Cancel your Subscription

We are sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel your subscription or your free trial, you can do so directly from your account settings.

Please follow the steps below to complete the process.

Step 1: Access Your Settings

Log in to your Sorank dashboard. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Billing

Once you are in the "My Settings" area, click on the Billing tab located in the top navigation bar. This will open your billing overview, where you can see your current plan details.

Step 3: Manage Your Plan

On the Billing page, locate the section showing your current plan (e.g., Essentiel). Click on the Manage my plan button found on the right side of the screen.

Step 4: Initiate Cancellation

A pop-up window titled "Manage your subscription" will appear, showing available upgrades. To proceed with the cancellation, click the red Cancel subscription link located at the bottom left of this window.

Step 5: Confirm the Cancellation

A final confirmation dialog will appear.

• Warning: If you are on a free trial, your access will end immediately upon cancellation.
• To finish, click the red button labeled Yes, cancel subscription.
