SEO for content creators turns what you already publish (videos, newsletters, posts) into pages people find on Google, and that ChatGPT can quote when someone asks "best YouTube channels to learn sourdough" or "is a 35mm lens enough for travel vlogs". An algorithm decides who sees your next upload; a page on your own site keeps answering a search for years. Sorank finds the questions your audience types around your niche, writes articles in your voice that link back to your videos and your newsletter sign-up, and checks every month which creators the AI assistants recommend.
It suits YouTubers, newsletter writers, bloggers and social creators with a site on WordPress, Webflow or Wix, or on another platform through a webhook.

"Sourdough starter not rising after 5 days", "best budget mic for YouTube", "how to pay off a car loan early": viewers type questions into Google that a 20-minute video answers somewhere around minute 12. Sorank lists these searches for each topic of your niche, with their volume, difficulty and intent, so each one becomes a written page that points to the right video.
Topics come from keyword research on your site and on the creators you name as competitors.
People follow a person, so a generic article breaks the trust you built on camera. Sorank reads your site and drafts a brief of your topics, audience and vocabulary; you choose the tone, a formal or casual way of addressing readers and the call to action, such as your newsletter sign-up. Add your own photos and a line of instructions ("mention the pan I use in every video") to any article, or keep it as a draft to add a personal story.
All of it is set once in brand voice.

Brands looking for partners and fans looking for someone to follow now ask "best home cooking YouTubers for beginners" or "top newsletters about personal finance". The assistant names a few creators and quotes a few pages. Sorank asks your tracked questions every month and shows whether your name comes up, which creators are cited instead, and how the ranking changes from ChatGPT to Claude or Gemini.
Compare each model in the GEO leaderboard.
A WordPress blog, a Webflow or Wix site, or another platform through a webhook. Sorank reads Search Console and Analytics to see which posts already bring readers and which topics deserve a follow-up.
Add your main topics, your channel, your newsletter and the products you recommend. Sorank proposes the questions of each topic, ranked by volume, difficulty and intent, and you keep the ones you can speak about from experience.
Articles go live on the days you choose, even during a week off camera. Each one links the matching video and ends on your newsletter sign-up or your shop.

SEO for content creators is the work that makes the website of a creator (a blog, a newsletter archive, resource and review pages) appear on Google and in the answers of AI assistants. It does not replace YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or your email list; it gives what you say there a permanent, searchable home that you control, and that no change of algorithm can take away overnight.
Creators with a different model meet different searches: see our pages for podcasters, course creators and musicians and labels.
Because the AI assistants rarely quote social posts. In our social media AI citation study, YouTube is the most cited social platform at 2.35% of measured answers and Reddit follows at 1.48%, but TikTok sits at 0.09%, X at 0.04% and Snapchat at 0%. The split by model is even sharper: YouTube reaches 3.69% of the answers of Gemini, 0.04% of those of ChatGPT and none of those of Claude.
Blogging platforms do not fill the gap either. Our Medium AI citation study puts Medium at 0.2% of answers over the last three months, seventeenth of the platforms tracked, and two of the five models never cited it in 13 months. The order that works: publish the substance on your own domain first, then share it everywhere else.
Fans arrive with a problem ("why is my sourdough dense"), a product question ("best tripod for a phone") or your name plus a detail ("[your name] camera settings"). Brands arrive with a brief: they ask an assistant for "food creators with an engaged audience in Canada" or look for "[niche] newsletter sponsorship". In both cases the answer is built from pages: your about page, your best articles, the threads where people discuss you. A site that says clearly who you are, what you cover and what you have tested gives every assistant the same description of you.

Our guide to keyword clustering shows how to group these searches so that each one gets a single page.
In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission's Disclosures 101 for social media influencers asks you to disclose any financial, employment, personal or family relationship with a brand, including free or discounted products. The disclosure goes with the endorsement itself, not only in a bio; in a video it belongs in the video, not just in the description; and a platform's built-in disclosure tool is not assumed to be enough. Simple words such as "ad" or "sponsored" work.
Google asks site owners to mark advertisements and paid placements with rel="sponsored", as its page on qualifying outbound links explains. For product content, Google's guidance on writing high quality reviews asks for evidence of your own experience (photos, audio, links), quantitative measurements and what sets a product apart, and notes that reviews often use affiliate links. Sorank adds your disclosure line wherever your instructions require it; responsibility for each partnership stays with you. Our guide to affiliate SEO goes further.
The answer in the opening lines, then what only you can add: what you tried, what failed, your photos or screenshots, the numbers you measured. Link the video that shows the technique, note the date of the last update, disclose any partnership before the first affiliate link, and end with a short FAQ and your newsletter sign-up. A page that copies a video transcript word for word adds nothing a viewer could not get by pressing play; a page that answers one question completely, in your words, is the one assistants quote.
Sorank handles keyword research for your niche, articles written in your voice with images and internal links, publication on your site live or as drafts, the monthly tracking of AI answers, backlinks from the sites of other Sorank customers within the filters you set, and Search Console, Analytics and AI visits in one dashboard.

You keep what makes you a creator: your videos and their titles, your channel settings (our YouTube SEO guide covers them), your newsletter, your community, the sponsorship deals and the disclosures on your social posts.
A plan covers one website. The Essential plan is $49 a month on yearly billing, or $99 if you pay monthly, and includes 20 articles and 10 prompts tracked in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Pro ($129 yearly, $249 monthly) brings 60 articles, 20 prompts and adds Grok; Business ($249 or $499) brings 120 articles and 50 prompts (compare the plans). You can test it free for 3 days, with a 90-day results-or-refund guarantee on all plans.
Google gives no fixed delay. A new article usually shows impressions in Search Console within weeks and earns steady clicks over several months; the more precise the question, the sooner it moves. Look at each topic after a full quarter of publishing, and keep the ones where impressions grow.
It matters as soon as you want an audience you do not rent. Social posts and emails are rarely cited by AI assistants, while a page on your own domain can rank on Google and be quoted for years. Your site also gives brands one clear description of who you are and what you cover.
Sorank builds a brief from your site and applies the tone, form of address and call to action you choose to every article. You can add your own photos and instructions, or keep each article as a draft to add a personal story before it goes live.
Publish complete answers on your own site, keep an about page that states your niche and formats, and be present where your audience discusses your topic. Then check every month in Sorank whether ChatGPT names you and which pages it quotes.
$49 a month per website on yearly billing, or $99 month to month, with a 3-day free trial. Pro and Business raise that to 60 and 120 articles a month.
Count in months, not days. New articles often show impressions in Search Console within a few weeks, and clicks build over the following months; precise questions move faster than broad topics. Judge each topic after a full quarter.
Sorank publishes directly to WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Shopify, and to other platforms through a webhook. Each article can also be exported, so you can paste it into a platform Sorank does not connect to.
We don't. Sorank isn't trying to be another Semrush or Ahrefs. Those tools are built for data, Sorank is built to do the work. Instead of more dashboards to check, it turns SEO and GEO insights into actions: articles written and published, backlinks earned, technical fixes and AI visibility tracking. Less complexity, more results.
From $49/month per website on a yearly plan, with a 3-day free trial and a 90-day money-back guarantee (conditions apply). Every plan includes articles, AI visibility tracking and access to natural backlink acquisition; higher plans add more articles, more AI prompts tracked and more backlinks. No setup fees, no paying for seats you don't use.
You shouldn't need a full marketing team or expensive tools to grow. Sorank handles your entire SEO and AI visibility, so you save time and money.
