Our ranking of the 10 best advertising agencies in Paris in 2026, built on public information only, with the sources, the method and the limits stated.

Choosing among the advertising agencies in Paris means choosing in a market that keeps growing and changing shape. According to the 36th Observatoire de l'e-Pub, published on 9 July 2026 by SRI and UDECAM, and carried out by Oliver Wyman, French digital advertising reached 6689 million euros in the first half of 2026, up 12% on a year. More budgets move to the platforms where buyers already spend their time, and more brands ask their agencies to prove what those budgets do.
The Paris region concentrates a large share of the sector, and the choice is too wide to make from search results alone. A CCI Paris Île-de-France study, updated on 16 December 2020, counts more than 23700 advertising and communication agencies in Île-de-France, which hold 45% of French agencies in the sector. The figure is not recent, but it explains why a buyer in Paris faces so many names, and why a shortlist based on public evidence is useful.
Budgets are moving as well. The Baromètre unifié du marché publicitaire (BUMP), published by France Pub, IREP and Kantar Media and reported by The Media Leader on 10 September 2026, puts net advertising revenue across all media at 9753 million euros in the first half of 2026, up 5.6% on the first half of 2025. Television is the segment that shrinks, while digital and social platforms take a growing share. An agency's value therefore lies less in the media it buys than in what it decides to say and where it says it.
Being in Paris matters when a campaign needs in-person casting, events, press meetings or a fast review round with the brand's leadership. It matters less for pure paid media, which can be run from anywhere. That is why this ranking checks where each agency says its team sits, instead of assuming it.
Four fears come up again and again, and they all come from the same gap between the pitch and the work.
1. Paying for a famous name and getting a junior team. The senior people who sell the account are rarely the ones who run it. Ask who will work on your campaign each week before you sign.
2. Campaigns that win the pitch and stop at the portfolio. Creative work looks convincing in a showreel. It is harder to judge once it reaches a real audience, with a real budget, on a real platform. A good agency shows how it tests and what it changes after the first results.
3. Losing the brand's voice to trends. An agency that chases the platform of the month can make a brand look like everyone else within a season. The right partner knows when to follow a trend and when to ignore it.
4. Not knowing who is behind the voices. Creators, influencers and "real users" are often part of an advertising plan. Ask who pays them, how they are briefed, and how the commercial link is disclosed to the public.
Four criteria, in this order, applied only to what each agency publishes about itself. The criteria were fixed before we checked which agency met them. Every homepage on this list was reread in November 2026, and this page is scheduled for review every 90 days, because the Paris market changes quickly.
1. Advertising, creation or communication at the core. Agencies whose offer is advertising, creative work or brand communication come first. Pure SEO or technical providers are excluded.
2. A Paris address, office or team stated on the agency's own site. A Paris agency must say so on its site. An agency that is only present in Paris through a sales contact does not qualify.
3. Named clients or published cases. Named brands, case studies or client testimonials published on the site.
4. A stated target and a clear method. The site says who the agency works for and how it works, in plain terms.
What we deliberately did not do: we did not rank agencies on the figures they display, such as budgets managed, revenue generated for clients or audience numbers. When we quote such a figure, it is labelled as the agency's own claim. We did not contact any agency, audit any campaign or verify any result.

So Bang presents itself as a Paris agency that combines advertising, social media, influence and brand platforms, on the principle that these three trades enrich one another. Its work pages are grouped under luxury, mass market, and health and B2B. Named brands on the site include Twinings, Lissac, Adopt Parfums, Jules, Veuve Clicquot and CIVB, and it publishes an article on how to spot fake followers.
Best for: brands that want advertising, social media and influence run by one team with a strong creative voice. Its scope is wide, so ask which discipline leads your campaign and who runs it day to day.
Socialclub describes itself as an independent advertising and branding agency, present in Paris and Amsterdam, which prefers to call itself a creative club. Its address on the site is 03 Rue de Vaucouleurs, 75011 Paris. Its homepage lists Payfit, Hinge, Zalando, Timeleft, Staycation and Xiaomi among its campaigns.
Best for: brands that want a creative agency for advertising and branding. Part of the team is based in Amsterdam, so ask who would work on your account and where they sit.

