, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who holds the Search Console and Analytics access, the source files and the hosting account? The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing your site, your content or your data. If the access stays with the agency, ask what happens to it when the contract ends.
2. Which languages are included, and who checks each version? If the site needs English and Traditional Chinese, the quote should name both, with the person who writes and approves each text. A page that nobody on your team reads can do lasting damage, and a keyword list built in one language misses the searches made in the other.
3. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries, bookings or sales, and on which AI assistants and searches will be checked. Record the level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the work helped.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes on its homepage and checked the Hong Kong filter. We did not visit any client, test any site in a browser, or verify a single project. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your context. A law firm in Central and a shop in Kowloon do not need the same partner. The "Best for" lines matter more than the order of the list.
It ages. Agencies in a city like Hong Kong merge, change their names and move offices, and the filter depends on what each site says today. This page is reviewed every 90 days, and the review date is stated in the method.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires understanding a Hong Kong client's market, such as deciding whether a page should be written in Traditional Chinese, English or both, making choices about tone and structure, and taking responsibility for a result it does not fully control. Knowing which page a visitor needs first, deciding what to cut from a brief, and writing a text that sounds like the company rather than a template: none of that is automatable today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. For a broader view of when hiring an agency makes more sense than running a channel in house, see our agency guide.
What no agency project solves on its own is what happens after launch. AI assistants and search engines read more than the homepage: they draw on guides, comparison pages and articles, and a site that is well built but never updated remains a weak source for them.
That is what Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article writing, internal linking, publishing to your site and tracking how often you appear in the answers AI assistants give. That last part is not decoration. Pricing starts at 99€ per month, with 3 days offered and a card required at sign up. If you would rather talk it through first, book a call.
If you want a single recommendation: Digital Zoo if you want SEO tied to paid search and content, HK Weber if your website has to be rebuilt before search work pays off, Foundcoo if you sell to businesses across Asia, and Cogney if your site is large and technically complex. Whichever you choose, ask who holds the accounts and the files before asking what the results will look like.
If you are still weighing an agency against doing the work in house, our agency guide sets out the trade-offs, and the checks above will tell you quickly which Hong Kong agency deserves a second call.
Hong Kong has more credible names than a top 10 can hold. These agencies also show a Hong Kong base on their own sites, and each line below comes from what they publish about themselves.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Clickspo | clickspo.hk | Sheung Wan agency that describes its SEO, Google Ads and website optimisation as transparent, with a free audit offer |
| 4HK | 4hk.com.hk | Wan Chai agency that calls itself award-winning, offering SEO, SEM, website design and WeChat management |
| Advance Focus | advfocus.com | Says it has served more than 200 clients, including public bodies and listed companies, with SEO, GEO, Google Ads and China marketing services |
| Excellent Media (卓越媒體) | e-m.hk | Tuen Mun digital marketing agency founded in 2013, offering SEO and GEO content, Google Ads, social media, Xiaohongshu and website services |
| EDigital Marketing Hong Kong | edigital.com.hk | Kwun Tong agency with more than nine years of experience, offering Google Ads, SEO, AEO and GEO work and website design, and listing Hong Kong Express as a client |
| Digitment | digitment.com.hk | Wan Chai SEO company that combines SEO with PPC, Facebook advertising and content marketing, with a free SEO quote offer |
| Digify HK | digifyhk.com | Tsim Sha Tsui agency offering SEO, social media and web design, with a free trial offer on its homepage |
| HKG Digital | hkgdigital.com | Kwun Tong SEO agency that says it is powered by a Google search specialist, offering SEO, SEM, social media and web design |
| Concinnity Limited | concinnitylimited.com | Central agency offering data-backed SEO, AI-assisted marketing and conversion work, with a free audit offer |
| First Page | firstpage.hk | Digital marketing agency in Sheung Wan whose first listed service is SEO, alongside Google Ads, paid social and conversion optimisation, and which names Decathlon and Kee Wah Bakery among its clients |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
The answer should be in writing and should let you leave the agency without losing your site, your content or your data. If the access stays with the agency, ask what happens to it when the contract ends.
If the site needs English and Traditional Chinese, the quote should name both, with the person who writes and approves each text. A page that nobody on your team reads can do lasting damage, and a keyword list built in one language misses the searches made in the other.
Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as enquiries, bookings or sales, and on which AI assistants and searches will be checked. Record the level on day one. Without a baseline, no report can show whether the work helped.
