Cosmetic dentist SEO is how a practice gets chosen by the patient who has watched veneer videos for a month, read Reddit threads about bonding and now asks ChatGPT whether a smile makeover is worth the money. These treatments are elective, paid out of pocket and often irreversible, so patients compare for a long time and trust the practice that explains the trade-offs plainly. Sorank publishes those explanations on your website, within the rules of your profession, and tracks which practices the AI assistants recommend.
Switch on draft mode and nothing is published before one of your dentists has reviewed it.

"Porcelain or composite veneers", "bonding vs veneers for a chipped tooth", "can you whiten veneers": cosmetic patients rarely search one treatment on its own. They weigh two options, then a price, then a practice. Sorank builds each comparison from what already ranks in the top 10, opens with a straight answer and a table of who each option suits, and links it to your treatment pages.
Each comparison is drafted in the blog article generator and scored before it can go live.
A patient asks ChatGPT "best cosmetic dentist for veneers in Miami" or "is a smile makeover worth it at 50". The model searches the web, then names a few practices and quotes a few sites. Sorank stores each answer to the questions you track, highlights your practice when it is named, and lists the searches and sources behind it, so you know whether a directory, a review site or a rival's blog shapes what patients hear.
Answers are stored month after month in AI mention tracking.

Whitening pages can collect clicks while the veneer guide brings the consultations. Sorank brings twelve months of Search Console data into one screen, clicks, impressions, click rate and average position, then page by page, so next month's articles go to the treatments where demand is growing.
Open it in the GEO / SEO dashboard.
WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or a site run by your dental marketing agency through a webhook. Search Console and Analytics come in with it.
Veneers, bonding, whitening, gum contouring, full makeovers; who performs them; the claims you never make. Sorank turns the list into comparison and cost questions.
Drafts wait for a dentist's review, or go out on the days you choose, each linked to its treatment page and to your consultation form.

Cosmetic dentist SEO, or SEO for cosmetic dentists, is the work that makes a practice visible to people planning an elective change to their smile: in Google Maps, in the regular results and in AI assistants. It overlaps with general dental SEO (Business Profile, reviews, one page per treatment), described on our page for dentists, but the buying journey differs. Nobody books veneers in an emergency. Patients compare options and prices over weeks, and the practice that answers those comparisons honestly earns the consultation.
Mostly away from dental websites at first. On October 30, 2026, the US results for "are veneers worth it" opened with a YouTube video and a Reddit thread, followed by Cleveland Clinic and two practice blogs; Google's related questions included "How long do dental veneers last?" and "Can I bite an apple with veneers?". A practice article can rank there, provided it answers better than the thread.
AI answers are just as spread out. In our beauty AI citation study, the closest sector to elective smile work, only three platforms pass 1% of answers, and Facebook (0.81%) is cited about twice as often as Instagram (0.41%). Being cited depends on being consistent across your site, your profiles and the review sites patients read; our guide on review sites and AI recommendations shows how they connect.
Not in the United States. The National Commission on Recognition of Dental Specialties and Certifying Boards recognizes 12 specialties, from endodontics to prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry is not one of them. Under the ADA code, a general dentist may list the services offered, must avoid implying specialization and must state that the services come from a general dentist.
For SEO, write "general dentist with training in veneers and bonding" rather than "veneer specialist", in titles, author boxes and Business Profile descriptions alike. Courses, accreditations and years of practice belong on an author page, a signal of author authority that assistants can read.
More than most dentists expect. The ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct has an advisory opinion titled "Websites and Search Engine Optimization": a practice website must be truthful, and the SEO techniques used for it must comply with the code. Another opinion holds that an article published under a dentist's byline without truthful disclosure of its source and authorship is misleading, and the code warns against statements likely to create an unjustified expectation about results.
Three habits follow. Say who drafted the article and which dentist reviewed it. Show before and after photos only of your own patients, with written consent and without retouching. Describe a typical outcome, not the best one. Our comparison of AI and human content discusses disclosure further.
The facts that change the decision. Cleveland Clinic notes that veneers last 10 to 15 years on average, that most types are permanent because enamel is removed before placement, that most insurers do not cover them, and that they are only an option without extensive cavities or gum disease. The ADA's patient site states that whitening will not work on caps, veneers, crowns or fillings, and that the sensitivity it may cause is usually temporary.
Open with the answer, add a table when two options compete, name the reviewing dentist and the date, then close with a short FAQ marked up with FAQ schema and a link to book a consultation.
Add the practices that win these searches in your area to SEO Competitor Spy: their pages feed your keyword ideas. Our guide to buying intent keywords helps sort them.

Sorank plans the topics by treatment, writes the articles with their sources and internal links, publishes them, follows the AI answers each month and keeps your Search Console data in one place. Your practice keeps the clinical review, the Business Profile, reviews and replies (see how to respond to Google reviews), the photo gallery and its consents, financing, and the treatment pages themselves.
Practices centered on aligners for teenagers will find a closer match on our page for orthodontists; clinics offering injectables, on the one for med spas.
Each website needs one plan. Essential: $49 a month on a yearly bill, or $99 monthly, for 20 articles and AI tracking in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Pro: $129 or $249, for 60 articles and Grok added. Business: $249 or $499, for 120 articles. A 3-day trial comes first (pricing).
A new comparison usually shows impressions in Search Console before it earns clicks, and a treatment cluster needs several months. Review each treatment after three months, on its Search Console clicks and the consultation requests it brings.
Cleveland Clinic gives 10 to 15 years on average. Yes, say it, along with what shortens that lifespan: patients ask this before booking, and AI assistants quote practices that answer it plainly.
Not in the United States: cosmetic dentistry is not one of the 12 recognized dental specialties, and the ADA code asks general dentists to say so. Elsewhere, follow your national dental regulator.
No. Those stay with your practice, as do patient consents. Sorank writes and publishes articles, tracks the AI answers and reports your Search Console data.
Publish clear comparisons and aftercare answers on your own site, keep your profiles and reviews consistent, then check every month whether ChatGPT names your practice and which sources it uses.
The comparisons behind your most requested treatments ("composite vs porcelain veneers"), then price and aftercare questions, then your treatments combined with your town.
From $49 a month per website on the yearly Essential plan, or $99 month to month. Sorank publishes to WordPress, Wix, Webflow and Shopify, or to any site through a webhook.
We don't. Sorank isn't trying to be another Semrush or Ahrefs. Those tools are built for data, Sorank is built to do the work. Less complexity, more results.
