Pause or resume the YouTube channel
enabled: false stops using the connected channel in generated articles;
enabled: true resumes it and, when its catalog is due, queues its
synchronization, declared as youtube_sync_queued. Without a connected
channel the request is not_found; resuming is refused with
youtube_feature_disabled when the integration is disabled.
