Changing website

About this guide

This documentation explains how to change websites in Sorank. The procedure depends on whether you are using Sorank Free or Sorank Premium.

If you are using Sorank Free

The Free plan allows you to manage only one website at a time. To switch to a different site, follow these steps:

  1. Delete your current website from your Sorank dashboard.
  2. Add the new website you want to monitor.

Once the new domain is connected, Sorank will start a complete analysis of your new website, from crawling and market research to building your strategy and reports. This process can take up to 24 hours, depending on the size of your site and the depth of analysis required.

If you are using Sorank Premium

Premium plans support multiple websites in the same account. You don’t need to delete anything to switch sites. Just go to your Sorank dashboard and click on the “Add Website” button at the top of your sidebar.

Each website you add gets its own dedicated workspace inside your account. You can:

  • Switch between sites at any time using the website selector in the top navigation.
  • Track different domains independently (rankings, AI mentions, audits, content, etc.).
  • Manage all your projects from a single Sorank account.

How long does the analysis take?

For both Free and Premium users, after adding a new site:

  • The crawl and discovery phase usually starts within minutes.
  • The complete first analysis (rankings, AI visibility, technical audit, content opportunities, market and competitor research) can take up to 24 hours.
  • You will see results progressively appear in your dashboard as each step is completed.