Utopia is a Paris creative agency that presents itself as social media born on the networks. Its homepage lists brand content, ad campaigns, social media strategy and influence campaigns, and shows work for BPI, Audible and Buffalo Grill on social networks, including a TikTok campaign for Buffalo Grill. Its services are aimed at TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Best for: brands whose advertising lives mainly on social platforms. Because the offer is built around those platforms, ask how it would handle a campaign that needs television, outdoor or press.

Marie-Antoinette describes itself as an agile agency in Paris, working in public relations, digital, events and brand transformation. Its homepage names Warner Bros, Trainline, Amnesty International France, Kiabi and Val d'Europe among its projects, and it runs Lab'influence and LAB'UGC as dedicated offers.
Best for: brands that want press relations, influence and events to carry a campaign. Its homepage lists PR, events and influence rather than paid media, so check how it would measure reach and conversions.

LaPetiteGrosse is a communication agency based at 8 rue de Sofia, 75018 Paris, specialised in branding, campaigns and brand content. Its homepage credits Château Galoupet, with a strategy and art direction role, and it lists sectors such as luxury, food and beverage, cosmetics, fashion and not-for-profit.
Best for: brands that need a new identity and a campaign built on it. If you need performance media rather than brand building, the performance agencies further down this list are a better fit.

3 Goats presents itself as a Paris performance agency combining multi-lever campaigns, custom development and AI automation, for "all businesses, all activities and all budgets". Its homepage names AFD, Oxfam, Festiculture and Le Beau Thé among its clients. According to its own homepage, it has supported more than 50 companies, generated 24 million euros of revenue for clients in 2024 and managed 3.5 million euros of advertising budgets in 2024. These are the agency's own claims.
Best for: companies that want paid media, a custom build and AI automation under one team. The site says it works for every budget, so ask what minimum budget it runs campaigns for.

Million Marketing describes itself as a performance marketing agency for large international accounts, with a Paris base and expertise in SEA, SEO, paid social and an AI studio. It says its team of senior experts brings more than 20 years of practice. Its site has a case studies section and playbooks, but the clients are not named on the homepage.
Best for: large accounts that want paid search, paid social and SEO run as one acquisition plan with clear return targets. Because performance media sits at its core, a brand that wants creative campaigns should check the creative side in the first call.

ADMS is a Paris influence marketing agency, part of the Globe Groupe. It describes its "Influence Business" approach as combining storytelling, brand content, conversion and field activation. Its services include social media, retail and shopper influence, press relations and events, and it names TikTok Shop France as a specialism.
Best for: brands that want creators to drive sales, especially on TikTok Shop. Influence is its core, so it is less a full advertising agency than a creator partner. Ask how each creator is briefed, paid and disclosed.

La Suite and Co describes itself as a communication agency in Paris covering consulting, creation and digital strategy. Its stated approach reconciles added value with shared values, pairing performance with social commitment. Its site lists content, campaigns, websites, videos and press relations, but few named cases appear on the homepage.
Best for: brands that want communication with a civic or sustainability angle, and that accept a campaign judged on engagement as well as results. Ask for named references in the first call, since the homepage shows few.

Growth Room is a growth marketing agency in Paris. It runs paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Pinterest, alongside outbound prospecting, SEO and AI visibility, HubSpot setup, account-based marketing and RevOps. Its homepage says it has supported more than 150 companies, which is its own claim.
Best for: companies that want paid campaigns linked to outbound prospecting and CRM work. The homepage calls it the most effective growth agency, a self-description we did not verify. It starts with a three-question diagnostic before any call.
The criteria below were chosen before checking who meets them, and each cell reflects what the agency publishes on its own site as of November 2026. When an agency does not publish a piece of information, the cell says so rather than guessing.
| Agency | Stated focus | Paris location on its site | Named clients or cases | Entry point on its site |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| So Bang | Advertising, social media, influence, branding | Paris, in the site title | Twinings, Lissac, Adopt Parfums, Jules, Veuve Clicquot, CIVB | Contact |

