Event venue SEO is how a wedding venue, a banquet hall or a meeting space gets found when a couple searches "wedding venues near me", an office manager needs an "event space for 100 people", or a planner asks ChatGPT for a venue with parking and in-house catering. Sorank finds the questions people ask before they request a tour, publishes the answers on your website with links to your spaces and your enquiry form, and tracks which venues the AI assistants suggest in your area.
Your rooms, your prices and your rules are written down once, then used in every article.

"How much does it cost to rent a wedding venue?", "Event space for 100 people with parking", "Can we bring our own caterer?": people filter on capacity, budget and rules long before they call. Sorank turns these questions into articles for each event you host, with capacities by layout, what the price includes and what changes it, and a link to your enquiry form.
You can set the title of every article in the blog article generator.
A planner who types "a quiet venue for a 60-person offsite near Austin, with parking and catering" gets a few names and a reason for each. Sorank asks your questions every month and shows your visibility rate, your rank among the cited websites and the result of each model, compared with the previous period.
Follow every answer in AI mention tracking.

Wedding enquiries and holiday party enquiries do not arrive in the same months. Sorank shows twelve months of Search Console clicks, impressions and positions, next to the visits sent by AI assistants, so you see which event types are rising and publish before each season rather than during it.
Both views share the GEO / SEO dashboard.
WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or a site built by your agency through a webhook. Sorank reads Search Console to see which spaces and event types already bring visitors.
Each room with its seated, standing and theatre capacity, the events you host, in-house or outside catering, parking, step-free access and curfew. Set them once in your writing instructions, so every article states the same facts.
Articles wait as drafts for your sales manager, or go live on the days you set. Each one links to the matching space and to your enquiry or tour form.

Event venue SEO is the work that puts a wedding venue, banquet hall, conference center or private event space in front of people who are choosing one: in Google Maps, in the regular results and in the answers of AI assistants. It relies on a complete Google Business Profile, one page per space with real photos, and articles that answer the questions couples and planners ask before they book a tour.
Weddings alone are a large market: the CDC counted 2041926 marriages in the United States in 2023 (provisional data). The people who organize the day have their own pages, SEO for wedding planners and SEO for event planners, and hotels with function rooms will find more on hotel SEO. This page is for the place itself.
By elimination. Capacity and date come first, then budget, location, catering rules and style. Many start on venue directories and marketplaces, then check the venue's own site and its reviews before asking for a visit. AI assistants run the same filtering in a single answer, and they lean on review profiles to do it.
In our hospitality AI citation study, TripAdvisor went from 2.76% in May 2026 to 7.03% in August 2026, and only four platforms pass 1%: a handful of profiles carry the answers. A venue's own site gets cited next to its profile when it holds what the profile lacks, such as capacities by layout, floor plans and what the price includes.
The space as a guest will see it. Google's photo tips for Business Profiles ask for at least three exterior and three interior photos, in focus and well lit, without heavy filters or AI edits. Show each room empty and set up, the entrance, the parking and the outdoor areas.
Then fill in the attributes: a wheelchair-accessible entrance, restroom, seating, parking or elevator appears on Search and Maps, and answers what planners would otherwise call to ask. On your own site, describe every photo in its alt text, as our guide to image SEO explains.

The answer in the first lines, then the facts a planner copies into a comparison sheet: capacity by layout, the price range and what it includes, catering rules, parking and transport, step-free access, the noise curfew, setup times. Name the room, show real photos of it and date the page, since prices and packages change every year.
Public events are a separate case. Google's event structured data only covers events open to the general public at a physical location: your open days, wedding fairs or public concerts can qualify, while private weddings and company dinners cannot. For the questions block at the end of each article, see our guide to FAQ schema.
Sorank handles keyword research by event type and season, the articles and their internal links, publication on WordPress, Wix, Webflow or any site through a webhook, the monthly tracking of the AI answers and your Search Console data in one dashboard.
The venue keeps the parts that need someone on site: the Business Profile and its photos, the reviews and replies, the space pages, your listings on wedding and venue directories (see business directories), the date calendar, and every tour and quote.
Sorank costs $49 a month per website on the yearly Essential plan, or $99 paid month to month, for 20 articles a month and monthly tracking on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Pro ($129 yearly, $249 monthly) brings 60 articles plus Grok; Business ($249 yearly, $499 monthly) brings 120, for groups that run several venues. You try it free for 3 days, every plan carries a 90-day results-or-refund guarantee, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Google gives no fixed delay, and venues add a second clock: couples often book many months ahead, company planners a few weeks to a few months. Publish each seasonal article well before its season, judge each event type after three months on its Search Console impressions and clicks, and update prices and packages every year.
A few weeks for Business Profile changes, several months for articles. Publish seasonal content two or three months early, then judge each event type on its Search Console impressions and clicks after three months.
At least a starting price, or what changes the price. Planners and AI assistants filter on budget, and a venue page without any figure is harder to shortlist. A range by day of the week and season is enough.
No. They stay with your team, as do the space pages and the date calendar. Sorank writes and publishes the articles on your site and tracks the AI answers.
Make your facts easy to confirm: capacities, prices, catering rules and access written as text on your site, the same details on your Business Profile and directory listings, and recent reviews. Then track every month whether ChatGPT names your venue and which sources it quotes.
$49 a month per website on the yearly plan, or $99 without commitment, for 20 articles a month, after a 3-day free trial. Groups with several venues usually pick Pro or Business, with 60 or 120 articles a month.
Yes. Sorank publishes to WordPress, Wix, Webflow and Shopify, and to other sites through a webhook. Your enquiry form and booking software stay as they are; the articles link to them.
We don't. Sorank isn't trying to be another Semrush or Ahrefs. Those tools are built for data, Sorank is built to do the work. Instead of more dashboards to check, it turns SEO and GEO insights into actions: articles written and published, backlinks earned, technical fixes and AI visibility tracking. Less complexity, more results.
From $49/month per website on a yearly plan, with a 3-day free trial and a 90-day money-back guarantee (conditions apply). Every plan includes articles, AI visibility tracking and access to natural backlink acquisition; higher plans add more articles, more AI prompts tracked and more backlinks. No setup fees, no paying for seats you don't use.
You shouldn't need a full marketing team or expensive tools to grow. Sorank handles your entire SEO and AI visibility, so you save time and money.
