Accept a bounded article generation batch
Uses existing article-generation quota for accepted work. Returns HTTP
202 with a receipt whose status is already succeeded: accepting the
batch is the command’s outcome, and the receipt expires with the normal
receipt retention. selection.accepted_ids are the IDs of the articles
being generated; follow each one with getArticle or listArticles.
Replaying the same idempotency key returns the same batch and selection
without consuming quota again.