| Utopia | Social media, influence, social ads | Paris, in the page title | BPI, Audible, Buffalo Grill | Not published |
| Marie-Antoinette | PR, influence, events | Paris, in the meta description | Warner Bros, Trainline, Amnesty International France, Kiabi | Contact |
| LaPetiteGrosse | Branding, campaigns, brand content | 8 rue de Sofia, 75018 | Château Galoupet | Contact |

| ADMS | Influence, social media, TikTok Shop | Paris, in the page title | Not named on the homepage | Let's talk |
| La Suite and Co | Communication, creation, digital strategy, press relations | Paris, in the page title | Few named on the homepage | Contact |

Read the "not published" and "not named" cells as a lack of public information, not a lack of competence. Several of these agencies almost certainly serve more clients than their homepage shows, and the honest way to find out is to ask them directly.
Three questions separate a shortlist faster than any case study, and each one matches one of the fears above.
1. Who will work on my account, and where do they sit? Ask for the names of the people who will run your account day to day, and whether they are based in Paris or in another office. Agencies with several offices, such as Socialclub with Amsterdam, should answer in writing.
2. Who approves what goes out, and how fast? Ask to see the approval process and an example of a monthly report. A campaign stuck in an approval queue for a week loses its timing, but one that nobody at your company has read can damage the brand for much longer.
3. Which result will be measured, and against what starting point? Agree before the start on one or two indicators you already track, such as leads, sales or branded searches, and record their level on day one. A report built on views alone cannot show whether the campaign worked.
Three limits, stated clearly, because a ranking that claims to settle everything is not usable.
It is built only on public information. We read what each agency publishes and checked that the sites were online in November 2026. We did not audit any campaign, interview any client or verify a single result. An agency that communicates little and works very well will be underrated here.
It cannot know your brief. The right partner for a consumer brand launching a product is rarely the right one for a B2B company with a long sales cycle. The Best for lines above matter more than the position in the ranking.
It ages, and some of its local data is old. Agencies in Paris merge, open offices and change their offers. The local figure quoted above comes from a CCI study last updated in December 2020, so it shows how the market is structured, not its current size. This page is reviewed every 90 days.
This is the honest part, on a page published by a software company. An agency beats software on everything that requires reading a market and a platform, choosing the right moment to speak, and writing like a person rather than a brand. Knowing which creator a brand can trust, sensing when a campaign should be paused, writing a concept that a particular audience will actually share: none of that is automatable today, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something.
What no advertising campaign solves on its own is what happens after the click: the search results, AI assistants and articles that describe the brand when a buyer compares options. A brand that is loud in paid media but absent from the rest of the web remains a fragile recommendation.
That is the part Sorank works on. It is software, not an agency: keyword research, article drafting, internal linking, publishing to your site, and tracking how often your brand is named in the answers AI assistants give. It handles the production and the measurement, while the judgement described above stays with the people who run the campaign.
If you want a single recommendation: So Bang if you want advertising, social media and influence under one Paris team, Socialclub if you want a creative club for advertising and branding, 3 Goats if performance and AI automation come first, and Marie-Antoinette if PR and events are what will carry your campaigns.
Ask who will work on the account before asking what the agency promises. The campaigns that last are run by people you can name, approved by your team and measured against a starting point you agreed on day one. Three other agencies that also present themselves as based in Paris deserve a look. Their homepages describe what they do in plain terms.
| Agency | Site | What they publish about themselves |
|---|---|---|
| Actif Digital | actifdigital.fr | Paris web agency since 2018, offering SEA, SEO, social media, AI and website creation, with a free audit |
| Yateo | yateo.com | Paris agency (75011) with 16 years of consulting, design and acquisition work (SEO, SEA, social ads), and case studies such as BNP Paribas |
| 360 Webmarketing | 360-webmarketing.fr | Paris digital marketing agency for SMEs and startups, with more than 10 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, social networks and website creation |
This ranking reflects my own experience and opinion as an SEO expert with more than 7 years in the field. It is based on verified facts, but the order itself is my personal view.
